If I can give a 0 I would...the night driver picked up my vehicle and fell asleep on the job...yes you hear right.. he told me he fell asleep because he worked all day. I was calling him on both his cell and the office number for 2 hours no answer..he told me he carries both phones at night...what..it's a 24hr service with 1 person on call at night...I called the precinct and reported my vehicle missing...they were able to tell me approximately where my vehicle was..he drove so close to the destination, stopped to eat and fell asleep on the job. This is highly unacceptable..I was so worried thinking that tow company stole my vehicle...he didn't even apologize...I wouldn't recommend using this company.

I’m from CT, and I was stranded in Astoria NY at 12:03pm on a Saturday. My car had terrible issues and they immediately helped me out, and drove me to my home in a flash. I was hesitant at first but I prayed and trusted them and they went above and beyond. They immediately made sure I was taken care of - waiting for them, and until I got home. Edwin is such a blessing! God is good
Excellent service! I had called several towing companies everyone told me they couldn't get my vehicle out. It was too low a clearance, they couldn't jump it. My vehicle had been stuck in a parking garage for quite sometime. This driver brought a battery got it into neutral and pushed it out while one of my team members steered. They really went above and beyond. Thank you!
The whole team I worked with was incredibly responsive, helpful and professional. I was in a stressful situation and they made working with them easy and enjoyable.
