Terrible service. The people behind the counter have always have mad face on and a snotty attitude, didn't help us at all on purchasing anything and then as we are trying to ask questions it seem that their personal conversation was more important than making a sell . 0/10 don't go

I did not buy anything but the person in there with the Kuromi top (cute outfit) made me feel so welcomed. Will be back when I travel back to nyc. But give them a raise with the customer service they’ve given me as well as knowledge of the toys I was searching.

This place is awesome. The young lady that was there on 01/14/2023 at About 530pm is awesome. Very helpful was such a pleasure going in there. Made me feel so comfortable was able to ask her questions with out any shame. Keep up the good work.
