Great car service every time I need a booster for my car when the battery is bad they always come through other company. Don’t do boosters anymore. Thanks to the car service.

The dispatcher male who picks up the phone is EXTREMELY rude. Does not let you speak, always interrupting and rudely hung up the phone on me. Never reccomending OR using this car service. disgusting

I get picked up in the West Village at around Midnight and headed all the way to the Nereid Ave in the Bx and this cab service is hands down the absolute best. Never no issues and great prices

My mother in law uses them for medical transport to and from her treatments. Terrible service. Extremely long wait times (1-2 hours) and rude staff that answers the phones. No consideration to their clients.

I called them twice for a ride back home and they had me on hold for half an hour each time. That's super bad customer service with me. Then he calls me back and says that a car will be here in 20 minutes. I been calling since 3:55pm and I have to wait until 5:20pm before I can get home. That's crazy. They picked me up almost 15 minutes before scheduled time. I could never run a car service like that. Dispatch said 20 minutes and they howed up 35 minutes later. I was waiting on the bus because I was tired of waiting on my ride.

Scammers! They quoted one price and once at destination quoted another price then added additional fees. We called bank today and they tried to charge us $550. BEWARE!

Hired Delancey to take me from NYC 2 1/2 hrs north to the Catskills. Price quoted was fair and accurate. Driver was on time and professional. I will use again and recommend.

Unprofessional. Tried to book a cab to LGA and he charged $61 which was more than Uber and Lyft. I called back to ask why is he charging more because I wanted to pay cash and he puts me on hold (which I assumed was to see if any cars were available) and comes back to say he see’s $69 and he doesn’t know how i’m seeing $52 on mines as if I was lying.

Delancystreet car service is quick and reasonable when you have the cash. They do take credit cards but they do charge a fee. I still gave them a 5 because they are quick, safe and respectful. The driver helped my dad get into car and took his walker to put into the trunk. They are safe drivers and respect their clients needs.

My mother needed to go to the emergency room. The ambulance was taking long and the guy was rude. He told me how come my mom does not walk. These people are disrespectful and have no respect for anyone. Then just last week I called to get a cab to 59th Street. I was on Delancey street and no one came. These people are not only rude but they aren't reliable. Treat people the way you want others to treat you. remember that just in case you ever experienced someone else being rude to you

The best cab/taxi service in NYC. Very AFFORDABLE and VIP service. Micheal is the best man and of course our driver too. This business has been recommended to us by the owner of Flower’s Café. We were 5 people on the way to JFK with a lot of luggage. We feel blessed to use their services. We will definitely give you a call on the way (flight) back. Thank you ?

I highly recommend this car service while traveling in New York. The manager, Michael went above and beyond to ensure traveling to LaGuardia airport with my 85 year old mother who has numerous health issues would be as stress free as possible. I reserved an SUV And the driver was there early, helped with numerous pieces of luggage including a rolator and portable oxygen machine. He did not rush is at during pick up or drop off, was kind and courteous. I highly recommend Delancey for your travel needs while in New York. Thank you Michael and our driver. Linda

Our initial ride flaked on us. We called Delancey car service and they picked us up 5 min later. The driver was very professional and friendly. The car was clean and he got us to the airport safely and in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this car service.

The service was prompt at 2am coming from the club. I could not have been happier to see my driver. He was polite and moved fast but with caution. The car was clean and the price definitely cheaper than what Uber was charging to get to the BX from lower Manhattan. I appreciated the service. And them being available! Thank you!

I was at the pier 36 for an event. I left the event and needed a car service to take me to the bronx. The dispatcher said the price and I said if I am calling why say the price. He left me on hold for 5 to 10 minutes to say I don't have anyone right now. Call back I didn't call back. Customer service goes a long way mister. Be more pleasant over the phone.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered this taxi service and the driver never showed up. When I called to get information on the situation, I was yelled at and disrespected by Micheal. I asked multiple times to speak with someone else and when I did, I was hung up on. I called again and Micheal hung up once he heard it was me. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don’t waste your time. Garbage.

Have used Delancey Car service for years. They have always been reliable with kind and helpful drivers. Would give 5 stars but they get 4 stars because the 20% surcharge to use a credit card. Sure I get 5% or perhaps even 10%, but 20% is something else.

Driver arrived on time. Agreed $85 to the airport with the driver. We asked if it’s ok if we paid card and Driver was fine with it. Got to the airport with no hassle. Driver didn’t have a card machine so he phoned up the office to take our card details. The guy on the phone was rude and unpleasant. Said card payment would incur a 20% surcharge and for taxes. I said the driver agreed $85 and we told him we were paying by card. Operator said he’s not interested in speaking to me or negotiating, he was just telling me the cost of the ride is 20%+ than agreed. He was so rude and definitely not his first rodeo scamming people. Driver didn’t speak English but he was kind of stuck in the middle with this fraud on the phone. It was a principle of not being scammed, so we went to the ATM and paid $85 cash and gave the driver a 20% tip instead. Should not encourage these fraudsters and never using them again.

Had to take my furry grand-dog with me and to my surprise they allow our furry loved one's to enjoy the ride as well for a additional 5 dollars extra and that's great. The drive was very courteous, respectful, on time, polite, helpful and the vehicle was clean. Thank you Delancey Car Service for your services. Happy Holidays and stay safe.

Driver was excellent. Came quickly and took me to the hospital to pick up my wife who was being released from the ER. He waited patiently until our paperwork came through and then drove us home. Overall a great experience with your driver.

I had to use this car service for a ride home from an appointment. I call the dispatcher has me on hold never returned to the line to tell me color of the car and license plate # I call back someone else picked up was very rude abrupt and unprofessional tells me he sent car 23 hangs up but provided no information to look out for I finally see a black car with TLC plate and it's the driver the driver was very polite car was in decent condition but their dispatchers need some lessons in customer service would consider using them again if it's just using the app took off 2 stars for poor customer service

I work at BI and often call Delancey Car to take patients home. Every single time I call, I get the same exact dispatcher. He is rude, inconsiderate, and sometimes an a$$hole. You ask a simple question (ETA?/How much will it cost?) and this dude will put you on hold for 5-10 mins. REALLY? Cabs are never there when they say it is. My patients get fed up waiting, I get fed up going back and forth. Every call means a 10 min wait, at least. I'd give 0 stars if I can. I hope that dispatcher learns some manners and how to work faster. For a big car service, having a dispatcher like that will kill the company. Will not call again, will not recommend. $hit service.

Lately they've been pretty good as far as showing up when they say they will (or within 5-10 minutes at least). Lost two stars for the few times I called and no one showed up or showed up really late. Other than that the drivers have been very nice and efficient. I think the prices are more than fair.

NEVER USE THIS SERVICE!!!! LIARS and THIEVES!!! Gave us a quote for $50+tip and then mid way thru the drive. The driver tells us it's 100+. Literally stopped the car when we told him no that's not the price we were given. Left us stranded with our suitcases on the side of the road. Tried talking to the dispatcher but says they have no proof of ever taking us. And refused to take responsibility!!!!! Would give them zero stars if I could. Now they keep refusing to answer any of our calls. The worst service I've EVER encountered in my life!!!!!

This review is based on many times using this service - Utterly the absolute worse car service company in all of NYC! No, I mean zero, customer service. I dare you to call them and attempt to ask a question - they will just hang up on you. 50% of the times the drivers get lost. If you are in the downtown area and want a car service call New Day Radio instead. They are light years better!
