One of the best experiences I’ve had with a dealership, the manager Justin Bordina was very professional and helpful in getting my car shipped overseas, I will recommend this dealership to anyone.

This has to be one of the worst dealerships I have ever dealt with. I bought a used 2022 Escalade ESV with 11,000 miles on it. I purchased from out of town. They told me the vehicle has never had any body/paintwork. When I got home I noticed there had been paintwork done on the drivers side of the vehicle. When I questioned Justin Bordina about it he acknowledged there was paintwork done to get the panels back to Cadillac standard. I have attempted to contact Justin via text messages and he fails to respond but when I spent $70,000 he was very responsive. I dropped my vehicle off on January 19 and they have put over 100 miles on my escalade. It is February 15 and I still don’t have my vehicle back. Their employees have driven my vehicle to Staten Island twice. When I call the dealership to inquire on the status of it no one knows what’s going on with it. I will never buy another GM vehicle. Worst car buying experience and customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I got my vehicle back after 32 days and it has more swirl marks than it had when I brought it there. Justin Bordina will not fix the issue as he says it’s cosmetic and I have to pay to fix it. They scratched my mirror while it was down there. This is the worst dealership and Cadillac Corporation isn’t doing anything about it. This is my last GM vehicle. Cadillac of Manhattan is a terrible dealership.

I bought my $180,000 Cadillac Escalade V-Series ESV last December and Arsalan was my sales person. I paid Cash and flew up from Virginia to finish the deal. My experience while I was there was terrible, no Demo of the vehicle, no one to show me the features it has or go over it at all. They took my money and then they recommend a company that could transport it for me from NYC to Virginia. Paid $800 for the dealership to give my brand new truck to someone from A TOW TRUCK COMPANY that was hired by the transport company to bring my truck to them in Brooklyn to be loaded on AN OPEN TRAILER when I paid for enclosed shipping. The guy the dealership gave the keys to didn't even tow it, he was DRIVING IT AROUND MANHATTAN AND THE BRONX and put almost 100 miles on my truck. I ended up calling a family member who lived in the bronx to go to the location I had as I was tracking it on the app and demand that they give the keys to them. Then he extorted me out of $600 to release it because he said the transport company hadn't paid him yet. So I cash applied him $600 with my family member confirming he received it and they released it to them. I then had to buy $1400 plane tickets for my wife and I to fly up New years day, pick up my vehicle and drive it back to Virginia myself, when I got in my vehicle I found that the none of the cameras worked and the dash was pink all across so I drove it home to Virginia and brought it directly to the dealer, they had it for almost 3 months before it was finally fixed. Fast forward to November of 2025, my Escalade now has just over 7000 miles on it, my pregnant wife, my dog, and I are 4 hours from home on a trip for our anniversary and at 75mph the vehicle puts itself in park locks up all of the tires and nearly loses control, the engine is locked up. Luckily we are minutes away from a Cadillac dealership where we wait for 3 hours to be told it needs a full engine replacement. 3 months later, GM finally offers to buy back the truck. STAY AWAY FROM CADILLAC OF MANHATTAN YOU WILL REGRET DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

Second time I have been to Cadillac of Manhattan for service, and second time it was a total disappointment (first time manager rightly fixed the issue with a service agent that no longer works there and that’s why I tried again). This service agent (I’ll hold off on name right now still hoping they will do the right thing) wasn’t that knowledgeable, blamed me as a client for not using the right car jargon, dismissive, technicians careless, and nobody takes accountability for the inexperience or muddled communication. I’m under the impression that true incompetence is being covered up here on multiple levels. I came in for an extended warranty problem with a letter in hand from GM explaining the exact issue and how it should be completely covered. It was dismissed and I was charged diagnostic fees to discover the “problem”. After a replaced module and wire work and my issue still not resolved, 4 days later, and a struggle to get a loaner while they held my car, I’m told actually the issue is covered but I have to pay for other things they fixed because of incompetence. My issue has not been resolved, cooling fans still running, my display doesn’t engage, and they undid the module and wiring that I never needed or wanted in 20 min. Strange how fast they undid “their work” when I was told it was on the house (a 5hr job of front to back wiring). Make it make sense. In the end at 5:15pm the service agent and manager took no responsibility and instead they took out “their work” in 20 min, will supposedly refund my money and rudely sent me on my way after presenting me with a $1400 quote to fix what I initially came in for. Outrageous. How did 4 days of work get undone in 20 min? Why are my cooling fans still running? Why won’t my display engage? Why is my left blinker now failing and sensors going off? Was any work really performed?!!! Time was wasted, waiting on my refund for work I didn’t need, and now I need to go to a reputable Cadillac dealership to start all over again. In the end I was told, “Well, we gave you back your car exactly how you brought it.” Yes! That’s the problem exactly!!!!! If they care about their reputation, or return customers, or an updated edit to this review, I would expect an immediate call and solution to this frustrating and unsettling experience.

Ashley is truly the best sales lady I have ever dealt with. While I was looking for a car, she made the process easy fast and convenient. I have never dealt with a sales lady who knew her prices the way she did and the models of Each vehicle on the lot. If you’re looking for the right person to help you get into a new vehicle or a used vehicle she is definitely the person to go see. Thank you, Ashley!

Delany was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. She was extremely kind, knowledgeable and immensely helpful. I cannot say enough how great she was!

I leased a 2026 Lyriq the beginning of December and did all work using a broker service. When I arrived to take delivery, Greg and Jeff were top notch and took the time to make sure I understood the features of the vehicle along with how to to the basic operations of the infotainment center. I will be considering the 2 hour drive back to the dealership for my next vehicle!

I bought my first car here, with the help of Lynch Nguyen. He was professional, efficient, patient, and not pushy. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family if they are looking to buy a car.

Last February I purchased a pre-owned certified 2021 Cadillac Ct5 and it has not been a pleasant experience. At first, I wanted to pay for the car all at once , but they made me go through their specific bank and take out a loan. I paid the car off after the first month, but it was very annoying having to go through the bank. Secondly, Neither key fob worked 3 days after I brought the car home, nor was their gas in the car. I found this very unprofessional, coming from a dealership with such a high reputation. Next, there was severe rim rash on the car and it was to be repaired, they put some cheap silver coating on it, which eventually peeled off, 3 months after having the car. Now, there is a mechanical issue with the driver side door and it wont open. I had to go to a local Cadillac dealership for this to be repaired and I was charged because those specifics weren't under warranty. Lastly, when I speak to customer service, I've made it clear that I live in New Jersey and I would appreciate if they send me offers to surrounding dealerships, they always say they will accommodate that request, but never do. Disappointed is an understatement.

Good customer service. Long story short, I had a bad experience with a different Cadillac dealership and Cadillac of Manhattan offered to assist with the problems I needed resolved. They were professional and fixed what was needed. Due to that positive experience, I decided to change dealerships and was put in contact with Lynch one of their salesmen. I inform Lynch that my lease was coming to a close in a few months and right away he started assisting me to find my next vehicle to lease. Before I knew it I was at their dealership speaking with Jeff and Lynch signing my paperwork for my new vehicle. Great assistance from both of them.

As a new Cadillac customers my wife and I are extremely happy to have been represented by your Salesmsn Mr. Lynch Nguyen. He has definitely built a lasting relationship with us. Not only was he knowledgeable but, he was extremely supportive and honest. We had communication from beginning to end and he was never there to pressure us at all. Not only do we feel confident that we made the right purchase but, we also feel that we got a great deal. We plan on becoming loyal customers thanks to the positive overall experience that we had at the Cadillac of Manhattan. Mr. Lynch Nguyen, is clearly an asset to your establishment. We are proud to have had his support he’s a true professional. Kind regards, Jaime & Miriam Rodriguez Sent from Yahoo Mail for iPhone

Please don't waste your time by going to this dealer. Santiago Moreno- The sale reps are liars including the finance managers (Arasalan Saleem) . They will make it seem like they helping but instead they will help you on how to mess up your credit. Instead of saving money you will be spending more than you would think. So I SUGGEST YOU TO AVOID THIS DEALER..

Absolutely horrible experience at Cadillac of Manhattan. If I could give zero stars, I would. I brought my Lyriq in for a recall fix, and everything was fine before. When I picked it up, the front camera was dead and the rear camera lost its parking grid lines — damage clearly caused during their service. I pointed it out immediately, but the advisor Patrick Martin was rude and dismissive. Instead of fixing it, he told me to “come back next week,” so I had to drive around with broken safety features caused by THEIR mistake. When I returned, they held my car overnight and then tried to charge me $3,260, claiming my warranty doesn’t apply because it’s an “Uber car.” That excuse makes no sense — plenty of NYC GM cars are used for Uber/Lyft, and it doesn’t change the fact that Cadillac Manhattan broke it. Then Patrick told me to take it back to the dealer I bought it from. Why should I run around when YOU caused the issue? Unprofessional, careless, and unwilling to take responsibility. My car was fine before their tech touched it. Avoid this place if you value your time and money.

Took my Lyriq to Cadillac of Manhattan for a recall repair, and it turned into one of the worst service experiences I’ve had with any dealership. When I dropped the car off, every camera and safety feature worked perfectly. The recall was a simple fix — nothing to do with cameras — but when I picked it up, the front camera was dead and the rear camera had lost all parking grid lines. I pointed it out immediately to the advisor, Patrick Martin. Instead of taking responsibility, I was told to “come back in a week.” So now I’m stuck driving for days with safety features they broke. When I returned, they kept the car overnight, then handed me a $3,260 bill to “fix” the issue they caused — claiming Uber/Lyft use voids my warranty. That makes zero sense, especially in NYC where many people drive their GM cars for rideshare. To make matters worse, Patrick’s response was to tell me to go back to the dealership I bought it from. That’s not problem-solving — that’s passing the buck. The whole experience felt dismissive and careless. I’ve since learned this isn’t the first time customers have had similar problems here. If you care about your car and want honest service, look elsewhere. It is August 22nd, 2025, and I still don’t see the grid lines, and nothing is working.

If I could give negative stars I would give this place a NEGATIVE 2.2616! I made an appointment (which was the only positive thing with my experience) parked my 2024 CT5 Blackwing which I want to trade in for the refreshed 2026 version. During the ever so lovely game of the manager and Greg the salesman going to the office looking over and giving the "NOD" like he is doing something wonderful, I begin chatting with a father and son about the hand built Cadillac Celestiq, well don't you know my salesman takes the lads over to the computer and begins chatting like I am not there. As a salesman myself, this is a spit in the POTENTIAL Client’s face that is sitting at your desk, what do I know about human decency! When I said ”Greg did you forget about me" he attempts to flip the script and say "well you told them to look at the car"! That, in addition to the offer of $80K trade in value of my car which is an absurdly low offer when according to Edmond’s the car is valued at 98K-105k (simple google search) that WAS THE LAST STRAW for me. I gathered my things and was basically tossed out the door as Greg didn’t even give me the time or day after the trade in value was given to me. I was shocked that NO ONE tried to save this sale and let me walk out the door. This dealership and SALESMAN DID NOT HAVE one once of empathy for the consumer. My advice is stay away and if you do go, ask who you will be dealing with, and if you have the unfortunate luck of getting Greg as the salesman, tread lightly, you may get scolded, sent to your room and told you are angry and do not want to listen. The best part was when he asked me what I was looking for as a trade in price and got sent on my way because I was told I was angry and not listening.

I brought my Cadillac Lyriq to Cadillac Manhattan for a routine recall service, expecting professional and reliable care. Instead, it turned into a nightmare. Before the visit, my car was in perfect condition—no sensor issues, no dashboard warnings, nothing. As soon as I picked it up after the recall work, multiple sensor warnings started going off immediately. I returned to Cadillac Manhattan to get it checked, and they told me it would cost $3,200 to fix. How is it that my car had no issues before, and now, right after their technician touched it, I’m expected to pay thousands of dollars for a problem they clearly caused? To make it worse, they told me the warranty doesn’t cover the repair—but again, this damage was caused during their recall service. They’re refusing to take responsibility, and that says a lot about their lack of accountability and poor service standards. This experience makes me question the competence of Cadillac Manhattan’s technicians and the overall integrity of their service department. If this is how they handle recall work—damaging customer vehicles and then charging them for the repairs—I highly recommend you think twice before trusting them with your vehicle. Avoid Cadillac Manhattan if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.

I purchased a new CT5-V Blackwing from Cadillac of Manhattan and I was extremely impressed with the entire experience. My salesman David N. was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car. He was patient and answered all my questions honestly. In addition the sales manager Jeff took the time to thoroughly explain the finance portion of the purchase. I also got a better deal than any other Cadillac dealer I visited in the area. I highly recommend these guys!

I had an absolutely outstanding experience working with Lynch at Cadillac Manhattan. From start to finish, he was nothing short of phenomenal. Lynch went above and beyond to ensure I got the best possible deal, and his commitment, professionalism, and persistence were truly impressive. He worked tirelessly to make sure everything went smoothly, and I never once felt pressured or rushed. He was responsive, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, answering every question I had and walking me through each step of the process with care. What really stood out was how hard he worked behind the scenes to get the deal across the finish line. Even when things got complicated, Lynch remained focused and determined to deliver a great outcome—and he absolutely did. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about their clients and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure you leave happy, ask for Lynch. He’s the best!

I went into Cadillac of Manhattan on a Tuesday and had my Escalade by Thursday! It would have been even sooner but I started my process late and wanted a specific vehicle that needed to be retrieve from their offsite. Throughout the whole process I worked with Lynch Nguyen who showed me every feature while we waited for finance to come through. He kept me informed every step of the way and even went as far as picking me up in the rain from work on his day off just to save me an overpriced Uber ride and took me to the dealership to deliver the vehicle once again on his day OFF. Amazing service!

On October 18th I purchased a 2025 CT4. At first I was undecided on what my next car purchase would be but after speaking to Arsalan at Cadillac of Manhattan I knew I couldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve bought cars in the past at other dealerships, this was by far the best experience that I’ve had. Excellent communication every step of the way from start to finish. Very knowledgeable about the car, took his time and explained all the features to me. Even helped walk me through the process of setting up the app as well as the OnStar. When buying a Cadillac you expect great service and yet they exceeded my expectations. I definitely recommend Cadillac of Manhattan and ask for Arsalan!

On May 17th we purchased a certified preowned (CPO) 2022 Cadillac Escalade for $92, 000. We bought the SUV from Cadillac of Manhattan. We were told it had a clean Carfax and no accidents. This was our number one priority going and prompted us to proceed with the deal to purchase the vehicle. We did not notice the color difference and paint defect in the dimly lit indoor tunnel structure, that Cadillac of Manhattan uses to deliver vehicles to customers. So, this went unnoticed by us. We did inspect for what we considered to be common items like tires, engine lights, cracked glass/mirrors, abnormal sounds during engine idle both from outside and inside. On May 19th, we took the vehicle to get a quote for a full and complete detail to include ceramic coating. The detailing tech who inspected the vehicle to give us the quote gave us horrible news. He informed us that the paint of the right side of the vehicle does not match the rest of the vehicle. He further surmised, that this may have been due to repairs made after an accident. This was never disclosed to us by Cadillac of Manhattan. Even still to this day, they are denying it. We were advised to take the vehicle to an autobody shop for a more thorough and professional inspect of the discrepancy. To further compound on what we had already been told, the autobody shop found far more discrepancies with the paint and body work that was previously done. We were told by the autobody shop that the: · Right front bumper was shoddily repainted. · Right back door was shoddily repaired and repainted. · The right fender was shoddily repainted. In fact, the paint job was so bad that the color difference could easily be noticed by the autobody tech. He also specified bubbling of the paint in the repainted areas which to him indicated rust forming under the repainted surface. These issues, especially the rust if left untreated, can lead more expensive repairs in the future, adding to a greater and more rapid devaluation of our investment. We believe that Cadillac of Manhattan knew of these issues and neglected to inform us. How could they not know? After all a Cadillac 172 CPO inspection would have discovered all the discrepancies mentioned above. On May 24th I returned the vehicle to the dealership. I was told that I’d already signed the papers and it was my problem to deal with. This from a premier Cadillac dealership. After much back and forth, we agreed to take the vehicle if they fully pay for the repairs. They refused to cover the charges for a proper paint and corrosion repair at a repair shop we trust and know will do the job right. As at this point, I no longer trusted anyone at Cadillac of Manhattan to do the right thing. We have pictures that showed the difference in color and the shoddy repairs that were previously done to a vehicle that supposedly had never been in an accident. The only recourse that we sought was to have the dealership right an obvious wrong. Unfortunately, they were more interested in making a profit on the vehicle than fixing an issue they obviously knew about and making the situation right

I will start this review of by saying my time was well spent at Cadillac of Manhattan. My advisor, Justin, was phenomenal up front and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. I specified what I wanted and he made it happen. Laid everything out for me, spoke with management and it was a smooth process. Would highly recommend again for any vehicle needs.

Thank you again for the 2023 Cadillac Escalade!!
