Charging $75 dollars to install a tire on Gotrax e scooter rim. Already has the tire and rim just need to put the tire on the rim. What a rip off.

We had such an amazing experience today at this scooter shop! They really care about their customers, explain everything clearly and straight to the point. This a great shop. They service my scooter even though it is not one of the brands they sell. Hours are very convenient as they stay open late allowing me to pick up after work. They are accommodating and friendly. Raphael took care of me twice and is very helpful.

Great place, I got into an accident the other day and my scooter was loose at the stem part. 2 very hard working e scooter mechanics Don and Reuben fixed my scooter for a great price and in fast & non rushed timely manner (45mins). Brought in my new Teewing Mars XTR for a custom installed twist throttle and had a great experience. Owner Don is very knowledgeable & thoughtful, Raffi and Ruben do great work. Free drinks while you wait, chill atmosphere and tons of awesome new scooters to choose from. These are my “go-to” guys in NYC from now on.

When my Wolf Warrior GT broke down and with Voromotors closing up their BK location I was in serious need for a competent alternative. Luckily I found these guys who not only repaired my scooter but pointed out future issues and gave advice on how to get ahead of them. Thanks guys. I stopped by Mini motors for help with fixing my display screen on my Taverun. As always, I was treated like VIP by Don and Ron. They both create an amazing atmosphere at their shop. Both very knowledgeable and eager to fix whatever that needs to get done to your EV vehicle & get you back on the road. Going there is always a great experience and the knowledge you gain is priceless. If you have any issues going on with your scooter or E bike stop by Mini motors and treat yourself to quality work with great atmosphere..

Brought our scooter in to be checked out for a noise. They were honest about the cost of the big repair and let us trade it in for a discount on a new scooter. They were helpful, nice, and even gave our family of four snacks and Gatorade. While we live out of town we will be back anytime we’re in NYC.

I came in knowing nothing about e-scooters, except that I wanted to buy one. Everyone was incredibly patient in answering my many questions, they gave me a very good deal, fair and reasonable price, AND then when it started raining, helped me practice for my first real ride through the city. I didn’t know about this shop before. I’m owner of the Inokim quick4 and It has some issues between throttle and display. I went official Inokim shop and they charged $300 ish. I didn’t want to pay for it. I just gave up to fix it and then I found this shop. The owner Don and other employee are super nice. They were able to fix it as only $65. I love this shop and I would buy another scooter definitely here.

Can’t recommend this place enough. Easily the best place to get service and get a new ride from in the city. Raphael was super helpful showing me how to use my new Segway F30. I was even able to trade in my old Ninebot Max G30 towards the purchase. Loving my new toy and will be back again!

My Brake caliper was broken and these guys came in the clutch to fix it fast and instantly, and these new brakes feels so much better compared to my old broken one, 10 out of 10 thank you so much

Reuben is the man! Very informative and helpful. These guys offer phenomenal service at decent pricing. Their set up is nice and clean, organized and definitely feel at home being there for some strange reason. They offer a beverage while waiting. My lever broke as I got the scooter off the cab, luckily Reuben had a spare lever miraculously and replaced it. Will come back

Yeah that's right, I'm back again with another stellar review. This time I went and got myself the Dualtron Thunder 2, and let me tell you something. It is phenomenal. Truly out of this world for sure! 72V 40Amp hour battery that consists of LG M50T 21700 cells will make sure you can go the distance and not have to worry about running out of juice. The 2700W BLDC dual hub motors will ensure that you have an exhilarating time on this premium e-scooter. Climbing grade of 70% or 35 degrees so it can tackle those steep hills in no time. You also get NUTT hydraulic brakes with ABS standard stock. You can never go wrong with these brakes. Now for my favorite part of the scooter. The lighting! You get this beautiful stem lighting, dual LED headlights and newly designed tail light, brake light, turn signals, and bottom mood lights. Made with aviation grade 6082-6 aluminum alloy and the shaft is SCM440 steel. So you know you're getting a well built solid ride. Dualtrons are the Rolls-Royces of e-scooters because no other scooter comes close. Big shoutout to Minimotors NYC PEV!

I had to make another review because of how exceptional the staff is. I'm always satisfied with the service they provide and I'm grateful for them. No other place l'd rather go to. This time around I got PMT e-Fire 10x3 tires on my RS5 Max and it rides like a dream now. It feels like I'm on a cloud thanks to the amazing grip these tires have and the fact that they are real rubber makes it even better. Don't settle for plastic chinesium tires! Minimotors NYC PEV is the best.

The whole team is competent, easy-going, customer service oriented, and professional. Plus, I am always offered a cool refreshing drink, which never fails to energizes me especially after a long ride. Greetings to all the workers in the shop, from the manager to the employee, they were very kind and friendly to me and professional in dealing, my problem was solved and dealt with, the prices are a little high but it is worth it, they have inside a small shop for electric scooter parts & accessories. Last but not least they can do whatever you ask of them.

MiniMotors pev has been a great service to me and my company. Since i started riding my scooter i barely use my car which has saved me thousands. I have also avoided being stuck in traffic making the most of my busy schedule. When it comes to my scooter i have trusted Dom and his team to provide me with amazing customer service. We customized my thunder 2 and renamed it the baby bat. I don’t think there is much more we can do as we have done just about every upgrade. And these guys have been there every step of the way to guide me and help me get to the finish line on this project. Highly skilled and and professional I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Got my 4th scooter from here -Dualtron mini. I called numerous places in the city that also sell this scooter. But I decided to purchase from here because I loved their customer service right off the bat from the initial phone call. Super helpful and good vibes. Appreciate the efficiency, thoroughness in detail. Thank you Don, Rafael and Ivan!! Update: After 3 months of riding on this, I absolutely love it. The perfect scooter for me and my height/weight (just as they recommended). They also are extremely helpful with maintenance such as tires, brakes, little things that I have questions about every time I go in all the guys are just good people, efficient and so reassuring to have this reliable spot I can always bring my scooter to if I feel I have any issues. Also purchased nice lights from them as well and love it:)

I was in the market for an upgrade on my last scooter (Speedway Leger Pro) and had my eye on the Dualtron Victor. I called Don at NYC PEV and he said they were on back-order but he just recieved 3 Bluetran Lightning scooter and they had comparable specs and price to the Victor. I had never heard of this brand so I looked them up and it looked good on paper. I placed a deposit and held one of them for pick-up in a few days. Fast forward 2 months and I'm liking the Bluetran but then unexpectedly the rear suspension broke while riding. Mind you I don't ride much - 2 months in I put ~350 miles on the scooter (around 6 miles/day) so I was shocked and upset that this would happen. I took it in and Don and the guys said they would fix it free of charge which is a big plus! Negative is that it took a month for them to fix it but it got fixed. I've had the scooter back a few days and didn't ride it much before going away on vacation for 8 days. First day back I go for a ride and make it one block before the front suspension brakes and I go flying over the handlebars. I was going 5 mph and didn't hit any potholes. This ride I had my GoPro on and it captured the wreck. Needless to say I was very upset! I called Don and he apologized and offered to fix it again free of charge. However, 2 crashes from broken parts from faulty manufacturing I said no way I was keeping this scooter. After some discussion with Don and Ivan we worked out a full swap for the Dualtron Victor they had on the showroom floor. The Dualtron Victor that I had wanted in the first place. There were some bumps (and bruises) along the way but it was handled professionally by Don and the guys at NYC PEV. I'm very happy with the Dualtron Victor and am confident nothing like this will happen with this scooter like the Bluetran Lightning. Highly recommend the guys at this shop for all your scooter needs! Thanks guys for your help and doing right by me.

Let me start by thanking Don and Raphael for not only showing courtesy, and helping me decide on which scooter to buy, but also for Don's honesty when it came to the short comings of the Storm Limited. As a result, I decided on purchasing the DT2. And boy, what a scooter it is! Don afforded me his time. He answered all my questions. He explained to me how the scooter works and I never felt rushed, though he was busy when I went there. So thank you again Don. If you're looking to buy a scooter, I highly recommend them. Very professional, and it seems to me that they really care about their customers. I'm a very happy customer. And I will always return for my future purchases of scooters and spare parts.
