I payed $50 dollar deposit and was to pay rest on arrival at location instead guy toke me from Perry st, to 7th Avenue and dropped me off at side of road as it was to long in traffic for him from New York city to New Jersey
Very explanatory with procedure getting me out of 6 floors garage below ground, very happy with service. Highly recommended I will let everyone know about this company.
Very bad day for me. Car broke down and this tow truck robbed me. He charged me $300.00 for a
4.7 mile. When I got to the destination this guy didn’t even give me chance to ask for a drop

I called 24 HR Tow Truck Service for a flatbed tow and was initially quoted a reasonable price with an estimated 30 minute arrival. That turned into almost 2 hours of waiting.
When the driver (Asher) finally showed up, he was extremely rude and unprofessional from the start. He handled my vehicle carelessly and it was clear he didn’t care about damaging it.
The worst part was at drop-off. He refused to unload my car unless I paid him THREE TIMES the original quoted price. It felt like my vehicle was being held hostage. On top of that, he would not accept credit cards, only cash or Zelle.
This is a clear bait and switch and very shady behavior. I will be reporting this company to the appropriate authorities. Be careful dealing with them.
Very reliable. They are friendly, quick, exceptional, prices are reasonable and they make sure you get everything done the way you need it to be. They are the best towing company I would ever recommend
Terrible service. Charged $225 cash to go 1.1 miles. A 10 minute drive. Didn’t scoop up my car onto the bed, wanted me to drive it onto the tow bed. Then wouldn’t let me sit in the front cab because of “company policy.” Asked for money while I was in my car suspended in mid air like I was going to run off. Terrible experience, would not recommend this tow company.
