I recently worked with Chris Redman on the purchase of my Certified 2023 Porsche Boxster GTS 4.0, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. I bought the car sight unseen, and had it shipped to the Chicagoland area, which was a first for me, so I was a bit nervous. Chris took care of everything throughout the process, and I couldn’t have been happier. The purchasing process was smooth, the car arrived exactly as described, and arranging transport through Chris made shipping effortless. A few months later, I noticed the clutch slipping a little and I wasn’t sure what to do. I reached out to Chris, who promptly connected me with David Decicco (pre-owned sales director) to discuss the issue. Even though this wasn’t a warranty claim—since the clutch is considered a wear item, Manhattan Motorcars stepped up and coordinated the repair with my local dealer to get it taken care of. Their willingness to support me well after the sale exceeded my expectations. Overall, it’s an A+++ dealership. Not only was the purchase process easy and stress-free, but they also stood behind their customer months later when a problem arose. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another car from them and have it shipped sight unseen. Such a great experience!!

Michael Danielle is the BEST service manager EVER!!! We had the strangest circumstance where we bought a from a private party in New York and we are in Idaho. Michael coordinated getting it picked up and taken to the dealership and handled every aspect of making that car absolutely perfect for us before it was shipped out to us. He has the best attitude and is skilled and professional in everything he does. Truly a wonderful person to work with and an amazing company! Grateful for all that they did for us.

Impeccable service. Any dealership can present a vehicle that speaks for itself; what differentiates Manhattan motorcars is their insane attention to detail when facilitating the sale. I called them on a Monday, we communicated via text (I was very busy that week) and a week later I walked in, paperwork was ready, plates were ready, the car was detailed - I signed and I was gone with an amazing deal in pocket. Alan’s and Adam’s approach is no pressure, no BS, honest and thoughtful. I can’t wait to come back in a few years and do it all over again. This was absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had a dealership. Ask for Alan or Adam you can’t go wrong. Anything you need if it’s reasonable they’ll get it done.

It felt like I knew mike in service for 20 yrs.. I never felt so comfortable. So down to earth. Even though I was in for my lotus which is not a cheap car this dealership sells a lot of very high price cars (Rolls-Royce lambro Bugatti Lamborghini) and more, 500k and up .they treated me the same with my 100k vehicle. You might expect the price for repairs would be crazy but is was very reasonable. They did not charge me Rolls-Royce price just because i was at luxury exotic dealship the price match what you would expect. The sales team was also great they showed me around the lotus and Rolls-Royce building as well. Great staff great price nice location knowledgeable tech no BS. Highly recommend them. I had a great experience working with Moses. He handled the complete buying experience from start to finish. He delivered the car just as promised and even got the rims powder coated for me before delivery so that it could be exactly like I desired. The car was shipped all the way to Florida covered transport ahead of schedule. Really happy with my buying experience too bad I can’t get it serviced here.

I went in last week to the Bugatti dealer and the Manager is Amazing. He let me see the keys and actually get inside the Bugatti and take as many photos as I wanted. Its a better experience than most exotic dealerships. Anyone who is actually in the market or car enthusiast id recommend this car dealership. They have an amazing selection of cars. My experience was amazing and I felt like part of the family. Most exotic dealers will say "most of our clients dont like people getting in the cars before they buy them" but this place was not like that. This place is super professional and I love it.
