I would like to stop by and write my experience with Z311 Services. I have moved from NY to Chicago few weeks back and have two cars, I booked them to ship my both the vehicles. It was hassle free thing for me, as from managing booking to shipment , paper work etc., all was pretty smooth and they were pretty transparent on terms and delivery dates. I am happy with the service being offered . Appreciate entire team for helping me through. Must try their services without second thought

I was scared to let anyone touch my classic Mustang, but they proved me wrong. They handled the car like it was their own and the enclosed trailer was spotless. Delivered safely and earlier than expected.

I was going through a really stressful week, and the last thing I needed was trouble shipping my car. But they handled everything with so much care. The driver even called me when he was close, just to reassure me. I honestly felt relieved when the car arrived safely. They really eased my mind.

This company deserves more praise. They handled my booking quickly, set clear expectations, and followed through exactly as said. No headaches at all. A very trustworthy company in an industry that’s often the opposite.

I needed my car transported for a temporary travel assignment and honestly didn’t expect the process to be this smooth. They kept me updated before pickup, during transit, and even checked after delivery. Really appreciate how stress-free they made everything.

The price wasn’t the cheapest, but totally fair for the quality of service I got. The driver was experienced and careful, and they provided insurance proof immediately when I asked. I’d rather pay a little extra for this level of professionalism than risk it with random brokers.

I had to relocate on short notice and reached out to them late at night. To my surprise, they managed to arrange a driver by the very next morning! My car was delivered two days ahead of schedule , couldn’t be more grateful for their quick response and support during such a stressful time.

We entrusted this company with our vehicle, expecting a safe and professional pick up and delivery. It is a 2024 luxury vehicle with less than 100 miles. The arrangements were made from Z311Services as the broker. I would STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST using Z311Services to arrange your car transportation. They are sub-contracting POOR companies to provide the service. The pick-up person was not uniformed and showed up with no documentation, barely being able to communicate with me English. The drop-off person also was unable to communicate with me in English. He had difficulties getting my vehicle off of the trailer due to an emergency brake warning that was not activated when the pick-up person drove my vehicle to his trailer. In addition to the emergency brake light being activated, there was a burning scent and the car was no longer drivable. When I contacted Z311Services to resolve the issue, they did not respond. They were unhelpful and dismissive. I had to have my car towed to Porsche for extensive repairs in excess of $3,500!!! If you're looking for peace of mind, look elsewhere. These companies are unprofessional, careless, and takes zero accountability for the damage they cause. I regret ever trusting them with my vehicle.

This is a review for Mike - this individual went over and above in assisting me in getting my grandsons car back to Virginia. I can't begin to tell you how many times I've called and every time he was pleasant, patient, understanding, pro-active, excellent follow-up. I never doubted his sincerity. He represented your company extremely well. Although its going to take 2 hours for the vechicle to get here from PA, Mike assured me that everything was on point. There are not enough words to express my appreciation and so glad that I spoke with him directly each time. Great Job Mike! This is my first experience transferring vehicle long distance. Not knowing how the vehicle transfer industry works, it was 2 days of fiasco. I had an appointment with a company who quoted a resnable price. I drove around 80 miles, a small little town I never visited. But the driver i signed a contract with did not show. When I called the company, they said that the driver decided to take some other vehicle. I panicked and so stressed out, I felt like I was going to have a heartattack. I must've called dozen companies. They all told me that they will find me a driver. But nobody called back, except one company called Z311 service. Amy Holland was so professional and polite. She calmed me down and proposed different options I had to get the job done. I did calmed down as I was speaking to her. I have decided my only option was to wait until tomorrow. But the next day was Sunday and all the companies were closed. Amy assured me she will do everything to find a driver. I couldn't believe I got a call on 6:45 next morning from Amy that she found me a driver. I was so shocked, I couldn't believe it. She was so kind as was the day before, told me to get to where the vehicle was. I drove again 80 miles. Sure enough, there was a huge tow truck waiting for me. I was so happy. And the driver was so interesting, we made fast friends. When it was all said and done, my nightmarish weekend turned out to be an inspiring weekend. You could always turn things around when you find people who is kind and honest, truly want to help you. Thank you, Amy. If you need to have your vehicle transferred, I recommend Z311 Service highly.

Roy acknowledged my request for a certain price point and he tried to stay within it to check for driver availability for my route. My route from Sedona to Mt Shasta was not traveled by many so we had to increase my budget. That is never fun but with transparent communication from Roy I understood and was at piece with the increase. I appreciate that I only got charged once a dispatched driver was confirmed. Having to make a review on this type of industry is challenging. Moving a car is a necessity for many but in my case I had time in my favor. After doing an extensive online research I going out how common people get mislead and taken for a ride even before their cars can. Three weeks after posting my details I was still getting bombarded with calls, emails and texts and although every other broker promised to stay in budget they ALL called last minute with a ridiculous price increase even after having a signed contract with agreed pricing. Out of the about 10 companies I started dealing with only Z311 stayed true to the actual cost and was able to negotiate until the right driver came along. In all Roy was an excellent choice and defended and respected my position and was ultimately able to save me money and time. I highly recommend you do your homework but if you really want to save time then pick Z311 and take my word for it. Thanks for reading.
