We were visiting NYC and needed a place to store our car. We chose this uptown location as it was a better deal. Easy experience all the way around. We would use this option again.
Warning: this place will allow you to reserve a space on-line, send you confirm emails and texts but once you get to the garage, the attendant will say they are full and open to monthly holders only.
For people who use ParkWhiz, avoid this place. Even if you reserve a lot with full payment, this facility will not guarantee a spot for you.
To the garage owner: if you do your business as first come first serve, fine, just remove yourself from any reservation app.
The manager was great and very accommodating. I didn't have enough cash on hand and had trouble with my PIN and they released my car to me and trusted me, and I paid them back later that day.
DO NOT park here if you want to charge your Tesla. The attendants will always supercharge the car and leave it plugged after charging is complete causing you to pay massive idle fees on your account.
Me gusto el servicio muy atentos y rrapido al buscar mi carro en esta area no hay mucho parqueo osea que el precio estubo muy bien osea barato pague $ 9 por 2 hora por 1 carro pequeño ? si quieren dar una vuelta por la 207 y vicitar la casa del mofongo les recomiendo no cojer lucha buscando parqueo y parqueense aqui?
I’ve never had any issues. The staff is very pleasant and usually has my car before I’m even all the way inside the garage. The service and pricing is competitive for the area.
