Staff was not as pleasant as before. They seem to prefer to congregate and talk among themselves than to be helpful. I got poor product recommendations which broke out my skin further. Please bring Valeria back. She represented the brand well and provided amazing facials. Just not the same experience with services or products. Will get anything else online.

Bobby was spectacular from start to finish. I’ve been visiting Kiel’s for years. This was the best customer experience ever!! I pray each customer experiences Bobby!!!

Very worth it -- go if you're thinking about it :) Another vote for Nyasa. She knew her skin and ingredients stuff. Helped us pick out alternatives for discontinued products as well on this trip restocking up. Recommended products based on skin type and how to bundle to save, and ofc samples of new things to try! ☺️

Spectacular ☺️? Spectacular care, I received a skin care consultation that I didn't even know I was going to receive. In depth chat on the issues of my skin A tes of all the products. Tiffany is a class act. Ultimate professional. Very caring, honest and genuine. I don’t live in NYC at the moment but coming here to Kiehl’s in my old hood was totally worthwhile.

Horrible experience. Lady was super rude. I spent a couple hundred and she didnt even give me samples like some other locations. She also had no idea which products were buy 1 get 1 free. I wont be coming back. Its better to just order online than to deal with useless sales people. It is much better to just buy online. The employees here are just working for a paycheck.

I had the BEST experience at Kiehl’s thanks to Niasa! She made me feel like we’d been friends for years—so warm, so welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. She explained every product with so much care and excitement. I left feeling confident and cared for. If you ever visit, ask for Niasa. Seriously—she’s the reason I’ll keep coming back

I had an amazing experience with Jin. I had many questions and concerns about my skincare routine, and she took the time to address them all. She guided me through a skin analysis and thoroughly explained my results. Beyond that, she went above and beyond—patiently walking around the store with me, answering questions about products I was interested in. Together, we curated a skincare routine that I feel confident in. She even wrote out a step-by-step guide to ensure I use the products as effectively as possible. I’m already looking forward to my next Kiehl’s visit with Jin!

Bobby was very professional and followed through with a member of my family in sending a replacement refill bottle as well as samples. Another reason the representatives like Bobby at Kiehls are 5 star! Been a customer since the 60’s and will continue with them. Thank you Bobby Shelley …

If you’re going to this location you definitely have to ask for Nyasa!!! She was the sweetest person ever who really cared about helping you out with your skin issues. No need to go to the derm when there is someone like Nyasa out there. She really took her time explaining every product and making the experience of being in the store enjoyable. She is really knowledgeable and has the kindest heart. If I could I would buy everything in that store because of Nyasa. She was honest about products she felt would and wouldn’t work for me. I really appreciated her and give that location a 10000/10 simply because of her.

As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by Barbara. Barbara was very friendly, helpful and attentive. I came to Kiehls looking for a gift for my friend’s birthday and she gave me very good suggestions and even assisted with providing me a gift box and beautifully wrapping the items I purchased. She was very genuine and even asked for my name. If you want a great shopping experience at Kielhs ask for Barbara.

Everyone go see Bobby if you go to this location. I was here for a networking event and he blew me away! He gave me a skin consultation, gave me recommendations, what to look out for in ingredients, and didn’t pressure me into making any purchases that I was not ready for or afford. He was so knowledgeable and hooked a girl up! Thank you Bobby for helping me make moves towards healthier skin!!!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I never received my order which was placed during the Black Friday sale and couldn't get ahold of anyone about it until I just requested a refund which they issued. When they finally responded to me I asked if I could repurchase and still get the savings I originally got with my purchase, of course, no response. I left a review on their website and just received an e-mail from kiehls saying "Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time!" Seems very unethical to me to have such terrible customer service and then to moderate reviews and remove those that are unfavorable to them.

An amazing store with great customer service , Nyasa assisted me in the process of doing a skin test and she was extremely patient and thorough. She suggested products to assist with any concerns and was extremely helpful throughout the interaction

Wonderful experience with Jin. As a male customer not familiar with skincare concepts, Jin provided a holistic review on my skin type and suggested a personalized caring routine. I appreciated the variety of product lines and the personal touch offered by Kiehl's well-trained skin specialists. Jin generously offered the free samples I 've been interested in. Had a great time here, will definitely purchase this brand again.

An amazing store. Very big store with all the products that you need. They also do skin tests and fascial treatments. The skin test is very thorough and they explain the results very patiently. We were treated by Jin. She was very professional. Explained everything to us very patiently. Thanks for the great service

Wanted to leave a ✨ glowing review ✨here after experiencing one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had in my life. Shout out to Nyasa—who needs a pay raise right away—I was greeted when I walked in, all my concerns were listened to, and Nyasa had the patience of a saint—literally! Nyasa answered all my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. By the end, all my concerns were met, I made a very happy purchase, and I left more knowledgeable, with some product samples for me to try. Blessed are those who will come across Kiehl’s Nyasa at Flagship Manhattan ? 10/10 will visit again!

I walked in for a free facial this past Tuesday and I had a calming experience. It was my first facial since I was a kid and Mars was very kind and respectful. He asked consent for every process even to the “is it okay if I touch your face?” When I was there for my face to be touched ? it helped me feel even more comfortable. Throughout the process he consistently asked if the pressure of the object was okay and if anything was burning or uncomfortable. All in all a wonderful first facial experience. I do think that the time in between layering the products should have been longer as my face was still very shiny and oily to the touch even an hour later because the products didn’t dry. One thing that I felt a bit uncomfortable with was the other employees in the store kept looking at me - maybe because the free facial was technically over but the sign was left outside so I got it anyway? I’m not sure but it’s all good! I give 4/5 because my face didn’t dry completely and I wasn’t able to get samples of everything that was used on my face because they ran out, I was hoping for the sunscreen. I did get lots of other great samples though and I felt very well looked after in the experience! Thank you Mars for the careful attention to my face and good conversation!

On 12/10/23 I made my way to this location. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Audrey who is spot on and displays excellent customer service. Audrey is knowledgeable, patient and engaging. I am glad I was able to connect with Audrey on these wonderful products for me and my teenage son. At the end, Audrey pointed out the historical references in which I met Mr. Bones and saw the history of this flagship store. truly recommend this location and check out Audrey. Here are the amazing products!

I came in for a Kiehl’s Skin Pro Treatment with Bobby and it was a blast! I feel like I learned about my own skin for the first time in my life and I’m so excited to try the products he recommended!!

I went there with my dog and everyone was very friendly and warm I loved everyone and Marellus helped us a lot. I bought two products for my under eyes and face cleansing and I am very satisfied♥️

I didn't know Kiehl offers skin care services. Anyway, I got a facial, which was super good. Daleisy is super kind and awesome. It was my first time getting a facial and she is very professional and explained it very well. Before getting a facial, she tested my skin problems with some equipment. And Kiehl’s products look great I haven’t used their products before but I think they are so good for even sensitive skin. So I’m gonna try their products. Thank you so much!

All the staffs were kind. I bought some products that are not in Korea. My birthday is in August, so I got lip balm as a gift! Thank you so much!!
