OZ Company did an excellent job with my move. They arrived right on time, were extremely organized, worked efficiently, and handled all of my belongings with great care. They started at 8:30 AM and had everything loaded onto the truck by 10:30 AM. Even with the new place just five minutes away, they were thorough and had everything properly placed by 12:30 PM. I truly appreciate their professionalism and efficiency and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable moving company.

I have moved with Oz 4x in my life. Each time has been great, but fairly easy as I was a single. This last move with a toddler and my wife took much more effort to coordinate. Moving with Oz made it as easy as possible. I’ll never use another moving company.

From my first meeting with Project Manager (John), I had a good feeling about Oz Moving. His assessment and estimate were both detailed and thorough. He answered all my questions and asked me a few things I hadn't thought about. The price was competitive and I just felt they would do a good job. The day of the move surpassed my expectations! The foreman and his crew were AMAZING! They were professional and efficient. They had the truck loaded in what seemed like record time and quickly unloaded once we arrived at the new place. I highly recommend Oz Moving and will be using them for any/all future moves. GREAT JOB!!!

We moved our one-bedroom from a storage unit to our new apartment with Oz and we are very happy with this experience. The team led by Julian did an amazing job, they were respectful of our stuff, fast, and efficient. They dealt with the challenges really smoothly and even helped us fix the leg of a table the previous movers had broken. They gave us a flat rate and did not surprise us with last minute fees or add-ons. We would highly recommend their services.

Unbelievable bail out! My other movers cancelled at 11:00 for a 1:00 move. Panic ensued. I called Oz they were there at 2:00 with a crew of 4 and happy! We were all done at 6:00. We have moved 17 times in our lives. These are the best. They cared about our stuff, were looking for things to do to help, wrapped everything without hesitation and treated our stuff like it was theirs. Use them! Suggest you give them some lead time though! Cheers

Moving is by far the most stressful experience but the staff at Oz Moving made all the difference! The staff were so efficient and highly experienced! Nothing was a problem for them. I was able to change my mind about furniture items on the spot. They also cleared away all empty boxes and unwanted furniture. In addition thy packed up my entire kitchen without one mishap. All of my glass pieces arrived without breaking. I couldn’t be happier with their services!

We used OZ Moving for a move from NYC to PA and the process was professional and first rate. Communication with contracts and scheduling, as well as flexible delivery dates was very good. The movers wrapped everything up for the truck and delivered to 2 locations seamlessly, and we're very fast and careful with the furniture. I highly recommend OZ Moving.

Great experience from start to finish, I would highly recommend using OZ! No AI runaround when I called the main line, got right to a really nice and helpful woman who explained everything very clearly. On the day of the move, the guys were there right on time and were quick, careful and super helpful.

Though I did not end up moving with Oz, I wanted to commend them on their great communication, excellent quote, and prompt responses. My wife and I were looking for a white glove, full pack move and the quote we got from Oz was more than reasonable. Moshe, especially, was particularly helpful in answering all my questions and making the process clear. Professionalism in communication is very important to me, and Oz has that in spades. I encourage anyone reading this to consider them for future moves!

I was so impressed with the entire experience with Oz moving. The rep, Askar, came to our home to assess the items and provide us with an estimate. He was professional, respectful and experienced. Between that time and the move he answered every question we had and set clear expectations for us. On the day of the move Emilio and his crew showed up on time and prepared. Again professional, respectful and experienced. They worked efficiently, quietly, and cleaned up the supplies before they left. Hands down, this is the best moving company.

Outstanding experience with Oz Moving from start to finish. From the initial enquiry through booking, moving day, and final setup, everything was seamless. John from the sales team was incredibly responsive and patient, answering all my questions and making the entire process feel easy and stress-free. I moved a one-bedroom apartment and added the packing service, which was worth every penny. A team of four led by Juan arrived right at 8am, packed everything efficiently and with great care, and had the truck fully loaded and on its way by 11:15am. I was genuinely amazed by how organized and fast they were without ever feeling rushed. The moving crew was exceptional. They were kind, thoughtful, and attentive, listened carefully to my concerns about fragile items, and went above and beyond to help place furniture exactly where I wanted it in my new apartment. I moved just a year ago with another company and had a good experience, but Oz Moving was on a completely different level. Professional, personalized, and truly stress-free. I would not hesitate to recommend Oz Moving and would absolutely use them again.

Oz moving was incredible. Sebastian and his crew moved my husband and I from Jersey city to the suburbs and they were so easy to work with and had amazing, can do attitudes. They helped us with difficult objects and did not have a single scratch on our wall when moving things up and down. So appreciate the amazing job done! This is my third time using oz.

Long Distance move. Pickup in Manhattan was professional and efficient. Dropoff however was probably the most unprofessional move I've ever dealt with. Oz contracts out of state moves to a third party. This third party then contracted the addition of two movers to another party. You nor Oz has any idea who shows up to move you in. The "hauler" pulled up to my house by himself in the rented truck with a sign taped to the cab. We then waited close to an hour for the other two "helpers" to arrive. One guy around 65 years old shows up with another guy that needs to smoke a cigarette before he starts. The three finally get around to unloading the truck with zero urgency at all. By now it's after 4 and the sun is starting to set. At some point two women show up, presumably one of the guys' girlfriend and her mother. They bring in some light boxes. During this time I am proceeding to unwrap the blankets and tape from my belongings. I do this with a house key as nobody has a knife or box cutter. I do this for hours, my fingers are blistered. After only two hours of bringing my belongings inside, they believe they are done with the job and are telling me they are about to leave. My matress is in the dining room, my bed is in pieces, my sofa and many belongings are still taped in blankets. I remind them that these tasks need to be completed. I'm still cutting tape with keys. It's after 8 and they are finally done. They leave and I am left with cleaning up all the tape and extra-large tv/matress boxes to dispose of. I still have two moving blankets. At 10 I realize I am missing a box and chair. I suppose it was too dark out to notice. They come back and I get the remaining two items after 11. Never before have I worked so hard after paying so much for a move. I would not recommend Oz for a long-distance move.

I have used OZ Moving twice now - and if/when I move again, I will definitely be a three-peat customer. Communication with John in their office was easy and fast leading up to the move. He was patient, knowledgeable, and super helpful. During both moves, the foremen Manuel and Juan went above and beyond to make my day stress-free. Their entire crews were friendly, and they word HARD and FAST. BIG thanks to all of them!

We hired Oz Moving to unload our truck and they did a phenomenal job getting everything up from the truck and into our apartment in an efficient manner (despite having not been the movers to pack the vehicle, which I’m sure made it more difficult for them). All the staff were courteous and they went above and beyond to make sure they were placing large items and boxes where we wanted them, so that we wouldn’t have to move them ourselves again. They also were able to junk some large furniture items for us when we realized they wouldn’t fit inside our apartment. They made our move so much easier and we’re very grateful for their hard work!

We were so pleased with our Oz moving experience. They guys arrived at our home in New Hampshire bright and early after a 6 hour ride. Packed the truck and helped me with difficult items to pack. Then headed back to NYC for the next day delivery. They were early to arrive and had everything organize to move my daughter in a small third floor walk up where they had to manipulate a sleeper sofa that did not fit through the door and was very heavy. I felt so bad but they were so positive and professional. Bye the end of the move I wanted just to hang out with them. My daughter was able to come see her apartment during her lunch hour for the first time and they guys were so happy to meet her they welcomed her to her new home with a big hug. I would recommend these guys without any hesitation. They made a stressful move to Manhattan pleasurable and Oz Moving is lucky to have such great employees!

From the moment I called Oz to see if they could help me move, I felt comfortable and in good hands. And I was right. I was in great hands with a company who cared about my belongings as much as I do. Not only was the crew polite, efficient, and professional - they put in extra work by making two different drop off stops. They were communicative and always let me know when they were 30min out and how much longer they would be. I just sat back and relaxed while they did all the work. Worth the price!

I could not be happier with my experience with Oz Moving company. I was very nervous about this detailed long distance multipoint move involving invaluable large mirrors, antiqued mirrored furniture both heavy and fragile and other irreplaceable pieces Christofer and Cheiner perfectly executed this feat with ultimate calm, care, kindness, patience, and skill. Lamar and Peter communicated promptly with me and wrote up the details of the contract precisely. Bajo of insurance department was prompt and efficient as well. A++ to everyone I dealt with at Oz. You are truly wizards and I so appreciate your magic.

The three movers, 2 men and one woman , were extremely professional and friendly. They helped make a difficult move easy and did it so much quicker than I imagined. They really cared about what they were doing and made sure everything they packed was safe. I highly recommend Oz moving. I recently moved with Oz from NJ to Manhattan, and I couldn’t be happier with how smoothly everything went. Compared to the previous company we used, who were slow and inefficient, Oz was an entirely different experience. The team of three were helpful, strong, and incredibly fast—they handled everything with care while keeping the process efficient from start to finish. While I know there are other movers out there with slightly lower prices, it’s clear that the small extra cost makes a huge difference in both the quality of the move and the safety of your belongings. This move was stress-free thanks to them, and I’ll definitely be using Oz again for any future moves. Highly recommend!

Naughty and Rafi were amazing! The dynamic duo was so transparent and direct with the whole process that I began to trust their experience. It is visible that these two gentlemen are Professionals in the craft of moving and with naji's 20 years plus of experience it was apparent. After a tumultuous Series of Unfortunate Events with other delivery or transportation services, I now know that Wizard of Oz moving is the best so far. Thank You for Your Excellence!

We hired Oz Moving for a full packing of our apartment and move to our new apartment. Even though the physical move was only .1 miles down the street, Christopher and his team were incredible in packing everything in our old 2 br, 2 ba apartment into boxes that they brought (including boxes for TVs, tall clothing boxes with metal rods to hang clothes on, wrapping of furniture and delicate goods with padding, plants), and unloading them into the designated spots in our new apartment (also 2 br, 2 ba). They even helped with reassembling our bed and dining table, which was incredibly helpful. It took about 4 hours to pack on the first day, and then an extra 2 hours to pack on the second day, and 5 hours for the actual move, so all in all, 11 hours of total labor. The entire packing and moving service is a bit expensive, but in my mind, completely worth it. Chris and his team were incredible and worked very efficiently. I highly recommend Oz Moving. Don’t forget to tip your packers/movers!

Ali and his team were absolutely wonderful! They were fast, hard-working, and careful with all of our items. We had multiple very heavy items (including marble tables and a 7’ mirror) that they carried up and down steep steps. Not one item was damaged. Would highly recommend them and use their services again! Note - I had used Piece of Cake for my previous move and waited hours since they did another move inbetween mine! Oz moving did my move straight out without pause so we could move on with settling in instead of waiting for them to show up at our final destination.

Oz moved us from NY to the Dominican Republic. All arrived in great condition. We were kept informed of all stages of the shipment. It was one of the easiest moves I’ve ever had!! Thank you Oz International!!

We moved our son to his first apartment this weekend and Oz was great. Friendly staff from the beginning with Lavi being very responsive with pricing/quote to the movers who came to pack him up and bring him to his new home! The movers were professional and clean. All for a great price! Would highly recommend

I recently hired Oz to manage my move from Brooklyn, NY, to Southern California, shelling out a substantial $10,000 plus tip for their services. To my dismay, they caused a staggering $3100 in damages to my property. Oz's negligence resulted in the destruction of our daughter's brand-new bed frame and mattress, along with a 55" OLED TV that was previously in perfect condition. We had paid extra for Oz to handle the packing and preparation of these items, but their improper handling and packing methods led to the damage. I don't know how you can break a mattress, but somehow they managed. What's even more infuriating is Oz's refusal to take responsibility for their actions. They dismissively claim that this is a "high-risk industry" and insist we should have purchased additional insurance coverage, shifting the blame onto us. This response is entirely unacceptable, given their incompetence. Hiring a moving company for packing should mean you don't need to spend extra on insurance – a competent company should ensure the safety of your items. If you read other reviews you'll see the same complaints, and the same casual indifference from Oz. I can only give them one star because I have to, and that's solely because our belongings eventually arrived. To be fair, I had used Oz before without issue. I'm not sure if the company changed owners or if something changed due to the pandemic, but buyer beware - Oz isn't worth the risk.
