So thrilled with every step of my experience today! Shahrukh was incredibly kind and helpful with replacing the screen for my older iphone. The customer service and skills were unmatched - really truly a lifesaver.
Tbh at baseline I'm worried about going to these spots but the experience here was so compassionate, kind and accommodating that I would come back and recommend to others in a heart beat. They replaced my battery phone the day off and I'm so grateful!!
I went to uBreakiFix in Chelsea after taking my phone to two Verizon stores that couldn’t fix the issue. I made an appointment online and walked right into the shop at 8th Avenue and 23rd Street. Harrison, one of their lead techs, had it fixed in about five minutes, and the price was incredibly reasonable.
This is the second time someone in my family has come to this location in the past couple of months, and both times Harrison absolutely delivered.
If you’re frustrated with so called authorized service centers that can’t solve your problem, do yourself a favor and come here. These guys really know phones, tablets, and probably more than what’s listed on their website. If you’re not sure, just give them a call. They’ll take care of you.

i needed both the front & back screens on my iphone replaced. i went through at&t to file an insurance claim before bringing my phone to the shop. it was ready an hour later! friendly staff and quick service, will definitely come back next time i need anything repaired
A brutal experience. After waiting so long for a simple laptop repair that was overpriced but assured it would be 4 business days turned into weeks. before it would be returned. Ended up having to take it back and bring it elsewhere . Run! Do Not

Both gentlemen, I worked with were wonderful and patient and repaired my phone fully.I hope. I had gone to 2 shops in brooklyn , but had to go into manhattan to find the product that I needed. Gosh.Forbid, I need anything again or a friend does I shall recommend you. The cobble store did not have what I needed, but sent me to Manhattan.They were great also For finding the correct store that had the product in stock and ordering a car for me to get there. Of course , I paid for the car l o l. Thank you all

My apple laptop screen was black if I open it fully. Apple store told me that I need new screen but because my laptop is old they cannot change screen and I have to buy new laptop. They sent me to the Mike's repair shop where I got same result but with some creativity. They cannot change my screen but I can buy external screen and use it with my laptop. They sent me to uBreakiFix store where technician check my laptop screen connectors and told me I need new screen. It should be in the store in a week. Actually I waited 2 weeks until my laptop was repaired. I really glad that they able to repair my laptop because I got some old programs I used on it and they not going to work on a new laptop.

My old phone was damaged so I couldn't transfer my files to my new phone. I took it to uBreakifix and technician Jason was able to restore my old info back to my new phone. Also, Just want to thank store manager Mark who facilitated getting my phone fixed on time. I can definitely say I was not disappointed!!

Charu and Luis went above and beyond to get my screen fixed as it was extremely necessary for me. We arrived a few minutes before closing and they were still willing to help. Great store, great service!
The fix was to replace the battery in my iPhone 8. It was no surprise that they had to order it. The time needed for the shipment was pretty long, but this probably was not your fault. However, when it finally did show up, no one called me…I called you a few days later and learned it was there. This system makes no sense—do you really want customers to call daily (over a period of weeks) in order to know when to come in?
The actual work went well, and an agent gave me some very useful tips regarding charging and conservation of the battery…excellent service.
Great place and chill guys. They replace my MacBook Air m2 screen in just a little over 3 hours the same day. Also saved me some money compared to going Apple would recommend!
I am very thankful I found this place. They do make miracles happen! I was told by samsung to come here to see if they can fix my phone. My phone hasn't been charging with the wire & it keeps popping out that there is moisture or foreign material in it or something. The phone was never dropped in water and I have tried charging it with different wires and cleaned it with the computer air duster thing with no luck. I was only able to charge the phone via wireless dock. The person in the store was so nice and in 10 minutes he came out and told me the phone can charge now. He was so nice & told me to try it at home & if it doesnt work to come back on Monday. I went home to test it out & it works! I am very thankful for their service! Thank you so much. It works now with the charger! I highly recommend them for any issue with your phone. They are authorized providers for samsung and google. They even fix apple products and Microsoft.
Really quick and incredible service - my iPhone 13 got water and mineral damage and they fixed it with a new screen in 30 mins.
My main concern was salvaging data on my phone that was not backed up, and other places had quotes of $400-575 for data recovery and upwards of 2 weeks time!! While this cost me $217 including tax for a 3rd party screen (or could've paid $300+ for an apple screen). So I was relieved since was worried about losing my precious photos. I'm pleased, although I do wonder if it could've cost around $150 elsewhere for cleanup, labor, and fixing the screen.
Granted I don't know how the screen will perform and if my phone will continue to work, since I just got this service today. I did notice some flickering on the phone that made me wonder about the robustness, but phone is working splendidly and I'm grateful I have my photos and phone back. They were also really great at answering my questions about the process!
I recently used U Break I Fix It to reset and repair my phone, and while the process took a couple of weeks, I was ultimately satisfied with their efficient service. The staff at their Chelsea location were particularly friendly and helpful throughout the repair. Despite the wait, they successfully resolved the issue, and my phone is now working perfectly. I appreciate their thoroughness and the positive experience with their Chelsea team.
