The entire staff was very accommodating. It was extremely easy to get an onsite appointment. The gentleman that came to collect my shredding was very friendly and efficiently dealt with all the materials that needed to be shredded. I was very satisfied.

My company used their services a month ago and we were extremely satisfied with the results. The process from beginning to end was seamless. John arrived to shred our documents, and he was personable and professional. I enjoyed speaking with him. Thank you for the great service.

Time Shred makes bulk shredding a very smooth process. Availability is typically next day and their staff is always super polite and considerate of not damaging our floors or walls even with the rolling bins!

I’ve never written a 1 star review before. I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance for very important shredding. I was given a broad window of time they would arrive and waited in my apartment for the whole 4-5hour window. I missed the building door notification on my phone, but saw it 4 minutes later. By the time I made it downstairs, less than 5 mins after the doorbell notification, they had left. No calls to my phone, no email confirmation for the appointment time, no ETA, no texts. I called the company and they picked up after the 4th attempt- ironic since they never called me. They claimed they tried to call me, which is a flat lie and I have the call records to prove it. They were unwilling to turn the truck around despite being no more than a block or two away as only 10 minutes had elapsed since they had arrived; 5 of which was spent looking for their phone number since I never got an email confirmation from them. Unless I had been staring at my phone for the whole duration of the pickup window, there is no chance I had to make it. Terrible experience and would not recommend.

Just wanted to post about my recent, great experience with Time Shred Services. Moving out of state after 15-years & I had a boxes/files of personal papers accumulated over 20+ years (business, taxes, medical records, etc.), that just didn't make sense to travel with, have delivered or placed in storage. It especially didn't make sense to just toss everything in the trash, so I decided in order to ensure safety & security, it was better to have everything shredded. I contacted several services who provide on-site residential shredding services & went with Time Shred for their quick availability, pricing & due to the wonderful customer service interactions I had with their reps, Marianne & Kadejah, who were extremely helpful, providing all of the necessary info I needed, even emailing me detailed quotes for business reasons. On the day of service, their technician arrived on time & the whole process was fast & easy. The convenience of this service is amazing, not to mention the gained peace of mind in having years of personal items disposed of properly. Kudos to the Time Shred Services technician, Jamel, too. He arrived in the timeframe he said he would & was courteous & professional. If you have personal papers, hard drives, etc., that need proper disposal, I highly recommend Time Shred Services. You won't be disappointed. I'm sure after I've accumulated another 20-years worth of paperwork, I won't hesitate to call Time Shred Services again. ?

It's very easy to book service for the next day, the guys who show up to do the shredding are very nice and helpful, and everyone I've ever spoken to in the office has been great. This was my first experience hiring a shredding company and I can't say enough good things about Time Shred Services. Jim (our sales/customer service contact) was easy to reach and was always willing to answer any of my questions. He quoted me a reasonable price, his crew showed up when they said they would, could not have been nicer, and were in and out in no time. There were no surprises and everything worked out great.

I haven't even used this company yet. I was looking for a company that picks up shredding for residential I was browsing the internet and this company was the first to come up, it was meant to be. I was stressing because I have a lot of papers that are not open. I had a quite a bit of questions to ask, and the young lady that answered the phone Adele was so lovely to deal with she had empathy, she answered all my questions and her answers were genuine not some bull like other places I've call. Adele gave great Customer Service and that is important to a company. I will definitely be using this company as soon as I get the rest of the paper in order. I finally used them, and baby let me tell you, I had the best experience ever. Customer service was excellent when booking the appointment, the answered all my questions and made me feel at eased, the were professional and treated me like I was a queen, no lie. The drivers that did the shredding was just so fantastic, they shred your documents right in front of you, that made me feel real secure. The price was so inexpensive and they were finished in less than 20min, blew my mind. I highly recommend Time Shred. ?☺️

Very disrespectful company to park in a handicapped parking spot. Obviously lack of supervision, compassion, direction and rules. Will use another provider.

On April29,203 we hired the service of Time Shred and what a wonderful experience. That day it poured all day on our civic event. It was a rain or shine event and boy did it pour. I would like to thank the 3 people who made this day a success. 1- It started with Megan who help setup the event and answered all my questions. She was very helpful. 2-Diana who was on call the day of the event and was there to reassure me that things went smooth. 3-The gentleman Gobin who ran the truck at this event was just wonderful. It rained for 4 hours and he never stopped smiling and being helpful. He was very kind to the elderly who needed help with the heavy paper they brought to be shredded. WOW! I just had a job completed by Time Shred. They are great! Great customer service. Thank you Megan and Diana. Thanks to the guys that came. They arrived at 2:50pm and were gone by 3pm. And yes, you can see your documents being shredded inside the truck. Love the on-site feature.

Great Company! Patient and easy to work with - both the office staff and the delivery / shredder guys are super friendly and professional. it takes us a while to fill the bin, great prices!! - Update Great company, with good prices - they went up a little after covid but still I think its a great deal, very affordable - we have big shared office spaces and our tenants love having this service / amenity included. Our office have been using Time shred Services for some years now. They are very professional, courteous and respond quickly to your needs or request. If they do not have a time slot available for when you want, they try their best to accommodate you. We now use them at some of our other offices we managed. I highly recommend Time Shred Services.

Once the shredder arrived, the shredding was promptly and professionally and courteously handled -- no problem. But timing the visit was a major problem. In making my appointment I was offered just a four hour window of time, 10 - 2. When I explained that I would be at a mini-storage facility, not my home, and needed a more definite time, I was told to call the morning of the visit when I could be given a two-hour window,. At 8:15, that promise was for 11-1. When I had not heard from them by 12:30, I called again and was promised arrival by 2. At 2, the promise was 2:30. Their actual arrival was at 3:30, 2 1/2 hours after my promised slot. I would not use this service again unless I was using them from home, and not from a place where I had to wait in discomfort -- and this despite repeated assurances, and their knowing what my situation was. When at 2:30 I was told the truck had been sent to another stop, but I would be next ...

We have been using Time Shred for a few years and they have always provided exceptional service and accommodated our requests that we have had. As an example: We had a larger then normal request of shredding where we thought we would have the elevator to move multiple boxes to the truck, but wound up not being allowed to use the elevator. The guys brought the boxes up from the basement to the truck without complaints and were pleasant about making sure everything got completed. Thank you again.

Theyr're always on time for a home pick-up, polite and courteous. One small complaint: On one occasion the attendant didn't know how to swipe my card. Had to run up three flights to get a check. I've used this service several times and will continue to utilize their service. I have called them for both home and business shredding. Always on time! I highly recommend them!

Amazing company, amazing service. I called around for shredding services and the UPS stores in the neighborhood wanted $3/pound for shredding if I did it, meaning i had to bring the shredding to them. This is the second time i've used Time Shred. In one quick phone call and using a credit card for payment, I scheduled my shredding service for the next day. They came to my apartment building in Manhattan and took my cartons of shredding and disposed of them. All for $129. Unbelievable. No fuss no mess no schlepping no concern. They shred the boxes right in front of you in their mobile shredding truck. Best part of this whole transaction, I did it remotely. I had already returned to my new home down south and they took care of everything with a little help from the porter. Excellent service, Excellent value, Excellent Period. E

This particular location is no longer active, but holy cow did we have a GREAT experience with this company based in Freeport Long Island! Prompt, friendly, courteous by email and also over the phone. Booked afternoon appt the day after Christmas and truck arrived at my Brooklyn home at 1pm for a 1-5pm window after confirming phone call. Two very nice and friendly gentlemen carried everything to the (provided) bin, popped it onto the lift on the truck, and I watched on a video screen as every sheet was shredded--staples, paperclips, plastic sleeves, even big binder clips can be handled by the machine (and it's sorted and recycled). I couldn't believe it was this affordable and easy to safely destroy a decade's worth of personally identifying information and financial records. Thank you, Shred Time!!!

This is a great shredding company. The truck showed up within 24 hours of our call. The driver was professional and a nice guy - and the whole process was very easy. The shredding truck is very cool, and you can watch a live feed (on the outside of the truck) of the shredding happening (inside the truck). Would definitely use them again!

No stars! Lousy service! These guys are taking advantage of senior citizens. The driver ran his truck up onto the curb and put ruts in the grass. He even admitted to doing it. When I called the home office, they refused to accept responsibility to fix it stating the curb was not high enough.

What an amazing service and company to work with. I work for a School on the upper east side. I schedule a service for next day and just as promised received a call 1/2 hour before visit and they arrive exactly on time. Jamel was amazing, came to our office dumped all the papers from our bins into their secure bins. I was even able to follow him to the truck and watch the shredding in action from the monitor on the vehicle. Amazing service and very competitive pricing. Very highly recommended.
