Moises made my towing experience easy and gave me an affordable low price , on time , very helpful with everything treated my car with good care and also helped me get it running again in not even two minutes after a year of sitting. He also was nice enough to let me ride with him there and back, very nice funny guy definitely will call if i ever need a tow

Moses rescued me when I got 2 flat tires going through the Lincoln Tunnel. Roadside assistance took forever so I looked up the nearest tow service and he estimated 20 minutes and got there in about 15. So grateful for his help and professionalism.
My car was stuck in a parking lot next to work in Manhattan. They are the only tow company that answered at 3 am to help me. Car was towed by Edward’s company who did the overnight coverage for the company. He was professional and friendly, handled my car with care.

After my car got broken into I could not get my ignition to turn and needed it towed. Moses came right on time and was able to get the car started for me. Saved me so much of a headache and really came up CLUTCH for me! 100% would recommend him for towing. Awesome experience.

Moses is very reliable, genuine, has great prices! He told me he’d show up in 20 minutes and arrived earlier than expected. He quoted me 275 for a tow from Manhattan to Brooklyn while everyone else was charging 300+ and taking a long time to show up. I will definitely be using All Magic Towing in the future!

Had a great experience booking Moses' services in advance to bring a disabled collector car out of Manhattan to Long Island for a mechanic to fix.
Moses was easy to deal with on the phone, gave a quick quote (that he held firmly to said price exactly as originally quoted), and on the day he arrived early and fully prepared. Car was transported safely and securely, and Moses was incredibly professional and friendly.
Would not hesitate to use Moses' company again in the future for any towing needs of a car / bike of any value.
I live in Long Island, I came to visit in the city and my car got stuck, I called All magic Towing , The service was so fast , Moses the Tow driver showed up and he was so helpful and kind , I was so stressed, he explained the problem to me and took much less then any other company I called too . My company van broke down and Moses was the only tow company I could find in the area confident and willing to tow our Ford Transit. We were in a pickle but he met us quickly and was able to make some adjustments to the relays under the hood and get us up and running without a tow. Price was as quoted and he even followed my driver for several blocks to make sure everything was running safe before billing. A+

Beyond the call of duty, Moses present professional and outstanding knowledge of his abilities to deal with customers. My Gl 450 battery died on me I made a call and in minutes. The technician Moses arrived knowledge the issue resolved the matter. Great ibwas on my way the two block away the vehicle shutdown in the middle of a busy Manhattan rush. I then made a sec call and the was Moses turn on the street where my vehicle was. With no hassle I was safe. Mose proceeded to then inspect the power and notice a loose cable to the battery. Moses correct the matter at hand and followed me for a few block to make sure I was ok. Know I don't know anyone who would produce outstanding work.

Bike was running funky so I was stuck by World Trade Center. Went through progressive roadside assistance and this is the company that came. Moses is a great guy. I’m very happy with his service. We were in the truck for about an hour and he was a very humble, respectful, and friendly guy. Made sure I was happy with how it was being strapped and was very thorough with his service. Would definitely recommend for anyone in Manhattan.
Friday 01/17/2020 I had finished a job at 333 west 86th st the penultimate job of the day and everything was fine until I arrived in my truck and with the temperature very low it was very cold and my truck did not want to turn on the battery was dead and I tried to get an outozone in NYC to buy new battery to be able to continue with my work and of course in NYC you can't get an outozone try to look for many options as two car service people gave me a boost but nothing did not work after Two and a half hours I gave up calling my queens mechanic to send me a towing truck and he charged me about $ 450 to $ 550 for taking me to queens and of course plus the two new batteries and the installation and then it occurred to me to find some towing truck in the city for a more reasonable price to throw me with my mechanic in queens and I found ALL MAGIC TOWING TRUCK and called for a quote and MOSES answered very professionally he gave me options he wonder if I was 100% sure that my problem was the battery and I confirmed that it is the battery was my problem and he gave me a very reasonable price He arrived very quickly to the rescue I was surprised because in the city
it is very difficult to get someone to arrive on time
after I was already two and a half hours trying to solve the situation in which I found myself and with the temperature that day I was already freezing
Then he arrived he started my truck in 10 minutes and ready for my return to stay safe and sound THANKS TO MOSES

I was so sad and depress the other day cause I had a flat tire. I used Google to find a towing company and one of the first one that pop up was all magic towing. I call and he was very very fast. He was polite, service was great. I felt satisfied when he was done working on my car. I would recommend all magic towing to any and everyone . He made me felt better about having a flat. He even cheered me up. Thank you to that guy. All magic towing is magical.
