I needed last minute late night help and this service was so quick, convenient, communicative, and efficient. They really helped me out in a pinch and I would recommend to anyone, both for emergencies and just regular help.
I would give Junk Rabbit 10 stars if i could. I was in a pinch and needed a last minute solution to clear out my storage unit. 1-800 Got Junk charges you $800+, which is CRAZY.
Junk rabbit cost me $380, so much more in my budget, so worth it for clearing out my entire storage unit. The guys who showed up had their own equipment and were really nice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I booked for same-day pickup, and they ended up not being able to come until the next day, but it was a rainy holiday weekend, I had scheduled last minute, and they were communicative throughout the process, so the delay was understandable. When the haulers did arrive, they were in and out with my old sofa and a couple other items in just a few minutes. And the prices were very fair. Cheapest and most honest junk removal service I’ve used in NYC. Don't even bother calling 1-800, Junkluggers or LoadUp. They always add stuff to your bill at pickup. Only using Junkrabbit from now on.
