very rude front desk reception, do not sound very knowledgeable either

The worst unprofessional places you can call on and also unprofessional and unprofessional loyalty place you can rely on you better off just saving your money and buying your own food for you grand parents or whom ever needs that type of service the people around this station all they do is just be in everyone elses business and just do and be unprofessional

I was once their and because I had too much mouth or always inquiring about different things they made sure I got out I was an abusive relationship there's a fire on the third floor I was on the 4th or 5th floor and I was asked to leave 1:00 in the morning to a horrible shelter in Brooklyn has Henry Street settlement is not what you know it's who you know and if you complain they will get rid of you it's just two of them with her hand in no gloves another worker was on the phone all the time and then you have Miss Singh if she don't like you you're out if you complain about the director cuz you hardly see her you're out it's horrible it is clean but it's horrible

My sister and I use to go there as kids growing up. In the 90's going there was fun AND fundamental. Thinking back I do miss going there as a child.

Their SYEP program is bad. People there don’t know what they doing. I call and call and no one answers the phone. Unprofessional and they don’t help the teenagers with good jobs in the summer. Not going back to waste my time.

Henry street been wonderful helping the kids all year around my child did Afterschool at Ps20 I always worked with Tiffany and she great ?? she the person to go too ! I I recommend ! Thank you for keeping it positive for all kids Henry street actually care for their students

The Parenting classes were wonderful when Ms.Baker was leading them. When Ms. Young took over as a director of the entire program she had no accountability for her actions. I reached out to her in Dec to check my progress to remain on track I didnt hear back from her until Feb. She never answered my email but reached out to My ACS worker. When I tried to recieve a valid explanation from Ms. Young she told me that they were in transition and she simply forgot. In turn this is your life and although I tried to be accountable on my own part I was hung up and spoke to very nasty. I will not be continuing classes with them. As a director her title requires a different level of professionalism. She does not exude or model that behavior.

I was only in the auditorium for a job fair. Lavatory and kitchen were clean and well maintained, as well as the auditorium.

Absolutely amazing to be able to see the historical roots of community nursing and the legacy of Lilian Wald still operating in the local community to this day.

I stayed at the Third Street shelter for a short time but I was profiled both as being white and Jewish. Quanda Delande, the woman in charge of this otherwise wonderful shelter with the kindest, sweetest, most hard working and helpful staff, gunned for me from the moment we met. She made anti-semitic comments and baited other residents to attack me, black residents, drunk residents, residents she told I was racist and when they did, I was the one who was forced to leave, along with my only friend in that shelter, who happened to be black. Quanda Dalande is a terrible person and it's terrifying that someone who hates the Jews she works for so much that it effects the way she runs a Jewish owned shelter. I considered suing but honestly, she is her own worse revenge and she knows it. You can catch her in knee high lace up 6 inch boots smoking in front of the shelter with the residents because not only is she evil, she is also trashy. Were it not for her, I would have given this shelter 5 stars.

Didn't like it

Top of the line facility for senior. The staff really care about their members. Other senior centers can learn alot from this place.

Offers help to lower income families and people who need social services. Also offers healthcare.

Great community settlement house. Lots of social programs. Also has an interesting history. Located on the last block of Henry street walking east 5 blocks from F- train at East Broadway station

Great summer camp! easy sign up one of the most inexpensive camps in New York!!!

They take advantage of their parking permit and use parking residents space like a garage. They havent moved their van in a month. This is unacceptable.
