A gem in the heart of manhattan! Go over there to get service and or pick out your new ride! You can park directly inside of their Bay or outside in front of the garage which is really nice and a huge surprise in manhattan! The guys that work in there are so friendly, efficient and helpful.

I recommend anyone that has something wrong or want to buy a school come here. Ralphy was excellent he was very tentive. He fixes the issue i came in for and more. Rubin was nice and very friendly.

I had a wonderful experience with MM NYC PEV. The gentleman there are very professional, extremely knowledgable, and certainly committed to helping everyone and anyone enjoy the most from their rides. I took my scooter to my usual local spot and they mis-diagnosed my problem after having my scooter for over 24 hours. The fellas here found it within 5 min and resolved it in the most efficient manner possible. They also saw a lot of issues I would have had in the future and helped in fixing those as well. After placing an order for a replacement part and waiting over 6 weeks now, I dropped it to NyC PEV and was able to ride it out the same day. Thank you. ??

I live in Boston and I only found dualtron scooter in NEW YORK with the name ( MIniMotor NYC PEV ) I contacted DON over the phone he helped me explaining everything he the best , so I driving to NYC August 6, 2022 Saturday and bought my first scooter DUALTRON EAGLE PRO THANKS TO DON AND ALL HIS TEAM . I absolutely recommend this place thanks all TEAM.???

Bought my first high powered electric scooter here. Got an ultra 2. I am really happy with what these scooters are capable of. When i arrived there the staff along with Don assured me that they care about their customers which later was proven to me. Had a couple of issues with my scooter due to regular tear and wear. Had to change my stem and later tires too. One thing is sure. Customer service is the best. These guys will take care of you. I recommend everyone to come and check out this shop. My best investment was buying an high powered electric scooter. Highly recommend. I always leave 100% honest reviews! Thank you!

For those of you who's looking for a "Minimotors" subbranch, this is not the place to go to. I bought a Dualtron Victor at Minimotors in New Jersey, and had some really minor issues that need some fix around. New Jersey is a bit too far so I went to this "minimotor NYC". They charged $30 for two screws, and was asking for another $125 for a minor minor fix. However, I went to the one at New Jersey and had everything fixed for free under 20 minutes. Also, the staffs at New Jersey told me that this "Minimotors" is not official. Don't get me wrong, by non-official I mean they are not the "minimotors" that the Dualtron is working with. I don't want to say things like "this store uses this name to trick people into coming so that they can charge them way more than they should", but if "Minimotor" is what you're looking for, don't come to this place. Go to New Jersey and save the money.

This is the place to go for all your scooter necessities! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and diligent in everything they do. They’re friendly and courteous, it’s always good vibes every time I need a fix. I have all my trust in them when it comes to maintaining my scooter. The service is high quality and worth every penny. The pricing is reasonable because you’re paying for quality not quantity. The Don, is the man behind the shop and he gets straight to the point and doesn’t bs you. You can tell that the rest of the workers reflect him because they show a sense of urgency & compassion in what they do.

So glad I found this gem of a place, go up to room 300 and find the machine that’s perfect for you. The crew in their will make it happen. I got myself a dual tron ultra 2, all the fixins on, they hooked up and ate very knowledgeable.

To be frank I’m not one to meet new people and immediately take the bait; in other words I don’t trust people just for the sake of trusting. Was reserved when I first came to the shop because I wasn’t sure what to expect but come to find out Don and the others that work in this shop are exceptionally phenomenal. No exaggeration but intellectually superb knowledge wise about electronics, polite, helpful, detailed oriented, creative are just a few understatements. I highly recommend this shop all.

You get the feeling these guys love what they do. They are also just good people. I went once to fix an issue with a dented brake disc causing rubbing noises and they literally fixed it in 5 minutes when my turn came and told me this might happen again in which case we would have to replace the disc (It’s been a week now and no issues yet) . During my 20 minutes wait for my turn, I was very entertained watching the team busy at work. They are very efficient and my experience was great. Will def be going back there for more repairs. (Also prices are reasonable)

These guys were amazing. I found them by google search. I was a walk in customer and there service lived up to everything I had read online. Don the scooter wizard rocks and Luke did his Magic and was able to get a honeycomb tire on my back rim like I asked for. I felt like I was at the university of scooter repair watching these guys work. 5 Stars isn't enough for this business. I highly recommend them for repairs and your next scooter purchase. Went in for an issue with my brakes. Don was able to take care of my issue on the spot. Great shop. Don was very knowledgeable about the scooters also. I highly recommend NYC PEV.

The boss (Don) of this store has the best customer service and his work ethic as well as his honesty, and knowledge is on point. He gives the best recommendations when he is selling scooters as well as setting them up straight out of the box (brand new). He goes above and beyond when it comes to selling top of the line scooters and servicing those scooters as well. Quality over quantity, and he gives A+ quality.

I recently purchased a VSETT 9+ from Rev Rides and had some issues with the right handlebar. I showed up without an appointment and Don was more than happy to help me for free! I was in an out in about 10 minutes. He was very professional, friendly, and kind. Highly recommend Don if you’re looking for quality service with a quick turnaround time. Thanks Don!

Found Don through word of mouth. NYC needed a friendly, knowledgeable and professional scooter go to shop. Don had advised on a problem I had been dealing with on my scooter. We spoke, setup an appointment and I visited his shop with my ride. He resolved an issue with my headset by performing a rebuild and my scooter rode like brand new all over again. This guy is a scooter engineer. Dealing with Don and the process for the repair was easy. If you need any scooter work done, I highly recommend him - you won't regret it. Thank you Don!!! Following up on my first review (writing a second separate review isn't possible). NYCPEV has once again exceeded my expectations with their professionalism and knowledge with scooters. I recently had my Dualtron Thunder headset worked on by Don and the scooter feels brand new. The DT Ultra is in the shop now getting some long overdue attention. If you're looking for a shop that really cares about the handling of your PEV, I can guarantee you that Don will take care of you. Hands down the best shop in the tristate area. I'd rate them 10 stars if it was possible.

It’s not everyday a person can find someone willing to go that extra mile and be caring, considerate, humble and supportive not only as a customer but as a friend. I’ve only met Don and his staff 2 months ago and from my recent experience, I was grateful to get same day service during an emergency. I highly recommend NYC PEV because this place does truly cares about providing the best services to anyone. The most appreciation goes to his honesty and I’ve noticed that he tells you the truth in why certain things happen, and what solutions are best from an honest perspective and not from the mentality of just trying to sell you something. I just dropped my scooter off to a brake change and was very pleasantly surprised by the knowledge of the staff there. I will give further updates on my m5e brake swap, but as of right no I have full confidence on them taking care of my daily 24/7 365 ride. Update:::: just got my ride back.... and wow, just wow, ill never go or buy a scooter from anybody else. Perfect install, I only rode it 4 miles ( took awhile, stop and got to make sure I bedding them in) but amazing job. I go thru alot of scooters and this is my 5th or 6th one first true dualtron, but I will never buy from anywhere else or get service from anyone other than nyc pev. Looking forward to seeing them soon for more upgrades. Don and his crew are awesome.

Don does excellent work here, convenient location in Manhattan to service the city. He genuinely cares about the quality of repairs and products he sells- was able to see him do a few different scooter repairs and always is thorough and makes sure what leaves his shop is safe and working. Any scooter needs in NYC- this is the place to go.

Spent 2 years deciding which scooter I was going to buy. Don got up early on a Saturday before opening hours just to introduce me to my Thunder and to bring me through it. If you're in NYC DON'T BUY ONLINE!!! You go to this location and get everything adjusted on site. Over and above on service highly recommended.

Great customer service! After extensive research of which scooter to buy I finally went with a Dualtron Thunder. Don and Rohan happily and patiently answered all my questions not caring whether I was going to purchase one from them. They have a passion for ecooters and highly recommend going here. They have everything you need. No need to go anywhere else.

After researching for over a year trying to find the best quality scooter on the planet I ran across a company called Mini Motors. Only problem was they are in New Jersey and I’m in Manhattan. Continued doing research and ran across NYC PEV. They had a website and had videos on YouTube and a phone number to call. That was a start. Even though it was 1 am in the morning, I texted the number and wanted to schedule an appointment to more information and a test drive. The owner Don texted me back and we agreed on a time to stop by. Very easy to get to. Very safe. Smack dab in the middle of midtown Manhattan. After asking thousands of questions I wanted a test drive and was granted the request. I WAS SOLD ON MY FIRST RIDE! I told him to rap one up for me. He told me the price in total and I went to get the cash. Came back 20 minutes later to watch my Thunder being put together right in front of my face! GREAT STAFF AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Best money I ever spent on myself. I would recommend them to ANYBODY!!???

I came to Minimotors NYC PEV for a Qiewa Hummer with electrical issues, Don was very helpful and spent time to spot what the problem was. He was great, no wonder why people call him "The Scooter Wizard", Honest work and Honest pricing. I could not recommend you enough to go see him for any issue on you e-scooter. I went to the shop today to fixed my dualtron mini . Service was Awesome guys . I would recommended if you guys have Dualtron come here . Trust me you will impress like I do . They have a lot accessories come and check it out guys.

When it comes to customer service Don is your guy. He really takes care of your scooter and will even fix things that you know needed fixing without charging extra. Really good guy overall.
