Been bring my Mini here for service for years now. They always give you a loaner and the services team is the only one I trust to work on my car.

The guy in the service department especially the guy named Riddy Are the WORST! So, My MX who doesn’t speak English very well had me go and pick up the parts for my car. Even though they ask for the VIN # to my ensure the parts are for my car. They still give have the wrong parts Delivered. I had to then order the correct parts, thus paying again “$800+” told the my MX would get the refund…. IT”S BEEN A MONTH!!!! The next step will be Small Claims Court for my money and for inconveniencing me. Unhappy Mini Owner!

Pleased that they had a fuel cap for my 20 year old Mini Cooper S and were able to give me some discount. Definitely phone ahead to make sure they have the parts in stock.
