Didn't have the chance to go in but it's one of the cute gardens in this district.

Beautiful community made and community driven garden that accepts all kinds of people. We love bringing the kids here because there are turtles and fish. They also have a sandbox that has all sorts of toys in it. It’s a peaceful hangout spot where you can stay in the shade and not worry about anything.

I am admittedly prejudiced, and so early in the season, because this particular oasis is on my street. Stone amphitheatre, several open and initimate seating configurations, gazebos of varying size, and a decent sized children's sand box are an addition to the community gardens and connected by inviting paths on decent sized plot

This is a nice performance area along with space for tables to sell handmade goods. It was very clean and accessible.

We were there for an amazing fashion show! The show was amazing and the park is so cute!

A great, historical garden on sacred land. When you go here learn the history of it and read why the energy is so peaceful here. El Bohio

Perhaps the greatest of the East Village community gardens. It has stone steps organized in a semi-circle creating a performance space like those of ancient Greece, and a surprisingly variegated terrain with a tiny quiet fish pond, and sitting areas and odd sculptures. A dreamy retreat from urban care and woe. A lot to enjoy in a small space.

A beautiful place has trails a pond with fish turtles. Then, there are a bunch of different plants with what kind each is. As well as a spot to use for a BBQ sink grill, even utensils. Places to sit like a gazebo, benches, chairs if you want a picnic. It's a great place to go for an out of the city feel, and it is clean and well-kept. It's big enough to sit on a bench if you want to be left alone . If you have children, they have space to run around. Have your dog on a leash walk around

so noisy. lived in the neighborhood since the late 70's. don't understand why, night after night, we must hear the same screams from the audience. it's now past 8:00 p.m.. we can't close our windows because it's hot; we can't sleep or read because of the noise. what can we do? no one has asked folks in the neighborhood, those of us who live along 9th street (and i'm not talking about the new apartments, the expensive ones; i'm talking about the tenements) are subjected to these shouts without relief. I mean, how about a greek tragedy? or a sax solo? at least the audience would be quieter. this is awful. august 19, 2023

Beautifull local meeting place on the lower East side with cultural events during the warmer months

It relaxing and calm place that you can have lunch with your love ones. Sometimes they might have events like music concerts.

Nice place to chill or hang out with your friends or just to go there in your break or even after work. They have amazing decoration and the atmosphere is really relaxing. I went there with my friends before a week for the first time and we had amazing time. For sure I will go back as soon as I can.

One of the best community gardens in Alphabet City. Know for it's famous huge weeping willow tree.

They're are awesome little Parks all over this city! What a great place

Nice peaceful place. Lots of small paths to wander around. They allow picnics for under 10 people. Over 10, you need to reserve.
