Customer service is amazing !! Informative and knowledgeable.

This station in Bosch. They steal people's. I went there for my DMV inspection. Everything was good. I just past my TLC inspection 1 month ago. They told me to change wiper. My wiper worked 100%. They just want to change my wiper and take the money for that. I leave without past my inspection. Please guys don't there.they are real crooks

Great customer service! My car failed the emissions test on the first try due to the computer not being ready to be tested (the check engine light had been reset at some point). I needed to drive the car, highway driving specifically. So I drove to White Plains and back. They tested it again. No luck. Then I drove to Poughkeepsie and back and lo and behold, it worked!! I can't say enough about the friendliness and quick service. I highly recommend this place for inspection and general car repairs. They are honest and trustworthy.

took my 2015 Infiniti qx60 in prestige condition with only 50k miles odometer reading there today for a NYS smog inspection. they raise my vehicle and look underneath it with flashlight to tell me to come look at an oil spot n my axel telling me that my axel needs to be replaced before passing my smog trying to extort me out of money on unneeded car repair service. I then took my car to 552 w 48th st between 10th and 11th Ave to a place called Manhattan auto repair inc. I was in and out in like 15 minute, no gimmicks no trickery and no games played there. my smog passed with flying color. now I will report Manhattan Allignment & diagnosis center for they’re deceptive tactics in order to extort money out of unknowing customers. I’d advise you to stay far away from this place as possible and go to the place I suggested or your local dealership to get your car repairs and NYS inspection done.
