Our car had a flat tire late at night, and unfortunately our insurance company did not send anyone to help us. Thankfully, this team responded very quickly and came to assist us right away. They fixed the tire efficiently and made sure we were safe before leaving. We really appreciate their professionalism, fast response, and kindness during a stressful situation. Highly recommended!
My wife had 2 of her tires blown out around 8pm, we had AAA waited for 3 hours, but never came, so i call Big City Towing and they came within an hour, they help my wife, towed her car and help her find a tire repair at 1am, she was able to came home safe. Thank you very much.

Jo was absolutely amazing and seriously came to the rescue. He went above and beyond. He knows his stuff and he’s the man with the plan. When I called, I was nervous since I never had to call a towing company. Nick instantly reassured me and sent over his top guy, Jo. I will be telling friends and family about their service. Nick was a life saver! Made a tow from 23rd and 6th Ave when my Land Rover overheated super easy. Was there within 20 minutes and got my car to my garage in Brooklyn before I could get home in my Uber. Made a tough situation go very smoothly…highly recommend!
Amazing service with JOE he is the man and knows what he’s doing. I’ve contacted Big City Towing, within 30 minz he was at my location where my car was stuck. Joe was so kind and gentle and gave me comfort at the moment i was stressed out n worried. He told me not to worry this could be a alternater issue. he than quickly to a near by auto shop and one of the cleanest tow truck I’ve ever seen.
