I cannot recommend Jerome enough. I’ve used my laptop for 5 years and the touchbar had issues for many months, flickering nonstop and it was getting so bad I put duct tape on it. I was hesitant to fix it because Apple Store basically recommended I buy a new laptop and many other places quoted a big cost. Jerome was able to do a free diagnostic, fixed the problem immediately—within an hour. He helped me save so much time, effort, and it costed less than 1/3 of what Apple said! He also gave a lot of good advice on how to make the best use of my computer, cleaned the entire computer, saved my stickers, and it’s now good as new and has much life in it. I can’t recommend I Love MacBook Repairs enough. I spilled wine on my MacBook Pro and the screen went completely black — I honestly thought it was done for.
They quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything clearly. Instead of pushing a full screen or logic board replacement, they did true board-level repair and replaced three chips that control the backlight. My laptop now works perfectly, and all my data was saved.

Jerome is very good at his job and a very nice guy as well. He fixed my cracked laptop screen very quickly. When the newly ordered screen he put on there actually had a problem, he re-ordered and replaced it without a problem. I will definitely use him again if I have a macbook or iphone problem. Much easier/faster than those genius bars at apple.
Jerome is the real GOAT. My keyboard is sticky because of boba spill. He spent an hour trying to clean and save it but the issue was too serious to recover. Alright he spent the hours, he didn’t charge us. On top of that he gave us a holistic solution to bring it up to Apple and have them fix it for free.

Got my laptop’s charging port repaired for a more than fair price. The repair only took 2-3 hours and the laptop worked perfectly afterwards.
