They arrived on time, worked quickly but very carefully, and handled all of my furniture and belongings as if it were their own. Everything was wrapped properly, nothing was damaged, and they stayed focused and positive the entire time, even with a challenging move.
What really stood out was their attitude and teamwork. Calm, polite, hardworking, and solution-oriented. You can tell they know exactly what they’re doing.

Brandon was AMAZING ! He showed up what seemed like right after we hung up. He was a super professional and efficient. Not only was he gentle with the furniture, he was gentle to us. Seeing as how we were stressed out, he took his time to reassure us that everything was going to work out. I wish I could give a higher rating than 5. Amazing service at a very cheap price for such a long-standing small business. We are so thankful they did everything and only a few hours, and they assembled and disassembled our stuff. They also packed what we were unable to pack on our own, and there was no damage to anything. We are so appreciative of the service and will be recommending them to everyone!!

I used Big Apple to move my 1-bedroom apartment from storage to my new home. I had several issues on my end and had to reschedule four times, but the company was incredibly courteous and understanding of my situation. On moving day, the Vladyslav Crew crew are fantastic—professional, informative, and fast. They were so kind and helpful throughout the process. Moving is usually stressful, but they made this experience easy. I highly recommend them!
Only 2 guys showed up to move a couch that was 270 lbs. I expected 4 guys. No one told me they wotld be extremely good looking and charming . I wasn’t ready for all that! They took the couch to the roof since it didn’t fit through the apartment and with ease, got it in through the balcony . They did the entire job in under hour! I was very impressed from the first phone call to the finish of the. Job! The prices were much cheaper than the competitors!!! Awesome company!!! So impressed by their work ethic, prices, speed and how hot they were!

I had an excellent experience with Big Apple Moving. Three workers handled my one-bedroom move, and they were extremely professional, punctual, and meticulous with packing and labeling my belongings. I truly couldn’t have done the move without them. They worked efficiently, treated everything with care, and maintained a great attitude throughout the day. Big Apple Movers are legit, got me a quick reasonable quite, obtained COI for the building without hassle, arrived on time on the due date, packed everything fast and tight and moved all my stuff safely to my new apartment. The movers Andreii and Оleg are exceptionally competent and efficient, arranged the furniture in my new apartment the way I need it. Very happy with the service. Will hire again.
Brandon and his crew was amazing. Got things done, no bs at all. There was a slight miscommunication with what exactly to move, but it did not affect the service one bit. They showed up professional and prepared, and finished the move quickly and efficiently!
I essentially never leave reviews, but these movers were an absolute joke. I would give negative stars if it was possible.
They packaged my glasses with no care nor bubble wrap. They only used wax paper and barely wrapped the glasses with minimum effort. They also bunched the glasses together without signaling whether a box was fragile for the subsequent movers.
When I finally did unpack the boxes containing my glassware, I had, at minimum, 10 glasses broken, including very sturdy cocktail glasses and water glasses. It became dangerous to grab glasses from the boxes because of how many shards there were. It’s frankly a miracle some of my wine glasses and their stems even made it. I had to buy new wine glasses to replace the others, costing me $100+. Some of my cocktail glasses were gifts and cannot be replaced.
I only have one picture of the damage done; it’s not remotely close to how bad another box was.
Fair warning to all who think it is “wise” to hire them, pay very close attention to how they wrap anything fragile. I mean watch them like hawks. They’re that irresponsible.
I will not use them again and recommend no one else does too.

Although service felt strong during the move. I found out late that because she did not list 2 bags and a tv as part of the move, David nearly doubled the price of the service while in control of all the property (called between locations). Sad that they took advantage of the opportunity and I wish my partner would've told me sooner so I could've intervened. Will not be using such a predatory company again.
I cannot recommend this moving company highly enough! After living in my apartment for 30 years, the idea of moving felt overwhelming, but they made the entire process seamless and stress-free. From the very beginning, their customer service was top-notch—they came in person to provide a clear and fair quote, then returned the day before the move to carefully prep and pack our furniture.
On moving day, the team was phenomenal. They worked with care and efficiency, treating our fragile pieces as if they were their own. What could have been a chaotic experience was instead smooth, organized, and even reassuring. In just 12 hours, they managed to move 30 years’ worth of belongings without a single issue.
Their professionalism, attention to detail, and respect for our home and items were outstanding. Truly a phenomenal job—if you’re looking for movers who go above and beyond, this is the company to hire. Highly, highly recommend!

Won’t hire these guys again. Completely unorganized They lost the screws for the bed frame, didn’t come with a mattress cover and I had to call the moving company within the first hour of the move. One of them complained several times about not eating breakfast in addition to getting annoyed with me for asking if they could try another way to get my sofa in the door- which they damaged. None of my furniture was wrapped in blankets, just Saran wrap. They asked me to stand by the truck while they brought things in and everything is on the wrong floor. We just got brand new refinished floors and there are huge scratches everywhere. This is UNACCEPTABLE
Lastly, we did end up going over the original time limit which was totally fine, however every hour the rep at the company was sending me links to pay for each hour and texts reminding me to pay all while we are in the middle of moving and looking for screws that they lost and backpacks with our laptops that they grabbed. One of the reasons we were over on time is because of how unorganized they were. I specifically asked them to only move the furniture and those items that were bagged and boxed and they showed up with the loose items I wanted to handle myself in one huge box, just thrown in. Damaged items include: sofa, Dyson fan, a piece of art, a large storage cabinet, the list goes on. Spend a little more and hire a team that takes care of your belongings and doesn’t make you stand by the truck. The worst moving experience I’ve ever had and I’ve moved a lot. At least the guy Ron was nice
Vlad and Andrey were extraordinary. Not only did they do everything so efficient and fast but they took really good care of my things. I moved from Philly to New York and I honestly don’t know how I would have done it without them. If you are looking for the best service, best price and most efficient then hire Big Apple Moving. Anytime I love you can guarantee I will live with them!
