I had a fantastic experience with this towing company, and I can't thank Paris enough for his exceptional service. From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly polite and professional. Not only did he carefully tow my car, but he also went above and beyond to help my husband and son push the car into the garage. He even tried to start the car several times to see if it would work before leaving, showing true dedication to making sure everything was in order. Paris's kindness and attention to detail really stood out, and I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of towing services. Truly above and beyond!

Garbage company with garbage employees. Garbage service. Just interacted with one of their garbage tow drivers. Complete garbage.

Do not use them! Waited an hour, never showed up and when we called they stated they “canceled” our request but never showed up or even tried to call to explain why. Terrible customer service.

I am going to cancel my Geico insurance because they used this towing company last night. I called in for road service assistance at 8:12 pm. The job was assigned/taken by this tow truck company. They showed up at 11:54 pm. They were trying to give me excuses every time I called. I don’t understand why they would take an assignment if they cannot even show up the last possible ETA which was 90 minutes. Cancelling my Geico and if you guys are assigned this towing, be prepared to wait for 3+ hours.

Amazing experience ,driver was very knowledgeable and helpful.He was fully equipped to help .My car battery was dead .He had mobile boster ,powered my battery and car was on the trailer 1,2,3 Thank you

They do not even deserve one star. Don’t waste your time. Geico requested a tow for me. Initially they said they would take one hour, then they added an additional 45 mins, then an additional 15 minutes, then 15 more. Just called them, and it’s an additional 30 mins. Why accept a job that you cannot do?! Guys, save yourself the trouble and choose another tow company. Needless to say, I lodged a complaint with Geico. They shouldn’t be using this company for any customer.

I was charged $2,319.14 to tow my vehicle from NY to MD. I knew it would cost me a pretty penny but I feel like they robbed me. Do not use this Towing company. EVER. I attempted to call and ask to speak to a manager and they were really rude to me. I asked who was I speaking to and I was told well I didn't give you my name. How can I help you? $100 per 5 miles and $106 per every 5-6 miles after that. Robbery. Evil.

These guys like to not stop at traffic lights and almost run over old dogs and people

Called 5 minutes after the ETA, to tell me they won't be there, and to wait another hour. They said they could not provide more timely info because the driver did not have a phone, that it was stolen by the customer just prior. I guess it could happen. Or perhaps the driver is Amish. Regardless, if your insurance / roadside assistance (for example GEICO, AAA, Progressive...) assigns you SNAP towing, suggest you cancel right away, and keep canceling until you get someone else. In my opinion you'll save time in the long run.

Very rude. Not on time. Keep pushing back the said time. Waste of money and time. Avoid using this service

I had gotten myself stuck on a small snow bank outside of work. I had a coworker try to shovel me out, but the snow had me by the chassis. I called GEICO Roadside to help me out. Gil came to my aid. He was very professional and cool to talk to. In my opinion, he thought outside of the box on how to get me unstuck. I definitely recommend him!

Gee was our tow truck driver tonight and I must say he went out his way to make sure he can help, was friendly and professional. He stayed for almost an hour (maybe more) trying to start the car so I wouldn't have to call another tow company.

The guy showed up to tow my car. He tried to jump the battery and when that didn’t work, he got back in his truck and left saying he couldn’t access the car to tow it. He didn’t try to move the car, try to load it or do anything before he sped off. I had to call another provider who was helpful and towed my car. Find other guys to tow. The driver was angry, aggressive and unprofessional.

I was stranded with a flat in Manhattan, my driver was professional, helpful and hooked me up with a local tire shop for help. I’m unbelievable grateful for these guys!

They really went above and beyond for me when I was stranded in the middle of Manhattan. The driver was friendly and lovely and helpful and the rest of the staff that I spoke to seemed the same. Thank you!

My vehicle was dropped off in the middle of the street where large commercial vehicles are constantly turning which created traffic, to make matters even worse the person who dropped off my vehicle didn't even call me to let me know so the vehicle was outside sitting alone with the window down and my car key out in the open. This is really unprofessional.
