Never, ever go to that dealership for repairs. After charging me 329.00 for a diagnostic , they quoted me $7,200 for a water pump and thermostat. I took the car to an independent shop for a second opinion, and they documented everything with pressure test , photos and video—it wasn’t the water pump or thermostat at all. The actual issue was an auxiliary radiator that needed replacement. That is not a “mistake.” That’s either incompetence or an attempt to pad the bill and pressure me into trading in my car because of a $7,000+ bogus repair quote. I’ll be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. If you value your money and your time, take your car literally anywhere else—do not trust this dealership with repairs. They are Con Artist. This is my independent professional mechanic report : “ Coolant leak fix. Pressure tested no more leak Check all other leaks, no leaks Top off all fluid Check brakes all good Check suspension minor wear nothing to worry Check all hoses good Belt still new no need to change Car is ready $450 is your total !” The suspension had minor wear . These dishonest with no integrity people also wrote up “I needed suspension for 2,300 dollars . “ after writing the dealership numerous emails requesting diagnostic test pressure test and all relevant information that led them to conclude that I needed a water pump thermostat and breather I concluded Timothy, I’m writing to formally close the loop on my repeated requests for documentation and to put my position on the record. Despite multiple written requests, your dealership has not provided any objective diagnostic documentation—no pressure test results, no dye test results, no scan printouts/logs, no technician notes detailing test procedures, and no measurable data supporting the conclusion that the water pump/thermostat/breather required replacement. The only “support” provided has been a technician MPI video showing residue in an awkward location above/around the engine area. Based on that, the clear conclusion is that the key tests that would establish due diligence were not performed, and your $7,200 recommendation was not supported by objective proof. That alone is unacceptable for a dealership service department, and it strongly suggests a lack of due diligence at best—and misleading, deceptive practices at worst. Lack of due diligence and misleading conduct A video of residue is not a diagnostic test. It does not establish the source of a leak—especially when the vehicle owner was actively topping off coolant during the period of the leak, which can create residue and wetness that looks exactly like “leak evidence” in a video. You also changed your wording in a way that raises further concern: in earlier emails you described the water pump as “leaking” and framed the diagnosis as definitive. Later, you stated the water pump was “recommended” and “precautionary” items were bundled with it. That inconsistency—combined with the absence of objective testing—reinforces that the recommendation was not grounded in verifiable diagnostic facts. Professional standard and customer treatment This is not how a reputable business should operate. Rather than taking accountability and providing documentation, your responses have been defensive and dismissive. The customer service has been unacceptable, and the tone of the communications has been condescending at times. Customers should not have to fight for basic documentation when thousands of dollars in repairs are being proposed. Notice of escalation Because you have not provided the requested documentation, I am proceeding to escalate this matter through appropriate channels, including: • Audi Corporate (Customer Experience / Dealer Relations) • The Better Business Bureau • Any other relevant consumer protection agencies, as appropriate My escalation will include your written estimate, your emails, the MPI video you provided, and the independent shop’s documentation and pressure-test verification showing the coolant leak was resolved. ….,.,

Great experience purchasing a 2023 Q5 from Audi Manhattan. Rep was curteous, thorough and very helpful. Showed us a ton of cars, no pressure tactics. Helped get a few items fixed and provided some nice audi swag!

Efficient, reliable and very customer oriented. From the minute the car was dropped off to the pickup. Text messages with progress updates and videos was a first for me (and I have been an Audi owner for 25 years). Happened a while ago but the experience still bothers me so here’s my honest review: Avoid this dealership and its condescending employees. I had made an appointment to test drive an SQ5. After my test drive, I sat down with a salesperson as I was interested in purchasing the car. What conspired next left me baffled. The salesperson would not talk to me about pricing until I was “ready to buy.” I was intentional by scheduling an appointment and taking the time out of my busy day to visit the dealership, but I was met with him saying “unless you’re ready to buy the car today, I’m not going to talk numbers with you.” I’m not sure what he thought I was there for, and I don’t know anyone that would commit to purchasing something without knowing the price first, but I was ready to buy the car until the salesperson pushed me away as a customer. This ultimately soured my view of Audi as a whole and I left the dealership to buy a BMW instead. No regrets.

Excellent service and he was on top of and helped me personally with all the updates for my car. The facility is high tech and beautiful with employees always cleaning it to make it immaculate. 5 stars!

Bait and switch, dishonest sales tactics, sketchy staff. Stay far away! My experience at Audi Manhattan was extremely disappointing and frankly deceptive. I was quoted one thing to get me in the door, only for the numbers, terms, and story to completely change once I arrived. Classic bait and switch behavior. Fees suddenly appeared, promises were walked back, and the transparency you expect from a luxury brand was completely absent. What made it worse was the attitude. When I questioned the discrepancies, I was met with defensiveness instead of accountability. No effort to explain clearly, no respect for my time, and no sense of integrity. It felt like the entire goal was to get me there and pressure me into a deal that was nothing like what was discussed. For comparison, I went straight to Audi Brooklyn afterward and had the exact opposite experience. Professional, honest, straightforward, and respectful from start to finish. No games, no surprises, no pressure. I was treated the way a customer should be treated and ended up purchasing a brand-new 2026 SQ5 with complete confidence and peace of mind. If you value honesty and transparency, skip Audi Manhattan entirely and go to Audi Brooklyn instead. The difference is night and day.

Be warned, this Audi dealership (in my opinion) is a hot mess. To make a long story short, I’d made a deal to lease a 2025 Q7. I put a good amount of money down to keep my payment low. On the day I went to pick up the brand new car, multiple alerts popped up so the car needed service. They had me sign all docs and then randomly came and told me. They knew before I signed there were issues and I wouldn’t be able to take the car home. I was wondering why they didn’t have us walk around the car in the beautiful second floor showroom. Needless to say, I didn’t get to take the car home that day. In the end, the air conditioner still wasn’t working (not cooling in areas) and the MMI needed to be updated (god forbid the dealership handle this right away). The dealership was happy to take the money but when they time came to fix the issues mentioned along with a few other issues they were less than helpful. It’s been over 3 months and the issues are finally fixed (at a different dealership). If they offer to pay for your registration, be warned it may take months and you will have to get involved with whoever they outsource it to (after asking multiple times for a contact). They advise you to just drive the car with no plates and if you get a ticket they will cover the cost. That’s nice but what about my driving record? I don’t break the law and they put in writing to literally break the law. Crazy! I would never recommend this dealership as they are beyond difficult to work with. The sales people don’t stick around and you are then bounced to multiple “managers”. This is my 8th Audi and it will probably be my last. As a repeat customer one would expect some sort of courtesy. I get stuff happens but for a brand new car to be underivable for months is simply unacceptable. They knew I had an ailing child who needed to travel out of state for medical care. I told Audi this when I made the offer on the car. I needed a big car. This created a major hardship for us. Oh one more thing, if they give you a loaner, make sure the insurance and registration are current. They gave me 2 loaners and both had expired documents. And when you ask for updated docs they treat you like you are nothing more than an idiot.

04/11/2022 Amazing customer service, amazing cars and a truly pleasant experience from the beginning of ordering the car till the delivery and more ! I had to arrange a tow for my vehicle to Manhattan Audi due to a significant issue with water intrusion, which has resulted in wiring problems and rendered my vehicle completely inoperable. Thus far, the customer service has been responsive and has gathered pertinent information to address my concerns while keeping me updated on the situation. Such a challenging expertise prior , so I genuinely appreciate the clear communication from Manhattan Audi. I will provide further updates as more information becomes available.

Aleks made my first car purchase a very seamless and most memorable experience—for sure. If and when the time comes I will come back here. If you plan on coming here for sales of any kind be sure to ask for Aleks. His honesty and affability are second to none; it made what could be a very arduous and tedious process enjoyable. While there were some hiccups for sure, I want to express my sincerest thank you and gratitude to sales manager Steven Rubinchik for following up with me and restoring my faith in Audi Manhattan. First, he was persistent in reaching out to me. He took the time to listen to ALL my concerns (and I assure you there were quite a few). The expediency in which he resolved the matter was quite impressive. Steven most certainly takes his title as manager seriously. I hope he will continue to move up in his career. All the while, imparting his knowledge and expertise to his colleagues and empowering them to ensure that every interaction with a customer (current or potential) is handled with the utmost professionalism and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Acquiring a new customer can cost 5x more than retaining an existing customer. I am happy that this was NOT lost on me. So yes, I can honestly say that I do recommend Audi Manhattan now and in the future. While things went a little awry, they were addressed and remedied. I live in NJ but came to Audi Manhattan because they had the Q5 I was looking for. Benny was fantastic to work with, from start to finish. He made every step in the process easy, ensuring everything was in order prior to our arrival. Benny spent a good amount of time with us inside our new Q5, going over all the buttons/features in the car, and was extremely patient. Benny also added a 2nd gift bag inside our new car when he saw my wife joined me in picking up the new car. It was all the little details that made for such a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Benny. We also had a very positive experience with the finance manager (Fahad), he was a pleasure to work with. All in all, it was an easy and enjoyable car buying experience. We will definitely be back for our next Audi!

After inquiring with three other dealerships that were closer to our home upstate, we contacted Audi Manhattan regarding a Q5 that they had listed online. Not only was their online inquiry system far superior to anyone else’s, but their sales team could not have been more professional and accommodating. Giorgi made every step in the process a breeze, ensuring all parties were satisfied and all paperwork was in order prior to our arrival. We had keys in hand in under an hour upon our arrival with help from his colleague Aleksey who met us in the valet area. It was the easiest, least stressful and most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. We will definitely be back for our next Audi!

Great location, on 11th Ave and easy access to Lincoln Tunnel. Luxury level of interior floor plan, with holiday accommodation. Everything of my pick up was not bad until I saw my new car with front shed coverage… and ticker glue was not fully cleaned up… back and forth with the accompanying guy who refused to take care of it at first glance, as it’s close to store closure time, they got it done in the end luckily to both of us! Overall this is a good place, but get your nuts ready and be tough.
