Highly recommended Patrick Martin as service advisor !!! 100 ***** for him .
This is my first time service experience with Patrick . I NEVER met service advisor like him, He’s sooooo nice, very detailed checking my vehicle problem , He will make sure that nothing missed on my vehicle issue, He explained to me everything ,what is the cause of my problem.
All this time , the service advisor that i got ALWAYS ONLY take 5 minutes and then they will said “ will call you when your vehicle is ready!” That’s it !
No explanation!
But with Patrick ,15 mins i was sitting in his office for his explanation and details.
Thank You Patrick for your great assistance today , i definitely switched my service location to Manhattan from now on .but ONLY if Patrick is here !

HANDS DOWN to John Gaied! I have no words to express my satisfaction with his dedication and willingness to make things happen. I came up with a complex problem with my car, and he was able to navigate and address my problem, making my life easier. I had no hope I would find a reliable car service until I met this person. Today we came for vehicle maintenance and repairs. Manager Patrick Marlin helped us. He had a very good attitude and helped me very effectively. He is a good person, very nice.
