Bad service

Amazon Lockers are in here and you can't even get in. I'm a Chase customer and the door won't unlock with my debit card...

Really bad customer service, I asked a teller if she could activate my card. Why have a branch when they are useless? Just put a phone number on a billboard and call it a day.

This branch of Chase is located in a particularly dingy area of Broadway where homeless people roam the streets begging for spare change. I went here on a Sunday so there was no staff to interact with. Other people are complaining there was no parking here. What do you expect it's Manhattan. The ATM area is surprisingly huge for a Chase but as you can tell from the pictures relatively clean. While there is no handicapped parking there is handicapped access for people with disabilities. The place is well heated as well.

The teller tried to be helpful. The supervisor was rude.

They never pick up the phone, I literally called 6 times over 5 minutes and no one answered.. terrible way to do business.

Very unhelpful. Went there for notary as a pvt client. They didn’t have one so I asked if they can tell me other chase branches that do and just said no.

They are friendly, but as a long-time customer at this branch, I cannot speak well of their knowledge in properly setting up accounts, volunteering information about the fees on those accounts, or longtime experience as bankers (most are young and are frequently transferred, to be replaced by other newbies). The SoHo branch was just as bad when we used that one. CapitalOne may be the better bet—if there is any decent corporation at all for retail banking.
