Beware that someone is calling from this branch's local number and pretending to be an employee in order to initiate a scam regarding a new Chase account and Zelle transactions. Do not give any caller information, download anything, or add any information to any account you have. Call the bank directly that's associated with your Zelle account and question them. I have tried to call this local branch 2x and no one picks up the phone. I then called the 800 number of Chase's fraud department and they barely seemed concerned. Beware!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Unhelpful and extremely rude tellers. Go to another Chase if you want competent employees who help.

Transaction desk staff were nice and really helpful.

I was at the bank today to deposit a sum of money sometimes when you deposit a lot it's a headache at the ATM so I decide to go to where the teller is this was at approximately 1:05 pm there were two people in front I asked if there was nobody at the ATM and a young woman told me yes that she would help me in a very rude manner when she had time she told me in a very unpleasant manner at the last checkout I will help you when I get to the ATM in a very unpleasant manner she told me if I didn't know how to put the money in the ATM I told her if she answered me why didn't I go there to deposit my money. I asked if there was a problem that I had decided to deposit my money with a teller but she continued with a bad attitude until finally she told me that maybe I had misunderstood her please the manager should talk to his employees and give better customer service.

I have a been a customer of Chase for over 20 years and was also a former employee, and never have I ever had a bad experience until today. Completely unhelpful and downright lazy. I will go to my local branch in New Jersey where everyone is polite and super helpful.

This is the worst chase bank, ATMs never work!

Banker there went beyond the call of duty to assist in revising my accounts to avoid unnecessary fees and to refund fees that had been charged. Can't so thank you enough!

i was in a real bind yesterday and the branch manager and his team did me a solid. they really helped me out. everyone was really friendly, helpful and professional. never thought i’d be leaving a google review for a retail bank location, but they totally deserve it.

Had a meeting with Carlos Duarte. All I could say is He needed to stop mansplaining to younger women. It is neither not polite nor professional.

Went in at 9am on Saturday. Opened exactly on time and Andrew helped me with what I needed within 15mins. Thank you.

PATHETIC! RUDE! COLD! POOR ECONOMIC ADVICE!!! LOOK CHASE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Plus be very careful using the ATMs here!!!!! NYC has too many other banks that have a HEART and SOUL.

Every time I come to this branch to withdraw my own money from my bank account. There always seems to be " a technical error" Customer services/teller keeps saying the same excuse nothing we.csn do about it. Go to the Chase on 18th and 6th, their arms actually works!

No cash

No ATM has cash when needed. This is a worst customer service.

In the intersection of a busy area it is good that this place is here. Very quiet and good for regular business banking. The place is cleaner than some other locations I have been to.

Worst customer experience ever. They make you wait for hours to tell you to come back 100 times because you don’t seem to have the right documents that they did not mention the last time. They just don’t want you to become a customer.

What a terrible branch. Going in person, everyone is extremely nice. I tried calling over 40 times in the last hour and NOT ONE person is answering. I need assistance immediately and this is just terrible. This is supposed to be a bank, customer service, and I am not receiving any. I'm truly BAFFLED.

Absolutely The Worst Customer Service Wanted to Open A New account and it was near closing time and they asked me to leave because I did not have a direct deposit This is the worst experience I have ever had in a Bank Chase should be ashamed to treat customers that way

It's okay it needs more work, They need to be more blind friendly, with people with disabilities, if your going to choose a bank and open a account make sure their helpful and understanding with your needs.
