he tratado de no poner reviews malas porque a veces hay días donde uno puede amanecer de malas pero aquí está mi review porque sentía que era yo pero al ver que otras personas habían comentado me di cuenta que lo que yo estaba pensando no era mentira, para empezar siempre me cambian el precio, cuando veían a mi prometido decían una cosa pero cuando lo veían a él solo, aumentaban el precio, entiendo que es efectivo o zelle pero varias ocasiones nos decían que el Zelle no servía o que envíen al personal de la persona que está atendiendo, la otra vez le dije que envíe al de la empresa y me dijo que no porque está dañado cosa que me pareció extraño, cuando le dije una vez al caballero que me diga el nombre del Manager él me Dijo que el era y que teníamos que pagar si porque si, cambie de parqueadero y fue lo mejor, entiendan que no deben aprovecharse de la gente solo por ver su color de piel, y lo peor intentar discutir, perdieron unos buenos clientes, pero sé que no les importa porque eso ya nos dijeron, así que dejo este review para que puedan mejorar y capacitar al personal

We were visiting NYC and needed a place to store our car. We chose this uptown location as it was a better deal. Easy experience all the way around. We would use this option again.

Failed to disclose “oversized” fee prior to parking. Furthermore a Kia Sportage isn’t even a large vehicle. Pure cash grab.

For people who use ParkWhiz, avoid this place. Even if you reserve a lot with full payment, this facility will not guarantee a spot for you. To the garage owner: if you do your business as first come first serve, fine, just remove yourself from any reservation app.

The manager was great and very accommodating. I didn't have enough cash on hand and had trouble with my PIN and they released my car to me and trusted me, and I paid them back later that day.

DO NOT park here if you want to charge your Tesla. The attendants will always supercharge the car and leave it plugged after charging is complete causing you to pay massive idle fees on your account.

Me gusto el servicio muy atentos y rrapido al buscar mi carro en esta area no hay mucho parqueo osea que el precio estubo muy bien osea barato pague $ 9 por 2 hora por 1 carro pequeño 😁 si quieren dar una vuelta por la 207 y vicitar la casa del mofongo les recomiendo no cojer lucha buscando parqueo y parqueense aqui🧐

I’ve never had any issues. The staff is very pleasant and usually has my car before I’m even all the way inside the garage. The service and pricing is competitive for the area.

Made a last minute reservation to meet a friend for dinner. Easy to find, great staff. I prefer using a garage over risking street parking anyway!
