I ordered a combo and a vanilla milkshake with oreo and the appearance and conciseness looked very bad, I asked if they could do it again and the answer was no that the machine took it out like that, then I asked that they please only give me the soda and the refund of the money I paid extra for the milkshake and they told me no, that the food combo "did not come with drink" so they would not give me the drink, then the manager appeared and yelled at me, he almost threw the soda and the money at me, I told him that his customer service was terrible and he only made a laughing face, terrible service and problem solving.

Your pretty standard McDonald's. Nothing crazy. They offer more seating options only accesible with stairs. HOWEVER like most fast food places it gets really busy around lunch and dinner time. Be wary of these times as for the teenages that come in can vary from respectful average teens to disrespectful teens. So results may vary. Good food, good service tho.

Legitimately the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Starting off, it printed out a receipt for an order that was not mine, and didn’t match what I paid. They then proceeded to give me an order that matched neither what I ordered, nor what was on the janky receipt. I asked about it and he took the bag back for another 2 minutes before coming back and saying he fixed it. He did not. Waited 17 minutes to get the order in the first place, despite the fact that I was the first/only person in the restaurant. It’s a sausage egg McMuffin meal at 9 in the morning. How hard can it really be?

I went with a few people. One with a cane. The food and service were decent. The food was ready in a timely manner. We were hungry and there wasn't room to sit downstairs so the person with the cane had to take her time and climb up because we were told the lift wasn't working. It hasn't been for awhile because I tried to use it for myself on one of my other visits. If there's no seating downstairs and you cant do stairs, that's it.

My staff, friends and I have been to this place years ago and had lunch at this restaurant and my friend's ordered hamburger with French fries and I ordered cheeseburger and French fries. The service was wonderful, and the atmosphere was that there were many people because of mealtime.

Service is beyond slow, workers are rude and they ignore you, plus the food is horrible everytime.

Customer service is terrible. Mf Donald’s need to have a mixture of cultures, not just Spanish ppl and their family in one store. The manager was talking badly about a customer in Spanish and she didn’t know I understood and speak fluently.

Pamela, the manager is the reason why you never want to come here ever every day.She has an attitude every day is the issue she doesn't want to give you a receipt.She doesn't want to give you napkins.And everything to ask for is never, in the back.She doesn't need to work here, and to be honest, her peers, the ones that work under her one of them should be a manager because she's clearly not management material, and she is the reason why i'm never coming back to this mcdonald's again.I'm telling you, if you can help it, don't come to this mcdonald's because there's a chance you can run into her and she is a very nasty individual.And very miserable, and it shows and her work ethic!!!

Isidoro is part of the cleaning crew, and what a sweet man! He was funny, helpful, and polite all at once. He even recommended some affordable combos and kindly brought us napkins so we didn’t have to go downstairs (we were on the third floor). 10/10 service! Sometimes, the best part of an experience comes from the person you least expect, and if you know, you know: restaurants are not for the weak, and this man, with his age, is going above and beyond. If you ever visit this location, make sure to ask for Isidoro.

I've traveled to many countries and seen many stores. This is the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever seen. I traveled to the USA to try their famous burgers, and I'm very disappointed.

THEY ARE NOT OPEN 24 HOURS. Between 2 AM and 5 AM expect it to be closed at various times. Of course it allowed me to place an order while it was closed.

Useless. Always get take out orders wrong. Happened to me 3 times from this location in 2 months. Shut it down.

Advertised as 24 hrs like many others but getting there you’ll find out that’s not the case. They need to stop doing that. Wasted trip, waste of time

I ordered two soft drinks and two ice creams. After waiting for 20 minutes, I asked an employee at the counter what had happened to my order. He claimed that they had already called and said it was ready, but that was not true — I had been standing at the counter the whole time. The order was not ready, only partially. I brought coffee others mcdonalds but at this location. I got coffee nearly less than half. I didn’t why, when I asked the employee they said medium comes at same quantity and very rude they answered me. Is this quality is good for medium!

It was my first time eating a McDonald's sandwich. I bought the deluxe and it was lovely. The service wasn't too hot. The order taker and the presenter could have done much better.

I expected this location to be super busy but was there right at lunch time and it was fine. Food came out quickly. Dining area on the second floor was clean and comfortable. Bathrooms require a code but were also clean. Probably best you can expect from a location in the middle of the city like this.

It had been at least seven years since I last tasted the golden glory of a McDonald’s biscuit Egg McMuffin. Seven long, biscuit-less years. Europe, for all its culinary wonders, has made the tragic mistake of depriving its citizens of this carb-heavy, butter-soaked masterpiece. So, when I found myself at a McDonald’s back in the States, I couldn’t resist. The self-service machine greeted me with cold efficiency, allowing me to order without the need for human interaction—a blessing and a curse. But what really set the scene was the casual sight of security guards ushering out a few homeless individuals catching some afternoon Z’s in the corner. Could I have been stabbed in broad daylight by the city’s more unfortunate residents? Absolutely. But as I stood there, waiting for my biscuit, the risk seemed more than worth it. After all, New York’s streets may have a reputation, but so do those biscuits. And let's be honest: one bite of that illegal-in-Europe delight, and all thoughts of danger vanished. The allure of fluffy eggs, melted cheese, and that tender, buttery biscuit was too powerful to ignore. Sure, it wasn’t the romanticized version of New York I had in mind—a gritty scene unfolding in front of me while I clutched my tray—but hey, this is the real New York. A city of contrasts, where you can dodge danger one minute and bask in fast-food-induced bliss the next. It’s rough around the edges, just like its people. And in the grand scheme of things, maybe that’s what makes the whole experience worth savoring—both the biscuit and the chaos.

This McDonald's, across from Madison Square Garden and Penn Station in Manhattan, is one place you just want to get in and out of as quickly as possible. That can more easily said than done however. The lines can be long in the daytime, the kiosks can be difficult and unresponsive a lot, and even a simple thing like going to the counter and paying with cash can be a frustrating event as even in the late evening, it can be a chore. A lot of times this particular store is egregiously understaffed, and that leads to a lot of customers being frustrated here. There are also other problems, notably panhandlers loitering outside the front door, and occasionally inside too. Bottom line, if you want to go here, make sure you have extra time, and a lot of nerve.

McDonalds was great! The food tastes like in Ukraine or in Europe! Fried potatoes was amazing and the gave us : cheeseburger, 1liter cola and fried potatoes for 5.49$! It was very cheap!

It is very clean McDonalds. And stuff is very pleasant) we ordered French fries online and came a little bit later. So stuff changed a French fries for new warm one (and we never asked about it). We love this place!

Visited this location for breakfast. The place is very small, better for take out. Ordering is easy on the screen. The waiting time is considerably ok based on the high volume of clients they serve, however I do recommend to check your order at the time receiving it in the counter. I didn't have any inconvenience, probably because I only order a coffee, but 5 min waiting time were enough to see several clients complaining for a missing item. I think I waited too much for a coffee, but I understand they were really busy. The coffee was good as usual.

From cleanliness to freshness to the fast customer service 5/5 stars. Ordered online typed am here and voila order is called out. Each table marked that it was cleaned and ready for next customer. I also experienced the professionalism of the people behind counter. Outstanding

Food is standard McDonald’s, but touch screen ordering is very convenient to visualize options and service was very fast, in spite of the restaurant being busy. Big plus that the location has three floors, plenty of seating and relatively clean given the amount of traffic.

My experience was awesome like fact that is clean and futuristic. Will definitely come again when I'm around.
