This was a really unpleasant experience dealing with this place. I found thar my part was available at the used parts website and called. Attitude of the owner was mean. He said that business hours were listed online but when I called a few times to confirm he gave me different closure time and days off not listed on the internet. He confirmed that they didn't post pictures of parts and when I finally drove an hour to pick up the the fender, the paint was all peeled in multiple placescand almost rusty under. What a waste of gas and my time!!!!!

I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Guy is very nasty on the phone And he price gouges everything I called him for a part, and the part was more money than what it cost in the dealer The guy immediately hung up the phone unprofessionally I'll take my business somewhere else
Absolutely great business men I ordered a part from out of state so I paid with zelle he confirmed order shipped immediately I'm at least 3 states away I received part next day. Thx again
First time buying a used auto part and it was stress finding a part for my 06 Acura but Joe found my part and helped me find another part he didnt have elsewhere that I needed, best customer service ever experienced and more importantly great people person. Greatly appreciated.
BUYER BEWARE. If you come to Eighteen Auto Parts by way of CAR-PARTS.COM BE CAREFUL. I needed an ABS Modulator for a 2013 Honda Accord EX-L V6 and found one to be available through Eighteen Auto Parts via Car-Parts.com. After speaking with Joe he assured me he had the correct part and would send it out which he did very promptly to the tune of $930.
What Joe sent was an ABS Modulator assembly for a 2015 Honda Accord LX. To no one's surprise, this Modulator Assembly was incompatible with what I actually needed. No big deal, mistakes happen.
I call Joe to let him know of my dilemma. He immediately goes on the defensive telling me the part has to be programmed to the car (I'm aware) and how he sells 10 a week and no one ever has any problems. When i asked him to verify the part number he couldn't do it stating "we don't go by part numbers" Huge red flag. I guess if they did I wouldn't have been sent the wrong part.
Other red flags I encountered in my dealings with this company that should have stopped me before I started is the fact that they do not take credit cards, only zelle or cash app, and they do not offer refunds. Their Google reviews are oddly similar to each other and most are very non-specific to an actual transaction. I'm not generally one to post a negative review but this is my honest experience with Eighteen Auto Parts. I'm out almost $1000 and none too pleased. I feel like I have been robbed.

The representative Joseph is magnificent and outrageous good representative very well took care of me I was there less then 3 minutes picked my parts and paid got it loaded in my vehicle excellent excellent A1 star outrageous customer service
