I made charm bracelets with my sisters and they are super cute! There’s a great selection and each of us were able to find charms that fit our vibes. The employees working were a great help at checkout and getting our bracelets set up.
This place is SO cute and the ladies are so sweet and helpful! found my DREAM jacket there and so many other lil cute things (: they also have a super cute photo booth to take pics in!! LOVE LOVE LOVE this shop❣️
The cutest little shop! We loved every item it was difficult to make a decision on what to get. The perfect aesthetic for those that love y2k & vintage.
Beautiful selection. It goes without saying that the selection of pieces is incredibly intentional and nicely curated. Both of the times I went, the attendant looked bored, sick of being there and disengaged. But definitely worth the visit if you want a curated, y2k selection of pieces. Be ready to the price tag to reflect that careful curation.
While I don’t usually leave negative reviews, I had one of the most uncomfortable customer service experiences at this store.
It’s a beautifully curated vintage shop, and when I walked in, I set my drink down on a table near the entrance, where others had also left theirs, before browsing the store with a friend. The selection is undeniably stylish and well picked.
At one point, I noticed a stunning display of bags and wanted to ask to see one up close. As I approached the front of the store, I stopped to look at some bracelets and smiled at the sales associate, possibly the owner, hoping to start a friendly interaction. I was met with a noticeably cold and unwelcoming look.
As the only Black person in the store, it felt uncomfortable and isolating. The energy wasn’t just disinterested. It felt actively uninviting. Instead of asking for help, I quietly asked my white friend if she was ready to leave. As we exited, the sales associate followed us and shut the door immediately behind us in a way that felt unnecessarily aggressive, almost as if we were being pushed out.
It was a disappointing and alienating experience in a store I had genuinely looked forward to visiting. When you’re selling high-priced vintage items, good customer service is absolutely essential, not a luxury.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this store to people of color. There are plenty of other shops where you can feel seen, welcomed, and respected.

As someone who also works in the service industry, I completely understand the importance of respecting store hours and would never enter close to closing time. That said, the decision to double down rather than take accountability feels off to me. This response has only reinforced the concerns I shared in my original review.

Honestly been one of my favorite shops since I first moved to nyc like 3 years ago! I have pieces that I’ll keep forever and the owner and all the workers always remember me and they always make me feel like family!
Les Miss has my favorite selection of curated vintage in the city by far. The design of the store speaks for itself in uniqueness, with its pink and purple walls, and the array of beautiful clothes, jewelry, bags, shoes, you name it. It feels like you've stepped into someones closet and it transports you directly to the early 2000's, with a box TV playing Mean Girls and Britney Spears playing on the speakers. If you are looking for a shopping experience that will not only leave you with a bag full of stunning vintage pieces, but also a friendly and exciting experience because of the upbeat and charming atmosphere, this is the place to go!
Les Miss is truly one of my favorite stores in New York! The team here is the absolute sweetest. Everyone is so welcoming, kind, and always ready to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. The store itself is beautifully curated with the most incredible selection of vintage pieces and unique finds. You can tell how much care and creativity goes into every detail. I can’t say enough good things about Les Miss. If you haven’t been yet, go!!

They have such a wide variety of cute pieces. The staff made it such a simple and fun experience though! I told them what concert I was shopping for (Kesha, so a very specific vibe lol), and they pulled several pieces that were perfect.
If you are in a similar bind, Les Miss is your one stop shop! Literally felt like a shopping montage. ?
Worst customer service and jewellery quality I’ve ever experienced.
Went to Les Miss to buy my sister a charm bracelet for her birthday while on holiday. The girl who helped us assemble the charms that day was super nice and helpful. Unfortunately we were not aware of the chain’s material until after it had been made. One day later the material was completely tarnished while it had not touched any water.
We went straight back to the shop to ask if we could swap the chain, but we were very rudely told that they do not offer any compensation. Regardless of store policy the owner was incredibly insensitive. According to her 50 dollars is a decent price for a bracelet that’s lost all color after a day and she told us ‘what do you expect.’ Respectfully I expected a bracelet that looks okay for at least a few months and not half a day.
After asking her if there are other possible compensations besides a full chain swap we were again rudely told no and she asked us to leave the shop. She likes to pretend here that she wants to find a suitable solution, but she forced us to leave, did not offer any assistance, and barely looked at us while we explained the issue.
Being treated this poorly and being forced to leave a shop for asking a reasonable solution ruined our final day in NY. Do not expect good quality or waste a 100 dollars on a charm experience at Les Miss. It is not worth your money or energy.
Since we were forced to leave her shop, we went to another charm bar Kiki Chic where they were kind enough to swap the chain for a small price. They didn’t mind adding the charms while it wasn’t part of their own collection and were incredibly helpful. Go there or any other place like Gabriella Ceballos for that matter and you’ll have a great time.

Very cute store with a good selection of stylish clothes and accessories, but the day my friends and I (who are plus sized) walked in, the owner and her group of friends (who were loudly gossiping and congregated in the middle of the shop), were staring and muttering under their breaths at us. After I had finished my purchase and was walking out, one of them said “oh look, your first customers” and the owner replied “yeah, but I wish it wasn’t someone like them.”
EDIT after owner response: I’ve attached a photo of the items I bought. I spent over $100 in the shop. If we misunderstood that comment as we’re walking out, it was still an overall a very unprofessional and unwelcoming environment.
