Insanely slow and mismanaged. Waited 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledged me, and another 30 to meet with a banker.

I’ve been coming here for years and years and YEARS! I’ve never once had an issue… until this past weekend when I dealt with banker Grace A. Due to her mistreatment, I will not be returning to this branch and I encourage others to at the very least, stay away from her!

Wow! “Lady” my “personal banker” called to let me my SAVINGS account was now marked dormant because I’m just saving money in it !!!! Then she told me ALL the problems I’ve been having was because I didn’t call her!!!! Then she refused to let me talk to her supervisor. I have had problem after problem with Chase and they don’t really don’t care and no desire to correct them.

They let me use their private restroom on the spot and it was really clean. As a long time customer, I’m happy to bank with Chase!

Horrible, one one teller! Really on Broadway????and the bank manager is to busy on his phone to care if anything is going on....

I visit this location, they didn’t help me at all with my situation losing my debit card. I go to the park avenue location and they helped me immensely!

Went in to get some statements printed out was received by Jasmina Uliu. We told her we need statements and she proceeded to tell us, well you can print them yourself at home. With a really bad attitude I told her I don't have a computer or printer at home.(if I did I think I wouldn’t have gone there in the first place). So I mentioned that I have done this before when I need a statement and never had received an answer like this, she said “ but that is going to be like 24 pages (so rudely) and it is going to cost money” rolling her eyes. I do not know what her problem was. I told her it is ok i will pay the cost. She got up and sighed and said she was going to ask and walked away. So we just left because her attitude and rudeness were on-called for.

This is the best location in ny/the only chase I’ll go to I’ve never had an issue here and everyone is so nice and helpful, usually gotta wait in line for like 10/20 if it’s busy but it’s chill

Terrible Service. I go in weekly for business related transactions and over the last year I have no thad one transaction that is in even close to enjoyable. The staff does the bare minimum to pass by and anytime I overhear an employee assisting a client all you here is no's and a bunch of excuses. I myself was a teller in the past and know what it is to be behind the glass, there is no reason for the staff to be so unfriendly and unwelcoming.

With a ban on every corner in NYC and an ATM in ever Duane Reeds you can never not find an ATM. Staff is generally very helpful and always ready to answer any questions. Also they have free lollipops and coffee.
