Once again, Harmeet and the Jewel Boutique have gone above and beyond. Harmeet took an old fashioned art deco engagement ring that I rarely wore over the decades, and refashioned it into a stunning, modern piece that I will wear with great pleasure every day. He understood exactly what I wanted, and made it happen. Thank you so much!

My husband and I have visited a few times to buy a chain or get something fixed. The staff is always honest and have been nothing but kind. We’re lucky this store is in our neighborhood!

What can I say? Harmeet and his team quite literally made my dreams come true. They worked with me to re-create a long lost necklace as well as design and create a custom engagement ring based on said necklace. Everyone was incredibly professional, kind, patient, and helpful. They not only produced both pieces within a time frame but created absolute magic. They took the sketch I did of the ring, and the pendant design, and created something better than I could have imagined. Harmeet was very patient as we went back and forth with modifying the design and made me feel very taken care of and like the design being what I wanted was the top priority. He was always responsive as well as the most friendly and kind. I couldn’t be happier that I found The Jewel Boutique for this special occasion, and I now have a very happy fiancé!

I’ve been coming here for years because of the stunning jewelry and craftsmanship. When my grandmother passed, I inherited her ring and wanted to repurpose it into something I could cherish forever. I trusted Harmeet to bring my vision to life, and he approached the project with such thoughtfulness and care, ensuring every detail was perfect. The final piece was absolutely breathtaking—a beautiful blend of the past and present, honoring my grandmother's memory while creating something uniquely mine. If you're looking for a jeweler who truly listens and delivers exceptional work, I can’t recommend this place enough. Whether it's a custom piece or something from their collection, you’ll leave with something truly special!

Although personable, Harmeet disappointed on many levels professionally. I do not recommend The Jewel Boutique. It took him over two years to do extensions on two necklaces. They were supposed to have matching crystals added but first Harmeet ended up extending a random necklace that was not even mine - he took my own crystals and put them on the cheap costume design necklace! Apparently he intended to use those crystals on my necklace but got very confused. His apology was that he is human. Got it. But he made very little effort and in the end, used normal extensions on both crystal necklaces. Yet I had paid $250 for those plus a tiny necklace extension. He was not planning to even reimburse me until I reminded him that I had paid for the crystals and in the end only gave me $60 back and kept one of my old fashioned clasps that he took off my necklace. Sadly, the absolute worst experience I have had with any jeweler. Friendly but incompetent.

Absolutely incredible service at this lovely little shop. Harmeet is world-class and so accommodating. He is warm and professional, with excellent taste and pristine craftsmanship. I can not say enough good things about my experience I had here. I had a rush job needed to surprise my wife, and he delivered AHEAD of schedule to make sure everything worked out. After having quality concerns and several delays with a different jeweler, I found The Jewel Boutique online. The combination of incredible reviews and stunning custom pieces inspired confidence. When I met Harmeet, my planned proposal was fast approaching. He guaranteed and followed through with an extremely fast timeline to fit my schedule, and at a very fair price. Through the process, he was exceptionally communicative, kind, and reassuring. He sent me the CAD and the pre-casting mold images very quickly and gave me regular, clear updates. The final product is a stunning, custom engagement ring that my now fiancée and I are over-the-moon in love with. Our design was unusual, and seemingly challenging to perfect, but Harmeet came through with an absolutely flawless result. Harmeet at The Jewel Boutique worked with us to design the perfect ring, from helping us find a sustainably sourced sapphire for the central stone to working closely with us on a setting, ultimately sourcing 30 surrounding diamonds. In addition, he helped us to design and customize a matching diamond band that would fit seamlessly together with the ring (band not shown, as in safe until the event). And because we spend a lot of time outside skiing, swimming and hiking, we needed something that was both beautiful and lasting. He made sure this design would hold up under all conditions. Worth noting: Harmeet often worked with us across time zones, from multiple locations, which we really appreciated, sending us photos of the progress and making himself available when we needed him to finalize. Harmeet is a perfectionist -- yet he also can work with your budget. One more thing I loved; once all the hard work was done, the final product was appraised at 25% above the cost of materials. So, this was not only a wonderful experience in customizing our rings, but also a great investment. Thank you, Harmeet! Cannot wait to design more pieces with you in the future.

He was very honest with me on fixing my silver candlesticks and informed me it was not in my interest to have him work it because of a manufacturing defect. I appreciated the transparency especially given the fact that he was giving up business as a result.

This store is a gem selling gems. You walk in and are warmly greeted in a calm and polished environment. The selection of existing jewelry is eclectic and sophisticated. Great to look at while discussing one of a kind designs that Harmeet and his team enhance with their creative experience and turn into reality. Jewel boutique did our wedding rings — I wanted a two-finish mobius platinum band and he did beautiful work with the presented challenge. I was a first-time buyer of a wedding band and my fiance and I were both absolutely trilled with the rings we got from the Jewel Boutique. We loved this place. Gorgeous loose gemstones, expertly designed and crafted custom jewelry, careful and clean repair and modification services, very friendly and courteous with fair and honest prices. I had my wife's wedding band made there, and bought many other pieces as well. We will definitely be going back.

I first went to the Jewel Boutique to browse for a gemstone ring in a specific type of setting, as I was not finding it at the chain jewelry stores. Seeing the selection of stones available there, I started asking Harmeet questions about them, and luckily it was a quiet night at the shop because we ended up looking over all the different stones for a half an hour. Harmeet is extremely passionate about his work; he's extremely knowledgeable about precious stones and jewelry design. In the end, he custom built the ring setting I was looking for and found just the right size and cut of stone that made the piece complete. I've also had a set of gemstone studs made, as other jewelers don't have the selection offered here, much less at the price!

After 11 years, my wife got her engagement ring reset and the staff and craftsmen at Jewel Boutique were excellent. She drew a picture of what she wanted and then they used CAD design and a 3D printer to create a mock-up. As it didn't turn out exactly as my wife wanted, they further refined the design and did it again before making the actual ring. The end result was flawless and just what my wife wanted. Who could ask for anything more?

Harmeet and the staff of The Jewel Boutique are wonderful. I approached him with a design for a custom engagement ring that I made, no diamond with a 6 week deadline. After finally getting a stone we had 4 weeks until we left town for our trip that I was proposing on. He was always very responsive to my inquiries and made sure that progress was being made and that I approved any ideas or modifications. Then end result of all our hard work can only be measured in the happiness I see every time I see my fiance look at her ring and the "gorgeous ring" comments from her friends and co-workers. We did have a few hiccups along the way, but Harmeet addressed them expeditiously and completely to our satisfaction. I am already lining up future projects with them for my fiance, and look forward to seeing the quality of their work and my ideas come to fruition as amazing jewelry.

I first met Harmeet a year ago at the recommendation of a good friend who raved about him and the Jewel Boutique. I needed a stone reset into my engagement ring, a repair that had been done the incorrectly, the result almost being in the loss of that stone. From the second my husband and I walked in I knew that this time the work would be done more than carefully. Hameet takes the time to explain what needs to be done. He fixed my ring and I no longer worry about my vintage setting. He has a fantastic gem collection and while there I couldn’t take my eyes off the most gorgeous sapphire that I then decided to have set in a ring. Hameet is a designer, an artist, a creative genius. He knows how to work with you to make the most exquisite pieces. I have never been happier with a purchase and have received so many comments on my beautiful ring. I wouldn’t go anywhere else either for repairs or for new jewelry.
