This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
In New York, NY, the Cadillac Service & Parts Center trends positive overall (80/100). Many praise staff professionalism and clear communication—names like Patrick Martin and John Gaied stand out—and some report speedy, reliable service. Complaints note mixed feedback on repair outcomes: unresolved odor/water‑leak issues, long stays for diagnosis, and an engine‑replacement recommendation after added codes, plus one instance of concerns being dismissed. Little detail on pricing or parts availability in these reviews, so conclusions there are uncertain.
What clients say about Cadillac Service & Parts Center in New York (NY)
Highly recommended Patrick Martin as service advisor !!! 100 ***** for him .
This is my first time service experience with Patrick . I NEVER met service advisor like him, He’s sooooo nice, very detailed checking my vehicle problem , He will make sure that nothing missed on my vehicle issue, He explained to me everything ,what is the cause of my problem.
All this time , the service advisor that i got ALWAYS ONLY take 5 minutes and then they will said “ will call you when your vehicle is ready!” That’s it !
No explanation!
But with Patrick ,15 mins i was sitting in his office for his explanation and details.
Thank You Patrick for your great assistance today , i definitely switched my service location to Manhattan from now on .but ONLY if Patrick is here !

HANDS DOWN to John Gaied! I have no words to express my satisfaction with his dedication and willingness to make things happen. I came up with a complex problem with my car, and he was able to navigate and address my problem, making my life easier. I had no hope I would find a reliable car service until I met this person. Good people deserve to be recognized! GOOD WORK!
