This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
New York City Towing in New York, NY scores 97/100 with overwhelmingly positive feedback. Customers highlight fast response times (often 10–45 minutes, even Sundays), professional, friendly drivers who communicate clearly, careful handling (flatbed), help with jump-starts and pound releases, and fair, standardized pricing with true 24/7 availability. Cross‑borough and NY–NJ tows are handled smoothly. A single outlier reports a 4‑hour wait and cancellation, so rare delays can occur. No data on inventory variety, yard organization, or parts-finding—reviews focus solely on towing.
I called for a tow truck, and the driver was very friendly and accommodating. When there was a problem with pulling cash to settle up, the driver was very patient and offered a range of accommodations while I figured things out. I won't be taking my business anywhere else in the future.
Great service, good pricing and a very friendly driver. My daughter was very nervous as a new driver and the towing company made her feel comfortable and safe! Eyal went to pick her up and was very professional.
Thank you so much for an amazing service! I got stock with my car in the middle of the night and the driver Eyal responded so quick and got there in no time. He was so helpful and kind! I am definitely recommending his services!!!
