Absolutely terrible experience. The customer service was beyond disappointing. The agent I dealt with was dismissive and actually laughed at my questions instead of trying to help. I came in asking simple, reasonable questions about my tire options and felt completely disrespected.
They didn’t have any new tires available and then tried to overcharge me for a used one. The pricing made no sense for the condition and availability. There was zero effort to explain options or offer alternatives. Communication was also very difficult because of the language barrier. I would never do business here again. There are plenty of other tire shops nearby that provide better service and treat customers with respect.

I called for roadside assistance. Amazing, affordable speedy service. In less than an hour I was driving again. They were professional and friendly. I’m so glad I called them.
Great they took s huge bolt out of my tire when I was in the city and had to get back to Brooklyn. They did it very fast and the correct way for a great price saving my brand new tires.
Thank you so much to these angels! Got a flat tire on Christmas Eve and they helped me and my family to get back home. Please support this company who waited for us before they closed. Who knows how we would have gotten home. Again thank you for your kindness.
It’s a Sunday night, the week of Christmas. I was leaving the city to drive back to Pennsylvania when I realized I had a flat tire. I couldn’t drive anywhere to get it fixed so I started calling around. I called Javi flat fix and the guy that usually does roadside assistance was not working. I can’t remember the name of the guy that came to plug my tire, but he felt so bad for me. He came out to help and he has no idea how grateful I am. I’m not a big city girl, and I was panicking being stuck on the side of the road on a Sunday night with nowhere to go. Thank you so much for your kindness.
Hopefully I would never need to use this service again but I would trust them. A nice lady and man came to replace my flat tire within 15 minutes.
Pros:
They picked up their phone and responded though it was close to closing time of 8 pm on a Thursday. They responded swiftly and provided great service. The kind man and woman went above to point out I was missing a lug nut on another tire.
Cons:
It was expensive for a flat tire for a 2013 Hyundai elantra, it cost $300 +. I understand it is an emergency service in New York at night, so I still believe they are worth using.
Got a flat with just me and my 3-year-old in the car on the FDR, on our way upstate to visit friends on a Friday evening. Fortunately there was enough air in the tire to exit and make my way to the closest tire repair shop, which fortunately was Javi! They were wonderful, so kind, replaced my tire so quickly and efficiently and at a fair price. I thought our trip was surely ruined, but they saved it. My son got a kick out of seeing all the tires in their shop. Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience with Javi's. I had a nail in my tire but also had split the tire a bit - I may have hit a curb.... Anyways, they took off the old tire, showed me the damage, and replaced it with a new tire in under 30 minutes. Professional, very fair on price, and fast. You can't ask for more.

Very helpful and fast service at affordable prices! Our tire had a three-inch nail embedded in it which was causing a flat. The gentlemen and Javi’s fixed it in about 20 minutes and fixed the tire pressure. It also seemed like a very well-established shop since many other cars got tire changes while we were there! Great service! I live in New Jersey and work in the Upper East Side. I hit pot hole/curb and dented my rim. I went by their reviews since my Road Side Assistance allowed me only 20 miles and anything thereafter would be $10/mile. I wanted to take it to my dealer but there was no guarantee my car would be fixed right away. They are a quick fix for the problem, I was able to get everything done in an hour and go back to work! Remarkable!!
I read some of the reviews about the prices, and I disagree. If you go to a dealer or elsewhere, there is no way you can get things done so quickly. You are paying for a quick fix, to be able to drive away the same day. If you ask them how much on the pricing, they tell you ahead of time. No surprises here, great service and both Pablo and Javi, are very respectful.
The best tow truck experience I ever had. They told me 25 minutes and they were there in 20 minutes, got my problem solved within 5 minutes they were respectful they were professional five stars and down I recommend this service to everyone. This is definitely the only tow truck experience I will ever use from now on.
My go to for tire issues - I’ve spent some money here, my model does not have the most sturdy tires. Yesterday they patched a small nail hole in my run flat - it wasn’t easy - 300 miles later of not too gentle driving, the leak is gone. Very reasonably priced and genuinely nice people. Thank you, will come again.
Wow! They work so fast and my flat tire was patched and replaced quicker than I could even write this review. (Ok it actually took about 10 minutes— but still super fast!)

This is a good place to come they are open from 8am to 8pm. It’s one of the best places in Harlem. As I got here they were going to charge me $50 for a tire. So I was happy about it but when he finished he said it was $150. That was crazy and how can I say no when he already did the work. Some people are not here to serve the people and to worry for what they need but for their own purposes. They sold a tire they get commission. I think that’s not been honest. In that part they need to know what the client wants is important not what they want to give you. Good place but not very truthful
Excellent service, super promptly, fixed my broken tire(nail punctuation) immediately, and helped me checked other tires too. Reasonable price, and was printed on the window, I like their honest, friendly, and professional service. I love this community, and this store sets good standards for the community. I am very thankful.

Javi flat fix was a great place to bring my car... The husband and wife were so nice to me and they gave me a good price on the new tire that I needed. They ordered it and I got it the next day. I will definitely do business with them again and recommend them to any of my friends and family.
Super quick, super friendly, super reasonable. They took the tire right in, they showed us where it needed to be patched, fixed it inexpensively, and then helped me stow the donut and put on the new car. You never want to deal with a flat tire but these guys made it easy.
Friendly, fast and efficient service. Went in for tire balancing, one tire had a slow leak. I was in and out in 10 minuets, price was reasonable. Though it’s my first car to experience repairs, I have friend who owns a tire shop for many years in Brooklyn, I knew the pricing.
