The manager's service is terrible. I had to leave the place without any answer as to why they couldn't help me and that they could close my account if that was the right thing to do.

The team in this bank has provided the best customer service. I tried many options for my problem with my account but this team provided accurate solution. Especially the relationship banker Mr. Christopher Suarez has done wonderful job in solving the problem.

I visited the branch to do a wire transfer. I was greeted by Selena Robinson who helped with the same instantly and my transfer was completed in 1 day. I was in a hurry and she went out of her way to assist me. Highly recommend!!

Exceptional service! I was amazed how friendly everyone was here and how quickly I was able to get what I needed. It took less than five minutes despite there being people in front of me in line.

I love this chase branch! Service here is on another level of exceptional! The staff treat every individual that walks through their front door with nothing but respect and phenomenal customer service. I stopped using my debit card at the atm machine just so I can catch up with the amazing women that work here. I recommend this branch to anyone passing through the Times Square area, especially commuters as it is right next door to port authority.

this bank is dangerous the Security guard allows dangerous homeless people in the bank and they beg for money they re dangerous to customers .. I will not bank with Cash any longer since they cant keep there bank safe

Staff seemed poorly trained, Shallana wasn't helpful when I wanted to withdraw my money from my bank account. I had to go to different location (Chase bank union square branch 000047) to withdraw my money. Avoid this branch since it's waste of time!

I have never been to this branch. Someone made a fraudulent unauthorized withdrawal of $5,000 from bank teller at this branch. I didn’t lose my bank card, ID. The withdrawal note wrote wrong account number (one more zero in the middle), wrong signature, and probably incorrect password. How can money be taken out like that? I wish I could give a zero star rating.

Very helpful although they couldn’t help with my notary request. Was referred to the nearest businesses and banks with notary services which were accurate. They seem great despite the tricky clients they were dealing with at the time. Much appreciated.

Love chase overall. Great bank. Great service. This branch had no time to see me because they were busy. The banker didn't offer to make me an appt or give me any advice to assist with the reason why I walked in. The security guard took my name and phone number and told me someone would call me to assist. Nobody ever called. I ended up going to another branch the same day and they cleared everything up. Not the superior service Im used to from Chase at this branch!

Tellers were very nice, patient, and helpful. Line was a little long, but that is to be expected at the time I went.

If this were not the closest bank to my office I would have switched from them years ago. Intolerable waits. Unfriendly staff.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. Absolutely terrible customer service. They don't know what they are doing there. Very frustrating. They are extremely unprofessional, not helpful at all and their systems are out dated. Do not give these people a dime of your money.

Today I was seen by Greg Carrington he provided such great service. He was knowledgeable greeted with a smile very professional and I was seen very quickly. In the past the place was always crowded and not so great service. Glad they worked on improving this branch. Keep up the work. Would recommend this branch

ONLY TWO teller booths available, and there is never two tellers working, usually only one. They always have a lot of people waiting on line but decide it's better to have their staff walking around greeting people instead of having them help customers (put someone in the booth instead!!). You have to wait 30 mins to get anything done. This is by far the worst branch I have been to in NY. This location used to have more booths, it went under construction and they decided two booths would be enough for a Times Square/Penn station area, are you kidding me (what moron made that decision). They created 15 private banking booths instead (6-7 private booths are always empty), where the employees just sit at their desk with a customer in maybe 1 to 2 desks while the others do nothing. Great job management!!! GO TO THE 7th AVE 40th street LOCATION INSTEAD. Much quicker, many more booths, much better management.

2 tellers and line out the door always! Open up more teller windows. This is Midtown Manhattan, millions of people, come on!

Horrible Horrible Service, Teller & Assistant Manager were Extremely dismissive with my issue. Made me wait 20 mins just to never get back to me. The teller laughed at me as she walked away when I explained my issue. Assistant Manager Gloria didn't bother to even make an attempt to help me. Quickly responded with a "There is nothing I can do." Which was absolutely garbage. She claimed my issue was not possible to be tended to on chases end, just a lie to brush me off and not do her job I guess. Pure laziness. Went to the Chase on 40th and 7th got helped in less than 5mins by a respectable manager. With a problem I thought was beginning to be extremely tedious. I absolutely recommend going to that branch instead.

I was very hesitant to come to this Chase Branch because of all the negative reviews. At the time of writing, this branch had a 1.9 review. However, the other chase branches within a 15 min walk had worse reviews -- 1.6 and 1.3 respectively. I had to go in person to take advantage of a promotion not available online/through phone. I was pleasantly surprised at my experience. Staff out front quickly directed me to the correct area, and there was maybe 1 min wait time before I was seated with a banker. Melissa C was helpful, efficient, and the right amount of friendly throughout our conversation.

The tellers and workers are nice and helpful, they just take too long to serve you.

They have four ATMs that dispense singles which is great, and usually two or three of them are working at any given time. You cannot visit a teller at lunchtime unless you can spend 20 minutes standing in line.

I'm a regular at ATM here & it's great for taking your currency in large notes. I've heard people complaining about delays but I guess that's to be expected in such a busy area.

This is the worst Chase branch ever-they only have 2 tellers if you're lucky and the wait is forever. Go elsewhere!!!
