Epic fail on communication. I called ahead to ask if they would accept a car door. The kind lady on the phone said that they would be happy to take it and asked when I’d be heading over. I arrive 30 minutes later to be told that they will not accept it and that the lady on the phone doesn’t know what she’s talking about. First off not a good sign to be talking about your colleagues in this way. Second not great communication for the business to be directing customers with one piece of information only to arrive and be informed the complete opposite. Overall a very frustrating experience and a huge waste of time. If you don’t accept things tell people and don’t mislead with incorrect information.
Telephone rep and workers at the establishment were very friendly and polite. They were very happy to see an all metal body car with its original catalytic converter still on. I know when they flip the parts for money, they all going to be very happy. Thank you for taking in my Blue 2004 Subaru Impreza TS Wagon.
Had an old car sitting dead in the back of my house for like 3-4 year. Cash 4 cars sent someone on the same day and with a few pushes our old Chevy is headed to it's final resting place. Their tow guy was legit, shout out to Pedro!

They showed up faster than my neighbor’s cat when I open a can of tuna! The crew was super friendly and joked that my car looked like it had gone through a mid-life crisis. Honestly, I think my car had given up on life long before I did!

They gave me top dollar, cash on the spot. They picked up the vehicle within 2 hours. Honest & the tow truck driver was swift & was a cool guy. Letting go of your vehicle to be junked is difficult because ya love your vehicle but these guys added some comfort to the ordeal. My very old Toyota Camry recently broke down. It had almost 300k miles. I had the car parked in the street. It wouldn't move. It recived a few tickets, it was gonna get towed. I looked up this company and the very next morning there tow truck was picking up the car. Plus $200 CASH!!They where very professional and on time. I recommend this company 100%.
