A couple of the bank tellers are inexperienced and the Asian gentleman who's training them doesn't seem to know what he's doing either. I had to go to another branch to get my issue resolved. Good luck!

I don't usually post reviews on bank locations, but I feel that this is needed. The bank teller was very dismissive of my issue. I had deposited a check online and it gave me an error, so I went in to deposit it myself. He told me the funds are already there. I'm looking at my account and the funds have not been added. I told him that, and he said it was deposited into my account two days prior. Okay, I still don't see the money. The problem is still there today. I'll go to another branch to try to fix this problem. This location just ain't it. I felt so unwelcome and was a nuance to this teller.

I NEVER write reviews, much less for banks. But Diego at this location just went above and beyond for me in resolving an issue that was actually Chase’s fault. I came in close to closing, and he totally could’ve been like any other banker and just done the bare minimum, but no. He made so many calls to fight this for me and help me resolve an issue that wasn’t my fault in the first place. Will only be banking at this branch with Diego from now on.

I have gone to the branch on 2 separate occasions to make a withdrawal when I forgot my bank card. I completed the form and provided my drivers license. Each time I withdrew less than $100 with a much larger remaining balance. Each time I was questioned about why I don’t have my card, told I never come to a teller so they needed to check something further, even questioned why my ID was new although it clearly stated it was just renewed/issued; I was even asked to login to my account on my phone. Considering the dollar value of my withdrawal and the fact that I showed ID, clearly their issue was a lot deeper than confirming my identity and they need sensitivity training.

Gave me hundreds, totally useless.

Best location. So friendly and courteous. Professional. Clean. They remember my name!! Great place. Very nice. Helpful. Easy.

I’m not familiar with every branch, however this branch has the best associates. Monique Smith and I don’t recall the teller all I can say is that they were great and assisting me in a situation. They were knowledgeable helpful and solve my problem and matter of minutes.

Wait over an hour to see a banker at this branch only to be told I have to use self service via their website. Horrible service.

I'm legally blind and have trouble filling out forms. Went here quite a few times to get cashier's checks. The guards actually greet you, and the tellers always have no issue helping me fill out things. The teller I got today was an absolute sweetheart. The Chase banks in the Bronx stink! But, I wish I could get this level of service and kindness in my neighborhood.

Nicest experience I’ve ever had at a bank. Marie and Gray were two very awesome ladies who helped me with my transaction even though I had no debit card. They were super patient during the verification process and even charged my phone for me so I could get a verification code. Nobody wants to go to the bank on a Saturday morning and spend a bunch of time there trying to get something done, but if I ever have to do it again, I hope to do it here. Awesome people.

Very helpful staff who are not afraid to go the extra mile or make sure you're fully happy with your experience there. I've only had one negative experience with an employee in my nearly year and half of going here.

There is always line to see the teller. Every day I need wait. Poor management.

Efficient and friendly staff. Well-lit ATM area, although the line sometimes gets a bit messy due to the dual-entrance way.
