Absolutely blown away by the exceptional service and quality at New York Stone! From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel like a VIP. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence is unmatched. The stone selection was incredible, and their expert guidance helped me find the perfect stone for my bathroom and kitchen rebovation project. Can't recommend them enough! Five stars isn't enough - I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

Had an amazing experience with New York Stone. They have shown great knowledge in stone and have recommended each stone based on application, gave me great advice regarding maintenance and care and have been overall very friendly and professional.

If I could, I would give 10 stars! The service, the quality, and the care were absolutely outstanding. Everything from A to Z was perfect. They made me feel like renovating my house all over again!

Avoid like the plague! They sold us beautiful "quartzite" that was supposed to be natural but turned out to be falsely color enhanced. The color essentially melted off, going from rich browns and greys to looking sandblasted and dull. Moreover, it has concealed cracks on the inside and was much softer than quartzite was supposed to be. My contractor says it's "garbage stone" that is not fit for a kitchen island with bar overhang. If someone sat on the island, the whole thing could break. Preliminary review by a minerologist says it's not even quartzite. Quartzite is supposed to be able to scratch glass, but a sample taken from one of the slabs was too soft to scratch glass. Don't make the same mistake, please. Save your time and don't even bother. Their stones may look beautiful in the gallery, but they could look completely different by the time they are being installed. Who knows how bad they'd have looked in a few years...

I had difficulty in deciding the stone to use but Jonathan was very patient and helpful. He was always available and provided numerous options and thoughtfully responded to my request for suggestions. Even with his support, I returned stone twice and he managed the credit and exchanges quickly. I finally chose stone that I'm convinced I'll be happy using. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others. Thank you, Jonathan.

I worked with Rami Paradise to find two different marble slabs for my home and two different stone tile options for bathrooms. My experience was excellent. From the moment we contacted Rami, we got superior service and excellent selections. Touring the yard with Rami was fun. NY Stone - Gorgeous Stone, Excellent Service & Good Prices For an extensive and stunning selection of all kinds of stone, I highly recommend NY Stone. They have a showroom in NYC, and an amazing stone yard with a huge selection just a short ride from Manhattan in New Jersey. You will have a hard time deciding among the options they offer, and their staff is so helpful, responsive and professional. Note that the PATH Train runs very frequently from Manhattan to NJ. It is a quick ride and it stops right near NY Stone. I was surprised at how easy it was to take the PATH Train out to NY Stone. I think people do not realize this. Considering stone for a project? It would be a big mistake to not visit NY Stone. You may even create a new project to use a stone you find at NY Stone.

Wonderful showroom, amazing samples, fantastic customer service. Worth going just to look at the miracles of geology.
