This was my first time shipping a car, It went alright . Like all of these car transport companies, they were overly optimistic with their price and time frame. But in the end they got it here pretty fast and the drivers were good with great communication.
I had a great experience with this company shipping my car from Charlotte to Texas. The owner is very straightforward and makes communication easy allowing for text messages as well as phone calls. He does answer any questions that you have. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because The communication is not forthcoming. However, he is always reachable. as a first time car shipper, It can feel a little uncertain to give your car to a stranger, however trust the process and know that your vehicle will be in good hands. My driver was kind and communicated with me throughout the process of shipping my vehicle. My vehicle was delivered early.
I would recommend this company to anyone shipping their vehicle.
Great Company to transport your vehicle!!! I have used them three times. Each time everyone was great from customer service agent to both drivers. The drivers and agent gave me updates on where my vehicles were at all times. I even got my vehicles earlier than expected the first time. Would definitely use them again!!
HyperCarship, is the best. They went above and beyond to get my truck transported.... absolutely very friendly keeps you informed of the transporting. I had the pleasure of working with Frank for my vehicle to be shipped from San Diego, Ca to Norfolk, Va. he was great at customer service and understanding. The driver was also bit of a different story as he one, attempted to charge extra for items left in the car and two, did not communicate clearly about delivery date and time. Overall, I would recommend HyperCarShip to anyone needing car shipment services.
I had a bad experience with another car shopping RMG transport. They kept me hanging for more than 3 days after taking a deposit but never scheduling anyone. I called HyperCarship on Tuesday morning and he was able to arrange for my car to be picked up that evening at 6pm with a very quick delivery. He answered all my questions, kept me updated and responded to my question immediately any time I text! He made this nerve-wracking process so much more comfortable! Transporting a car can be quite challenging and choosing the right company to get the job done if you have never done it can be very stressful. You request a quote and all the sudden you have 20 texts, phone calls and emails trying to get the job. Some are scammers, some legit, some overpriced, some making promises they can’t keep. All kinds of things to figure out and decide on who you can trust. Well forget all that and just make one phone call to MIA at Hypercarship and put your mind at ease. I found MIA and she totally took the stress out of the whole situation. Not only that but she found me a very reasonable price and the only money up front was a minimal deposit fee and the balance was C.O.D. when the car touched down in my driveway. This was a first for me. I had never shipped a car before and didn’t know what to expect. This service was exactly as advertised and exceeded my expectations. I requested a quote online, received a text message with a quote, accepted the quote with an understanding that that quote was contingent on actual carrier availability. 24 hours later, I received a call with an offer to ship, which was slightly higher than the original quote, but it was very reasonable. Within 1 hour of approving the quote, my vehicle was being picked up by the carrier and less than 24 hours later, the car was delivered to my door. The carrier selected was meticulous. Took 40 plus photos of the car at pick up and again at drop off. This process was very easy, very transparent and cheaper than driving it one way myself and paying for a one way flight. I am highly satisfied and would absolutely recommend this as a great option.
Process was somewhat easy... I explained what I could afford and signed a contract for that amount. The day before pickup I got a text message for a higher bid, I declined (because I don't have the money). I got another text message for a another bid, but still higher than what I could afford. When I declined I was told that I risked not having my vehicle picked up... Oh well, I only have the funds that I have... An hour later I got a text with another bid for the exact amount in the contract :) Pick up was smooth (a little later than stated). Drop off was super easy. Vehicle arrived just as it departed :)
My advice - if u aren't working with a critical deadline, be patient and don't jump on the first offer u get.
My experience with HyperCarship has been actually very wonderful and I was very skeptical about all of this at first. I am a business owner, and I had a cargo van breakdown across the country and was having issues with the mechanic where the car was parked and was in dire need to get it transported back to Florida. I went online to get quotes and this was one of the first places that contacted me. The first person I spoke to was Frank and let me tell you I was a Because I had a lot of anxiety because the mechanic was holding our keys for hostage because he wanted more money. Frank was and is seriously one of the kindest people who really really tried to find somebody as soon as possible to transport our car. I honestly don’t think I could have gotten through this without him. He never got irritated with me. He was really my advocate. I would highly recommend these people because they really care about you. Needless to say with some minor hiccups because of my own misinterpretation of some thing, my van made it safely and within a short amount of time back to Florida. I am so grateful. Thank you, Frank. This review seems so small compared to the piece you gave me in a time where I didn’t know what was happening and where I was concerned and skeptical. Hans at HyperCarship was great to work with! I had originally started the process with a different company who ended up being shady and did not deliver on our contract. I later reached out to Hans to see if he could help and he did exactly as he said, he was honest and the process was super smooth. He even had me talking to the driver the same day I reached out to him and the car made it safely to its destination with no issues. I posted my car shipping project on yelp, where I received 20+ inquiries for shipping my car from Little Rock, Arkansas to California. I’d received several offers all relatively within the same range. I chose Hyperion because Alex said he had a “solid” price and that he could find a driver today. I told all the other companies I had picked Hyperion. Several of them had warned me that this company often times have a bait and switch mode of operation. I have been working with Alex who was prompt in his text and was pushing me to make a decision. Within an 2 hours of first contact, I signed the contract and waited for the driver to be assigned. Even after all the warnings, I stuck with Alex. I called the office when I didn’t get a confirmed drivers name from Alex. He called me back that night and told me he didn’t even post my request and needed to look for a driver. This is after many other companies had posted and secured drivers. My post was everywhere, driving up the price. I told him I would give him the night to secure a driver because I trusted he would deliver. He called me in morning and told me he had found a driver for $1800, which was $325 more than what I signed for. It’s now, 24 hours later I learned that what Alex told me was all a lie. The price changed and he never had a driver that could pick up my car the same day, let alone the next day. I never leave bad reviews and I’m very sad to do this because I had faith in this company and Alex who said they would get my car delivered.
I would avoid this company at all costs
After working out the logistics to our mutual satisfaction, we were very happy with the assigned driver, Raul Oliveria, who was very personable and professional. He worked with us on delivery of our car to our granddaughter who is a student. Alex Taylor and Raul kept us apprised of timing and delivery. It was a great relief to us to have the transport to our granddaughter free of problems.
It took a couple of days for them to find a driver and coordinate a time that would be suitable for both parties but he came through with flying colors and the driver that delivered the vehicle I believe his name was Eduardo was excellent so yes I give these guys a five-star review and thank you for everything.
