This place creates food worth paying for without overcharging. They prepare tasty food without waiting. The staff provided exceptional customer care and the dishes were top-notch. This place deserves to break the star limit. The restaurant's interior is beautiful.
The new Arsenal bar in town was rocking for the epic win against United. Super friendly staff, great viewing and audio, and fantastic atmosphere. COYG!
I ordered a sandwich and a pretzel Sammy partner got chicken tenders. Bag came sealed with the accurate receipt but no sandwich. Called and cannot reach the place because it went to Verizon like they haven’t paid their bill. So I know it wasn’t the delivery guys fault, just be better and if you own a business, maybe give the customer what they paid for or if it’s a mess up be available to handle it. Worked in service over 20 years and this is crappy service

I got a cheese steak with provolone and onions. It was really good, just like last time. Got the beer & a shot special for $10 a good deal! You should get it. Just get it and stop thinking about it. ?
7/22/23 first time here. Cool spot, reviews said the cheese steak was good, so that's what i got, my regular order when I'm in Philly: steak w/provolone & broccoli rabe & grilled onions. Yeah it was really good! Bread was perfect as was the distribution of cheese in the entire sandwich.
Good beer selections and great Happy hours: 7 days/ 11a-8p and 11p to close.
Friendly staff too. Nice tables in the back and plenty of TV's.

I have been to all 4 locations in NYC and honestly the staff here holds it down. They are on point with orders and they notice mistakes fast. Madison ave location needs training from these guys. This location is #1

Absolutely appalled by the treatment I received here today. I have a service animal for a mental disability, and they refused to accommodate us, citing an illegal policy. They then tried to move me to a separate, "designated" area, which is a blatant violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Not only is this illegal, but it was incredibly embarrassing and made me feel singled out and unwelcome. A service animal is not a pet, and your staff needs to be trained on the law. Do better and respect the rights of people with disabilities. This is not okay.
A great sports bar for Arsenal Fans in NYC. Game day is always amazing. The only issue is that it is also the sports bar for Philadelphia Eagles Fans to gather together to watch their games. Oh well, nothing is perfect
The key points about my meal here. The workers accommodated our time constraints with impressive service. This restaurant sits in a nice area. The food delights, service supports the experience, and quality remains consistent. We're content with where we decided to eat.
Just tried this Cheesesteak place out!! Delicious! The homemade bread was delicious too!! Definitely coming back!! Recommend the Authentic Cheesesteak not the pizza one!! Friendly staff is a plus!!! My waitress Valentina was attentive!! Thanks!!

Came here to pick up a cheesesteak for lunch and it did not disappoint. Classic philly cheesesteak with sharp provolone, light crispy roll, and sauteed onions hit the spot. Friendly bartender Joshua, great 80s pop music while I waited, very cool vibe. Will definitely come back next week.
Food usually good but today for a pick up which I would not advise They gave me old bread and it fell apart wow 19 dollars down the drain either thecworkers hate being there cooking or the business doesnt care straight to the trash

I ordered from Door Dash. The steak sandwich was good but just a little too salty with the cheese sauce added in my opinion. I also had the pretzels which were undercook/doughy in some areas of the pretzel.

We spent a little more than one normally would because we were there several hours from before the game until some time after.
First time visiting Olde City and it was great! It is definitely a place to enjoy with friends and family. The staff was not only friendly and attentive but also highly skilled. The customer service was outstanding. Ciso did amazing cocktails, which were second to none. My favorite one was Spicy Margarita. I also enjoyed listening to great music while eating my delicious Steak City Fries. I highly recommend this place. A must GO!!!

Great staff with attentive service and real Philly food. This is a fabulous place to join Philadelphia team watch parties (Eafles, Phillies, 76ers, Penn) but also great hosts for our Utah Utes NY Alumni watch parties. Friendly welcoming place with good beer selection and great drinks.
Just like the other locations Olde City is always a great experience. Friendly staff, bomb food and good vibes. Go Birds! Love the cheesesteaks and wings, usually don’t have to wait long for food. Also, a lot of beer options on tap or bottle, pretty much can get anything in a bucket or pitcher for larger groups. This location has an upstairs which is nice. Well done yet again!
Visited before taking a charter bus to the Manchester United-Arsenal friendly. It was so chaotic in there but the staff was very prompt and still managed to get orders through. Food was good—pub grub. Definitely a good bar to visit on a more regular day.
Excellent hang out spot. The food was excellent and it has a pretty good happy hour. All the food is pretty authentic Philly style, cheesesteak wit wiz, cheesesteak egg rolls, and the roast pork sandwich were all delicious. Nice seats at the bar by the open windows.
