Went for a deposit and there was a security guard there. I liked to see him there. Also, the building is very nice and matches the vibes of Times Square itself 🌟

04/03/24 5:50pm horrible conditions outside pouring and extremely windy , the guy that’s supposed to greed the people and open the door for the customers is only standing inside not even opening the door for the customers that are trying to come in to use the atm machines. He is just there laughing at everyone outside that’s asking him to open the door. Very disappointing experience with this location’s customer service.

What person in PR and marketing decided to have the Chase ATM in Times Square, which is known for being always busy to close early at night it’s a direct reflection of how awful a bank Chase is. Give your business to Wells Fargo and BOA

Of all places to close the ATM vestibule area early on a Saturday night, it’s this location. The amount of foot traffic this area sees warrants having this location open. I try my hardest to only use chase atms to avoid fees but after closing so many branches and now limiting your after hours atms, I’m switching to a bank that offers atm fee reimbursement.

This is the first time Chase bank failed me. I deposited a check from another well known Nationwide Banking institution for payroll purposes only to find out that a 14 day hold was placed the check. Why you ask? Because the individual who cut the check has only ever cut 2 Bill Pay Checks from their account. I pointed out to the 4 different Chase Representatives I talked to over a 3 day period that this is the first time this has ever happened to me. I’m perplexed because daily I cut a check using Chase Bill Pay. How is this check any different from another institutions using Bill Pay? It clearly states on the front of the check that “this check has been authorized by your depositor.” The check is IDENTICAL to check initiated form Chase Bill Pay. What am I missing!?! I will give it to the Chase Representatives that they did attempt to contact the bank on 4 different occasions where the check initiated from only to echo to me that that particular bank does not do bank verbal check authorizations over the phone. Rather than deposit the check and realize that at the end of the 14 days you were in the wrong, I’ve had to go through hoops cashing in investments to cover my obligations. As a longtime Chase customer this was a slap in the face. I deposit checks weekly from different banks from all over the country. This experience just put a bad taste in my mouth especially since I’ve been with Chase since its merger with Bank of New York.

Never been but imagine I've been needing to go since 2016. Can anyone tell me? 4 stars because general nobody needs to die

UNSAFE. Couldnt get in using the outdoor reader tap OR swipe. 2 guys let me in. they were smoking weed at the door. I didn't feel safe as a solo woman late at night. WHERE ARE YOUR GUARDS?? There was trash on the floor and a small puddle which possibly is urine (just noticed public urination 2 meters from the doors! 2 women came in and I waited for them so they were safe. Also this ATM usually rejects new $100 bills, like most Chase banks.

My family and I have been loyal to chase for over 25 yrs with over 15 accts and even after discussing with relationship manager on getting our accts to a minimum amount so no fees charged, Chase still finds a way to charge you fees draining your acct. I found out that my acct. Linked to other accts has been drained a charge of $15/month for, at least, 7 months. This is what I get for their over 25 yrs of loyalty. Lotsa other reputable, decent, honest banks who cares about customers out there

Client Service is very unprofessional at this branch. Manager is very rude over the phone, the bankers don't even know what a commercial check is, the main phone number for this branch hangs up the phone on you. Overall horrible experience. I used to work for Chase and this surprised me since JP Morgan is big on service , specially when it comes to commercial accounts. They need to refresh their employees, it seams they are miserable working here.

I walked here from another branch that told me this branch is very large and has more bankers available. The man Frank in the lobby is very rude and asked me many personal questions about my card that I didn’t want to share except directly with the banker themselves since the situation is complicated, and I have multiple questions about both personal and business cards. I was originally directed from the front desk to a woman to take me to a banker but she was busy, and I feel that if she were available I would have received a different response and she would have allowed me to speak with a banker immediately. However, Frank told me no one is available and I need to schedule an appointment later, but I had already tried scheduling with the same online reservation system which wasn’t working for me due to the situation with the account. He was so rude and nosy with specific questions that I’m only comfortable sharing directly with the banker that he forced me to leave, and the only other option is to try a different bank without hostile staff.

Both the banking & teller staff here are very rude. They have little enthusiasm, little desire to be there to do their job and take care of their clients.

They took $485 from my debit card from another country and they don't want to do anything to help me to get my money back. Terrible and the worst customer service in the second floor, these people don't deserve to be paid at all, when they are not willing to help in anything to their customers.

I came in an hour before closing to open a safety deposit box and they made me wait 45 minutes before Liam made it clear they couldn't helo me because they "didn't have enough time." It's really disappointing when people trained to serve others have no respect for their clients time.

Business account transactions should be treated with same respect. (Especially if we are talking about time) apparently the manager needs to take that “customer service course” again!

The customer service is terrible, I went with my wife to change an account, there were two representatives at the entrance, and they were trying to refuse to attend us by asking a lot of questions, at last Dan Williams attended us, what a bad-mannered man, he looked at us from up and down, and constantly watching the clock, and hurried us with his eyes. It is not the correct way to treat bank customers. The worst thing is that he finished the process super fast and registered my name wrong, I had to go back to an agency to correct everything. If you have to do some process never go to this agency

Best customer service. Banker Althea golden-brown she is awesome! Very impressive and helpful! I had to sign my lease and deposited my check from BOA to transfer the fund. The deposit was on hold by Chase back office and she explained to me why chase bank had to put it on hold. I was seriously considering to leave chase bank after having such a headache to deposit my own check but she helped me understand. She involved her manager and got it resolved. I am very impressed with her customer service and she tries to help customers as much as she can.

The teller services are fine, but if you're waiting to speak with a representative, the wait can be very slow, and customers are not taken in the order they arrived. It was an aggravating process, and I left after waiting for 15 minutes, having seen newly arrived people being helped before me.

If you are not going to pick up the phone during business hours, don't disclose your phone number on your website. I called at least 5 times.

This bank ALWAYS has a long line. The tellers are extremely slow and show no sense of urgency. They aren't the friendliest either. I come here twice a week to make business deposits and it is not a good experience..

Shady. To start, I had an issue with my online log in IMMEDIATELY after setting up an account. The username wasn't the one that I had registered with Micheal J Mikarius who apparently hasn't even set up his employee email as when I tried to contact him with it, it said IT DOESN'T EXIST. The password I had set up at his desk wasn't the password to my account and now I'm being told my address ISN'T EVEN ON MY ACCOUNT. I was hesitant to bank with chase bank and now I'm rethinking the decision entirely.
