Super friendly service. The woman working the evening shift on 2/8 so so helpful and friendly. She exchanged my fries when I told her they weren't hot.
•Orders are quickly served. Dining area was packed when I visited but I did take away.
•Delicious hot coffee and chicken burger! Perfect on a very cold winter morning.

The food is good. The place is very crowded. Best to order through a kiosk. Also has front counter to order as well. It takes a little while to collect the food. It's difficult to find a counter to eat and parking.
ordered bin mac. The burger was dry... especially annoying when a person on the distribution calls your number and ignores. I waited for him to let a few people go to explain to him that my order was right in the front.Such situations are pissed off and do not want to return again. They often make mistakes in orders, do not look at notes. The milk in the coffee was sour. but I'm already used to the fact that hot coffee is cold, and milk is often sour. The only thing that is always good in McDonald is products that do not cook themselves: Apple Pie
I came to this mcdonald’s earlier today and it was quite busy, which means many orders were being called out at once and there were lots of people waiting around the pickup area. My number gets called out and in the 2.5 seconds that it takes me to walk from where i was standing to the pickup bay, the woman working there decides that my order is not allowed to be put down on the counter where at least 20 other orders were and locks it inside a box, i’m standing there watching her out it away and am a bit unsure of what has just happened, i wait by the box for a few minutes to see if maybe she realised my order was incomplete and was waiting on additional items, but she never adds anything else so i ask her to retrieve it for me in between her calling out numbers and she stands there and lectures me about how i shouldn’t wait ages to get my order and should have gone when she called it, i then proceed to tell her that actually i did go as soon as she called it, she just put it in this box before ever placing it on the counter even though every other order was placed on the counter. she then rolls her eyes at me and waves me off. I found this really upsetting as i didn’t do anything wrong and instead of her just giving me my order she had to stand there and lecture me even though she was the one who made the mistake. I feel as though every other place i’ve been to in new york has had excellent service and was quite upset by her actions. I don’t know her name but she had short hair so be ware of her!!! she will hide your order from you and lecture you when you’ve done nothing wrong :((
This location is convenient, clean and fast service. Staff is very helpful, Darnell customer service is top notch, so attentive, helpful and friendly. Very happy with my dinner meal. Thank Darnell 🥳!
The food establishment is at a fairly high level, the workload, despite the location, is quite moderate during peak hours, the prices are within reach, I recommend visiting if you are nearby
Coffee was half empty, made wrong, and tasted worse than other locations. Additionally, the person calling orders was using their library voice so everyone was pressed up to the front.
Absolutely horrible. You can not go in between the hours of 2-5pm . Wild school kids . You see them picking fights with customers security does nothing . If the school kids don't take your order when # is called . They should enforce other restaurants in the area way of handling this like shake shacks . No school kids between 10 and 17 with out adult . They usually stop them at the door . I even seen these kids open up peoples bags and take stuff . It's so jammed pack with them you can't even turn around. People definitely don't even notice half the time. Don't allow school kids at the door. 10 of them buy one burger not worth losing customers during prime time . It's just getting worse as 2025 comes to an end .this place also has no drive threw. Is not open 24 hours .
I ordered food from a broken station, and I had to leave after waiting for a while for my order number.
When I came back two hours later, explaining the situation, the manager was comprehensive and fulfilled the missing order within a minute.
Clean and nice inviting atmosphere at this McD's location in the heart of the Theatre District. Didn't know they had two options for pies which included their original apple and now blueberry pie. Get a break when you buy a pair.
I have been to this location about 5 to 6 times within the past 2 months and every visit is a major major disappointment. The managers are absolutely useless. The service is unbelievably slow the food is barely freshly served. There's no hustle there's no leadership no care for how the food is made. Nobody should be waiting 25 minutes for anything they order that's completely unacceptable. When you complain the so called "managers" don't even acknowledge this issues properly if not at all when you say something they are quick to get an attitude. This location barely deserves 1 star
McDonald's never fails me. The price was so affordable, and u could get big portion food. But remember, always order from the McDonald's app & choose the rewards or deal.
This morning, I ordered buy one get one bagel & buy one get one breakfast. In total, I got 2 bagels and 2 chicken biscuit. I only spent $10.87 for all of the food, which I believe u would be charged hire in other restos.
The place was clean, plenty tables and there were restrooms for male & female.
This McD was also close to the woodbury bus station, so u could grab before leaving to Woodbury yeah
Food was good. Fries were hot. Order was correct. Took about 15 minutes to get fries and a drink. The restaurant could have been cleaner and the bathroom definitely could have been cleaned. You need a code to access the bathrooms. The code is on the bottom of your receipt.
A hallmark of American culture! Being in McDonald's Times Square is just good. Capitalism is good. Kai Cenat meal is good.
That's all, I'll be back when I visit NYC again.
Staff seems detached from customer service. May be overworked. Next day they opened after 6:40 am. Ignored the crowd standing outside waiting on the 6am opening. No communication, looked us in the eye, opened the door for another staff member with No notice on when they would be opening. 10/23/24
Absolutely disgusting establishment. You’re based in the heart of Times Square and this is how you treat your restaurant? Sure it’s a McDonalds but if I’m in the middle of the city I expect better conditions. The hood in the Bronx has better bathrooms than this. I told the worker (who ignored me twice when I said excuse me to her) there was no toilet paper and she just walked away never coming back to assist. If this is how you keep your bathrooms imagine how you keep your kitchen!!! Disgusting. Don’t eat here if you worry about CLEANLINESS.
Kiosk doesn’t work when you want to put your code . When I asked for help they were very helpful and since my app didn’t work I got a free McGriddle and hash browns! Thank you guys !
Hi I bought a happy meal today and it had no fudging chancla 🩴 of Crocs. Like hello What the fudge man? I waited for like 20 mins for my complete order. I ordered a cheeseburger with no meat inside because I don’t like meat and with two slices in my happy meal. And I got a cheeseburger with no meat and I got no toy of CROCS like what the shizz bro? Like who did my happy meal today there what I feel angry bro. This ain’t no happy meal. I’m angry. All I wanted was a crocs toy. Last time I didn’t even even get a plastic cup of like a Hello Kitty because I found they no more after I ordered in the machine before they told me they didn’t even have anymore of them. That was messed up.
I have to commend this particular McDonald's location - despite being absolutely slammed by tourist traffic, the restaurant is clean and organized each time I swing by. I'm sure they deal with pressure from impatient customers, but you wouldn't know it because the service is always efficient and friendly.
Be kind to food service workers, especially those who do a great job.
Very nice McDonald’s. Very clean and new inside was chaos for quick ordering and getting your food because it’s usually busy. Good as McDonald’s is usually always consistently good wherever you go.
I've never given a McDonald's a 1-star rating. I felt like I had to in this case. A customer was complaining about the quality of her drink. It was a specialty drink of some kind. The lady was impolite if not downright rude. The customer was out of line and there's no doubt about that. But the manager could have been diplomatic and chose not to. The manager could have simply diffused the situation by being super polite. Yes ma'am, no ma'am, sorry about that ma'am. The whole thing would have been over. She did not offer to make her a new one. She simply gave her a refund. Basically threw the money down on the counter right in front of her. The manager argued with her and raised your voice. The customer raised her voice. Seeing that the manager is supposed to be a leader, the other employees chimed in against the customer as well. They were all talking negatively about the customer in Spanish. This customer did not speak Spanish as far as I can tell. Even after she left, the front crew went on and on about what a terrible person this customer was, in Spanish. By the time I got to the register, the lady behind the register was all fired up and fairly rude. She kept yelling, next in line next in line. All of this was due to the manager setting a negative for her everyone's behavior. P.S.: My wife squashed a rather large cockroach on her way out.
