This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Based on recent feedback, Cash 4 Cars in New York, NY scores 93/100. Overall sentiment is very positive: customers highlight professional, courteous staff, fast same-day pickups (sometimes within an hour), smooth communication, and cash on the spot with prices often called fair or top-dollar. Tow drivers are punctual and helpful. A couple of 1-star reviews cite disrespect and an allegation of plate/vehicle mishandling, so experiences aren’t flawless. Little to no detail on yard organization, inventory variety, or ease of finding parts—service appears centered on removal and towing, not part sales.
Epic fail on communication. I called ahead to ask if they would accept a car door. The kind lady on the phone said that they would be happy to take it and asked when I’d be heading over. I arrive 30 minutes later to be told that they will not accept it and that the lady on the phone doesn’t know what she’s talking about. First off not a good sign to be talking about your colleagues in this way. Second not great communication for the business to be directing customers with one piece of information only to arrive and be informed the complete opposite. Overall a very frustrating experience and a huge waste of time. If you don’t accept things tell people and don’t mislead with incorrect information.
Telephone rep and workers at the establishment were very friendly and polite. They were very happy to see an all metal body car with its original catalytic converter still on. I know when they flip the parts for money, they all going to be very happy. Thank you for taking in my Blue 2004 Subaru Impreza TS Wagon.
Had an old car sitting dead in the back of my house for like 3-4 year. Cash 4 cars sent someone on the same day and with a few pushes our old Chevy is headed to it's final resting place. Their tow guy was legit, shout out to Pedro!
I called these guys late at night, stuck in an unfortunate situation. Within 1 hour, they had picked up my vehicle and cash was in my pocket. Very friendly, excellent communication, and fair trade in value. I'm super grateful for their service and highly recommend them to anyone.
If your car is more rust than ride, then Junk Car Removal in Queens is your superhero! I called them up, and it felt like I was chatting with old friends—except these friends were about to take my clunker off my hands.
They showed up faster than my neighbor’s cat when I open a can of tuna! The crew was super friendly and joked that my car looked like it had gone through a mid-life crisis. Honestly, I think my car had given up on life long before I did!
They handled the whole process like pros, making it look easy. In no time, my driveway was clear of that hunk of metal that had been more of a lawn ornament than a vehicle. And the cash they handed me felt like finding money in an old jacket—unexpected and delightful!
If your car is just a sad memory of road trips gone by, call these guys. They’ll take it away, and you’ll get cash and a driveway that doesn’t look like a junkyard! Five stars for making my junk car removal experience a blast!
They were awesome from start to finish. I must say this is a a very professional company that I highly reccomend to use. And they offered a very nice amount to junk our vehicle that was flooded.
We had a 2001 Nissan Maxima that needed to be junked… Cash 4 Cars was very efficient, same day service… They were extremely professional and would highly recommend to use their services.
I was very pleased with this business, they provided great service which was seamless. Very fair pricing alongside great customer service, I continue to use this business and I strongly recommend their services to anyone
They gave me top dollar, cash on the spot. They picked up the vehicle within 2 hours. Honest & the tow truck driver was swift & was a cool guy. Letting go of your vehicle to be junked is difficult because ya love your vehicle but these guys added some comfort to the ordeal. Thanks fellas I will definitely recommend you guys to all that need your service.
