Nomar was extremely helpful, answered all our questions, and worked with us to make sure our needs were met. No high pressure sales tactics or misleading advertising. Couldn’t recommend this experience, this dealership and Nomar enough.

Carol Morin, Service advisor is an extraordinary representative of Open Road VW in Manhattan. Carol does not just punch in and out of work, she genuinely has the customers best interest in mind. After bringing my 2024 VW Atlas in for what I initially thought would be a routine engine flush, knew from my description that the issue was much more intensive. Carole made sure that my car was diagnosed properly and because she knew that my car would be taken in for extended repairs which meant that I would be without a vehicle for a very long time- she somehow pulled a magic trick and was able to afford me a loaner car within 24hrs. Little did Carole know, having a loaner was not just a convenience, it was a must need that made managing my very busy work and home life much more manageable. It was November in New York City, and I was getting my car fixed near the Volkswagen dealer. I had absolutely no intention of buying a new car—but I thought, why not pop in and see what they had? That’s when I met Noah, a sales consultant who I later found out was only in his second week on the job. This was my first auto transaction with Open Road Volkswagen and I have to admit it was one of the most positives one yet. Everyone that I dealt with were pleasant, courteous, and above all professional starting from the front desk all the way through to driving the car out the bay door. But our transaction actually started through texts and emails which were initiated with my wife. They immediately showed a willingness to find the trim we were looking for and they did, almost. Though it wasn't quite what we were searching for they immediately pivoted and made a much more rational and appealing offer which in the end was the better fit for us. Our transaction began online and over the phone but finished at the dealership, which is in fact very striking. They were not lying when they said it was one of the largest dealerships in New York. I've been to a few VW dealerships and this one has the most impressive showroom. You can actually see all the vehicles without stepping out of the showroom or building because it's that large. Let's not forget, this is in NYC. I have to give a particular shoutout to Michael Ramos, who was my point man throughout my time at the showroom. He conducted himself professionally and continually gave me updates on the process and my vehicle. Additionally, he was incredibly informative, reactive to any hitches in the process, and above all extremely friendly. I also want to thank Sincere McGee for his assistance and availability throughout the process. And to Elvis for finishing up with the finance. Although the location is not as convenient I can say that the team at Open Road make up for it. I'll certainly be going back.

Took my cat in for a transmission fluid change and somehow dealer thinks I need $11000+ in repairs. My car runs fine with no error codes. They helpfully offered the opportunity to talk to a salesperson about a new car rather than pay &11k in repairs. I opted for zero in repairs and will continue driving my car. Wow! It’s been a while since I bought a new car and I ended up at this dealership to buy a pre owned Mercedes! What a beautiful building and showroom right off the West Side highway at 56th street with easy on and off to this dealership. Everyone who works here that I encountered was polite, friendly, professional and went out of their way to make my experience and transaction as easy and seamless as possible! My sales person Nyeim was an absolute pleasure to deal with and he went above and beyond any expectations I might have had for buying a new car.
