This business is absolute scam. Previously made purchase in Nov 2025, and they were unable to retrieve and told me they would issue a refund. I have not seen a refund to the date. It has been over 6 months. This business has a reputation of unetical practices and has been reported to the BBB. Do not take your business here as the owner and employees collude on manipulating their bottom line by falsifying transactions. THis business will rob you and not blink an eye. Bad business and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS is an absolute SCAM!!!!!!
DO NOT BUY ANY PART UNSEEN DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY UNTIL YOU INSPECT. That lanky Caucasian male at the front is the epitome of a low life and will meet the right person one day to do what is needed. He is Extraordinarily quick to take your money but when there part shows up and it’s not the correct part or even worse the correct part but looks damaged “there’s nothing they can do about” I bought a used radiator sight unseen and when it was pulled and shown to me the next day the entire bottom of the radiator was pinched and the fins were completely damaged to the point of being unacceptable. He claimed that it “would hold coolant” but that’s not reassuring considering replacing radiators are expensive in labor and it’s not worth taking the chance.
I told him this radiator part is in an unacceptable condition and the first thing out his mouth was “store credit”. His reasoning “I didn’t want the part”.no sir the part was not fit to be on a vehicle. Nobody would install what looks to be a severely damaged radiator.
The only way to deal with them is to tell them what you want . Pay with a credit card and only 10% downpayment. So if the try and screw you over file a dispute with your CC provider.

Based on my experience, this place operates on empty promises, pressure tactics, and demands for upfront payment before delivering anything of value. Once the money is gone, so is the accountability.
If you’re thinking about paying upfront—don’t.
You’d be better off flushing your cash down the toilet. At least that would be honest.
The people working at this location appear to be trained to talk fast, dodge responsibility, and redirect blame while the owner stays conveniently out of reach. Professionalism is nonexistent, transparency is a joke, and customer respect is clearly not a priority.
This is not a misunderstanding. This is not poor communication.
This is a pattern.
I’m posting this so others don’t fall into the same trap. Save yourself the stress, the anger, and the lost money. Walk away and warn others.

I read all the bad reviews on this business and called anyway.I called Liberty auto parts to find out if they had a left side mirror and the guy said yes 2 in stock. I came down spoke to the guy that I spoke to on the phone and he said it will be available tomorrow. I said you claim it is in stock why would I have to wait until tomorrow. He wanted me to pay $100 for it now and come back. I said no he said bye very rudely. Hope this place goes out of business soon. Went across the street and got it for way cheaper and was happy to do business with them.
They are thieves
I went there to buy a transfer case cost me 544 dollars
He told me to come back next day to pickup the part
Next day I showed to pickup
And the Spanish guy starts giving excuses saying he doesn't have the part so I ask to give my money back
He just refuse to give me back the money. They just stole my money
Now I'm dealing with the bank to get my money back

Consumers beware I purchased a running board for my 2011 Ford Expedition from Eli who was my sale person i was told that it would have to be ordered once it arrived it was off of a 2013 ford Expedition and it was the wrong part I was then told by Eli to give him a couple of days to find the right one and if he couldn't find it that a refund would be issued back to me what I paid for the part. I gave him more then a couple of days and when I called for a follow-up on the part I was promised a total refund and till this day I haven't received anything or heard from him again about my refund and this been since August 15th 2025. Bad business in my eyes will never deal with this again liers and thieves in my eyes whoever is the owner of this business i want my money back.
This place is a scam. Left a $200 deposit but couldn’t deliver the part for more than 3 business days. Instead of fighting with them I left. Looking at the people working behind the counter it seems they need the $200 more than I do. I hope you guys feed your family with my money you guys seem like you really need the money. If you needed the cash because you guys couldn’t feed yourselves then you should have just mentioned it I would have given you $200 and some food. ATTENTION

They take my money a didn’t have the CV part for four days saying the driver is coming and never received my part because they didn’t have the part and looking around for it charge me one price and looking for it cheaper don’t go there they are scammers

Super scammers dont trust this place PLEASE look elsewhere as they lie and say they have the parts to only have you PAY UP FRONT and never give you the parts and then they stipulate no refunds and still dont give you the part. And your bank will not refund you the money since they call and say it was delivered. SUPER SHADY AND SCAMMERS. Im still waiting for my car door since August. Its “still coming from our NJ branch” but when i offered to pick it up they said no. So you be the judge of that.
Great doing business with this company very reliable and can be counted on, second time doing business with them co worker that get me the best service “Richie” and if you want to know I’ve got a bmw engine and a transmission for infinity and the both was perfect I recommend ask them for any parts they will get you right .
Warning to others — avoid this business at all costs.
I paid this store $1,200 upfront for a part I never received. When I asked for a refund, they hid behind a “no refund” policy and refused to return my money. After waiting nearly 3 months, I had no choice but to take them to court (7 months later) I won the case. Even with a court judgment against them, they still refuse to answer, refund, or resolve the issue.
This place is run by scammers who play with people’s hard-earned money. I’m now having to involve a marshal to collect what is legally owed to me.
I will keep everyone posted on updates, and once my issue is resolved, I’m willing to help others who may have gone through the same. This business needs to be shut down before more people get taken advantage of.

Yes this is regarding the Benz wheels. We had agreed on a set of wheels that were supposed to be in “like new” condition I even have pictures confirming this. Instead, I later received a call offering me $200 off because you couldn’t provide the style I ordered, and the wheels you did have were scuffed up and in need of repairs before I could do anything with them. I really don’t have to say much more—your reviews already show recurring complaints of the same issue, which only proves your a scam.
This business needs to be shut down asap . Never believe a single word they say. They are running a scam business not an auto part business you will never get your parts they will just take your money and then make you wait forever even if you go to court its going to take you 2 years to get your money back

They’re nice and friendly. They have the parts I needed and they were able to get me a mechanic to fix it asap at a very cheap price. I will definitely recommend there services if you need any car parts
This company must be shut down where full of scammers. They took the customer’s money and don’t provide the service or parts. One who paid, forget about the refund and service. Please beware and think million of times before paying in form of cash or card or any medium.
We need to complain about this facility and file a class action lawsuit. They are totally parasites.

Untrustworthy Scammers
Asked for a front bumper replacement and they gave me a cheap bumper cover.
Told them it wasn't the right one and no refunds, just "store credit"

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME...I really wish there was a negative star. This company give you the run around. They have no problem taking your money, and giving you no service. They took my daughter $1k for a transmission on January 30th. And here we are no refund and no transmission. Eli is the absolutely the worst. He talks in circles, and then go off on the side to smoke.
Please I don't know what can be done but they need to be shut down.

They took my credit card payment and when I disputed the charge with my credit card company Liberty Auto Parts FORGED my signature to provide a receipt which ELI had ripped up when I returned the part they gave me because it was the wrong part. They took back the part and my money.
I tried to speak to the owner “John” but he’s never around and no one provides his phone number.
Anytime you visit the store there are people there following up on parts they paid for and have not received or have been already scammed out of their money.
The community is hurting with businesses like these that scam people out of their hard earned money. It’s time we stand up - reach out to me for more info.
Total scam. The company said it is ordering my parts
1.) they placed wrong ordered
2.) takes more than 3 weeks. I did not even see my part yet.

They took a deposit from me to order a part and never delivered. After one week they are still giving me the runaround about my refund. The salesman Eli keeps telling me to come back when the owner is there. I’m very disappointed and frustrated at the same time. The guy at the counter said that he was trying to get in touch with the owner but since last Thursday I am still waiting. No refund yet I am standing inside of the store and no one seems to know what’s happening.
Scam. Do you want to lose your money or your time? This is an excellent place to make you lose both things. They receive your money even if they don't have the piece you are ordering and then they tell you to return the next day that's where the mockery and the theft begins because they don't return the money or give you the piece they only give you a credit to buy more things that they don't have and so they continue until you wear out tired, horrible.
FRAUD ALERT! Liberty auto parts is not a place to go for your used auto parts, they don't have alot of parts or inventory but they will do everything possible to keep your hard earned money and call it store credit, but you never get to use it . If this is not fraud then I don't know what this is. Third time I had same experience with them. Save yourself, go someplace else.

so I was called today by the same guy who had threatened me and asked me to leave the store, he called because I left them this very truthful review, he started lecturing me about morals and calling me hot-headed. It's amazing how a person with zero morals, empathy or respect has the guts to call my phone and attempt giving me a talk about morality! When I confronted him about the call, he told me he was calling to tell me about the part, which we both know was a lie. There's integrity lacking seriously in that business.
Be careful out there everyone, they lie, keep your money and give you store credits they'll never honor.
On January 27th 2023 I went to this place to order parts for my 2004 Toyota Camry, they didn’t have the parts at that time so they said that they can get it but that I won’t get the parts until Monday, so I said ok leaving a down payment, Monday comes that I go down there to pickup my parts an im being told that the guy Eli that took my order was fired so am saying to them what do I have to do with him being fired, so im a bit confused because now the guy that I came to find out trough a review that his name is Richie, so Richie said ok get him the parts mind you the parts that I bought was supposed to be new, so he comes out with a bumper that was not new, then he comes with a used fogged up head light so now im furious asking for my money back, so I had to call the police, I wasn’t able to meet up with the police because i was feeling so upset that I left to go eat so I received a call from the police telling me to patient, a hour later I called an they tell me to come pickup my parts sure enough my bumper was new my head light was new an now I’m waiting for my hood never again bad COSTOMER service!!!
Been coming here since I was young, quality and service hasn’t changed and operation remains efficient and friendly. I recommend anyone to come here in search of auto parts for their daily driver or project cars.
