Total scam. The company said it is ordering my parts 1.) they placed wrong ordered 2.) takes more than 3 weeks. I did not even see my part yet. 3.) no body is accountable for check the the status of parts. I just don't know how this business is run? Meanwhile I cannot fix my car because I don't have my parts. It is total waste of my time! Highly NOT recommended!!!

RUN as fast as you can! 🚨🚨Scammer Alert! They took my credit card payment and when I disputed the charge with my credit card company Liberty Auto Parts FORGED my signature to provide a receipt which ELI had ripped up when I returned the part they gave me because it was the wrong part. They took back the part and my money. I tried to speak to the owner “John” but he’s never around and no one provides his phone number. Anytime you visit the store there are people there following up on parts they paid for and have not received or have been already scammed out of their money. The community is hurting with businesses like these that scam people out of their hard earned money. It’s time we stand up - reach out to me for more info.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME...I really wish there was a negative star. This company give you the run around. They have no problem taking your money, and giving you no service. They took my daughter $1k for a transmission on January 30th. And here we are no refund and no transmission. Eli is the absolutely the worst. He talks in circles, and then go off on the side to smoke. Please I don't know what can be done but they need to be shut down.

ALERT!! ALERT!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE HERE'S OUR STORY: We ordered an engine we were promised 2 days delivery. We gave them a check with the amount and signed no company name so that they'll write their company name. Finally two weeks passed by and we were told the engine was ready but they didn't have no one to deliver. I rented a Uhaul and went to their shop to be told the check had bounced but it wasn't because of no funds they didn't put their company name on the check. I was told they couldn't give me the engine to come back with cash. Me and my partner decided that after the nightmare of calling everyday having to rent Uhaul and everything else to donate the car and not buy the engine. They resummitted the check without our permission and cashed the check. we called them and we were told no refund that we had a store credit. Our neighbor is a mechanic and so happened that he's engine broke on his car and we told him to avoid going to court lets use our store credit so that they can get you an engine. A month and a week has passed by and we're calling everyday to be told, the manager is no longer working here Im a new guy I'll definitely take care of you, they'll call us back that the engine in on the way and nothing. Please stay away, stay away.

I visited Liberty auto body shop in June paying hard earned money for an engine and transmission and was told it will be available in 2 weeks and to my surprise 5 weeks later i haven't received nothing but a bunch lies from the entire staff including the managers. The most frustrating part about this entire ordeal they had me come back numerous times hanging on their broken promises. On one of my visits Eli the clerk at the front desk put me on a call with John the manager, John over the phone stated to me his staff wasn't capable of handling the shop issues, and he apologized for the inconvenience but told me if the parts does not arrive by Wednesday July 12 he will give me a refund, already beyond frustrated i decided to still give John the opportunity to make things right. Two days later i returned to the auto shop still no parts i spoke with Eli once again and asked for my refund back like John promised. However, Eli explained the managers were out the office. No matter the hour of my arrival those managers Patrick J. McGurk and John (they refused to give John full name) was never on duty to assist with my issue. At this time Eli reached out to Patrick via phone because John wasn't available . After numerous calls to Patrick, Patrick told Eli to have me wait that he was on his way. Patrick had me wait for four hours at the auto shop and was a No Show. I had Eli call Patrick back to explain himself and what Patrick made clear during that call was he didn't have time and he wasn't giving me my money back AND I just needed to come back the following day to check if the parts arrived. Could you Imagine the manager having you wait for 4 hours with no solution. I even asked for a receipt stating the ETA of the parts instead they called the cops to escort me out because they needed to close. Once the cops arrived to my surprise the officers went straight after the staff demanding the owners and staff stop ripping people off because they are tired of the constant calls from people complaining about this business. So if you want to be scammed and get hostile customer service this is the place.
