Aggiungo che anche nel corso dell'ultimo anno il personale in questa filiale è sempre stato gentile e disponibile e mi ha aiutato a risolvere diversi problemi, come bonifici bloccati per stupide politiche aziendali.

The banker here refused to provide a medallion signature guaranty for my treasury direct form to link my chase checking account to treasury direct. This is supposedly chase’s policy because the medallion “is only for buying securities.” Reading from some document, she told me treasury direct forms were specifically singled out and “we have had a lot of these forms and we cant do it.” Am i supposed to feel better that you are preventing many people from being able to use their chase accounts to buy things? She also told me that treasury direct shld make it easier by not requiring this. Thanks, super helpful. Linking the account is the only way to buy the securities - how can chase refuse to confirm that i am me and it is my checking account? It is absurd. If this was my only bank, i would have closed my account. Now that you can deposit checks online with schwab there is no reason to have one at chase. I went to schwab and they took care of it. Fyi, while claiming to offer notary services, chase will not notarize a passport copy because “how do they know it is real?” So this is the second time i have needed an authentication from them that they have refused. I assume they wont notarize any documents(birth cert, marriage cert, etc) for same reason. That is not what a notary does - dont waste people’s time by claiming to provide services you dont. Get it together, chase. You suck.

This branch never accepts my check for deposit, every time I go there they have a different excuse. I have to go to a different branch to do the deposit and for over 6 months never had any problem, checks always get cleared. Even the manager has no acceptable explanation. Very frustrated, never go to this branch again, even though they were the ones who opened my business account.

Person who set up my account forgot to sign me up for the $400 new account bonus and when I returned to tell her I didn't get it (after multiple direct deposits), she said too much time had passed and I was no longer a "new customer" so I couldn't get the bonus. Ask 10x in advance, if you are going to get the bonus and when you will be receiving it.

Really a joke. Went there during my lunch break to close my savings account and transfer the balance to my checking account. After a nice lady at the counter transferred the remaining balance I was told to wait for another banker in a different section to close the account..... Nothing followed.... The place was quiet, virtually nothing going on but the people there were not even able to acknowledge my presence. I tried to make myself seen and asked back at the counter if I had to draw a number or if there was any other trick. Nothing. An employee with the entire back of his shirt untucked as if he just woke up passed me, others were busy looking away. I had to get back to work after spending 20 minutes in this ridiculous joke of a branch for nothing. The only positive was the friendly lady at the counter who frankly should have a higher salary than then rest as none of the others obviously has an idea what service means - at least acknowledge a customer’s presence.

Every time I've met with a private client banker or an investment banker, they never follow through with the business I've asked them to do. I don't know if I should take it personally or what! Worst part is they'll swear up and down they've begun the process or that the process is finished, only for me to find out days later they never actually did anything. One banker told me Bank of America (my bank) has the worst customer service ever. Ummm...from what I can tell...not quite.
