Unprofessional, rude and not looking out for your best interest. The girl is nice and comes off professional but the guy is very rude. This is off multiple times getting parts from them.
Won’t be taking my business here anymore, I rather just wait for online shipping or go elsewhere after my experience. Not to mention the long hold times and them forgetting to get back to you.
The customer service was amazing Juan went above and beyond. I had a part that i knew would be hard to find and thought id have to pay oem prices at the dealer! We compared oem to the computer and it was not a match. I thanked him and left. He came out the door after me and aske me if he could have a few minutes to try and find the part. I told him for my car they make two different types. He worked his magic and showed me a picture of the part i needed. He then tokd me if i need it it Will be here in about an hr and also offered to deliver them locally for me( just a bolt for my brake caliper) i was hyped. I came back and picked the part up on my way somewhere and they matched perfectly. The Destin staff went above and beyond for a part under 20.00. They have a customer for life now. Thank you guys again.
These guy's know what they are doing. When it comes to parts they get what ever you need at an affordable price and in addition they are punctual when they tell you come and get it at such time.
Pleasant to buy from but refused to honor the battery warranty. 24 month warranty printed on battery, they insisted it was 18 months. Do not buy anything if you actually care about someone backing up the warranty or quality of what they sell.
I wanted new window wipers but didn't know what size. They looked it up for me and even told me that they would have come down 100 streets to where I live and delivered and installed the wipers for free! Very friendly and warm and all the vibes of a small boutique store!
I would normally go-to AutoZone or advance Auto parts but decided to try the smaller parts store and they did not disappoint. Super extra extremly friendly and helpful people and service. I needed a headlight which they had for a cost much lower than what I can remember paying at the other stores. The guy that helped me even came out in the cold to make sure I got the part installed properly.
One guy was nice but once I got introduced a swindler that wouldn’t tell me the return policy in case a battery they were “guessing” would fit wouldn’t fit, I went two blocks away and got treated like a human being. Just go to Ralph’s, don’t waste time here.
What can I say, an auto parts in Upper Manhattan that is accessible, has a ton of stuff, had what I needed. Is computerized, treated me really well, took back my used battery later for credit, I hope it survives the increased rents.
The staff is helpful and friendly. When the battery I bought there went bad, they delivered the replacement to my apartment free of charge -- great service! Still a good idea to call before you go to make sure they have the party in stock, since it's a pretty small place.
Do not buy parts from this place especially if you need to return it. They have a no return policy so now your stuck with a part you dont need. They make money and you lose
