The service was fantastic. Stephanie was very helpful with helping me with my account and also setting up my phone. Henry was great with helping me get my watch. I recommend this store. Especially if the other workers are just as great as the two I had.

From losing one phone to switching phone lines, upgrading to new iPhones, and getting new watches — it was a long process with a lot of moving parts. We had tons of questions, and he stayed helpful, patient, and professional the entire time. He answered every single one and made sure we had an excellent experience. Highly recommend working with Henry!

Outstanding service. We visited the store and Pablo and his colleagues were patient and efficient. They were knowledgable and educated us services and products that would make our phones and wifi run smoother. We had the best experience and will be returning to this store from now on.

Brought my phone into T Mobile this morning, the reason being it wasn't charging. Instead of helping me out, he gave me a card to a third party business uptown to have it repaired. So much for a Signature Store.

I had a horrible experience at a 3rd party location because my phone was split in half and my ID was expired. I came to the time square location and the rep KevA walked me through all my options with prepaid service until I am able to get my valid ID. He took his time to help me get most of my information and answered all 100 questions I had asked him. Super patient with me and will definitely come back to this location for all my problems

Best service I've experienced in years! I was lucky to be assisted by Louis who went above and beyond to understand my payment issue and stayed with me for a WHOLE hour while I was on the phone with T-mobile customer service department, which is known for scripted and enigmatic answer. Louis help communicate my situation clearly with the customer service representative and got to the bottom of it. Really appreciate his help and I would strongly recommend him and his team led by manager Carlos for anyone who needs help with any T-mobile question. Most of all, I didn't feel salesy at all, they really try to think from my perspective.

I love Times Square and T-Mobile have the QR Code where you can scan it and I post your picture on the Billboard but the time and my wife was there the system was down that's the only thing I was mad about but we did scan the QR Code hope they could sell us our picture T mobile

Brad was amazing, patient and thorough. Explained everything in full with the new ?. Give this man a promotion. Oh and he's Deaf friendly. Doesn't know ASL but made it his purpose to communicate though I read lips!

Male staff I’m not sure of his name seems like he have issues outside of his job and venting on customers .I simply asked him “hey I have a quick question” and he was like don’t you see there are other agents .He has no professional abilities as a customer service representative

Angel.at Times Square T-Mobil location was nice, professional and very helpful. He cleaned my phone after long long use and restored it to a good working condition. I can count on Angel for a fast service.

I want to express my complete dissatisfaction with the service I received at this store. I was treated with a discriminatory and racist attitude, simply because of my personality, which is unacceptable in any business that claims to serve the public. In addition to the offensive treatment, the customer service was appalling: they showed no willingness to help me, responded disrespectfully, and made me feel uncomfortable and inferior as a customer. A store dedicated to selling phones and serving the community should offer respectful, inclusive, and professional service. However, my experience was the complete opposite. I demand immediate action against these discriminatory and unprofessional practices. No customer should have to endure such an unpleasant experience.

They had 5+ associates ready to help when I walked in (I was surprised it wasn’t busier on a Sunday evening). I came to return a phone, and Henry went above and beyond, not only processing everything very smoothly, but also pointing out an extra line that was opened on the account - which was being billed despite being unused. Henry went the extra mile to make sure I would not be billed for this in the future, super grateful for the care and attention to detail here!

First, let me say that the staff of this store deserve five stars. That said, a simple purchase turned into hours and hour of technical bugs with their point of sale system. The item I was finally able to get after two days — TCL mobile WiFi hotspot device for my laptop — did not work and I could not get internet connection. No one was technically proficient enough to figure out and solve the problem. After another hour, I was able to get a partial refund. Total waste of time and money.

I've been a T-Mobile business customer for years, Montgomery Solutions LLC. I came inside this location to charge my phone and they wouldn't allow it. I didn't feel appreciated for my years of using their service! ?

I had the best experience at the T-Mobile Signature Store yesterday. After the new phone I bought was sent back to T-Mobile, ( I wasn't home to sign for it), I was told that my best bet would be to pick one up at a store. The promotion I had included trading in my old phone, but it was linked to the new phone that was still on the way back. I'm leaving for vacation on Friday so it was important that I had a reliable phone to travel with. I called around to see who had it and spoke to Nichole. I explained my issue and she told me to come on in, and we'd figure it out. I did, and she was fantastic! Knowledgeable and patient, Nichole was a pleasure to work with. After confirming that my old phone could still be used for the promotion, she reviewed my plan with me and transferred my data from my decrepit device to my pristine Galaxy Flip 7. Nichole was scheduled to leave but she stayed with me for well over an hour, which was very nice. When the transfer was almost completed, she introduced me to Charles, and finally left. Charles was great! I asked him about the new phone I was getting and he explained a few of the features. Personable and easy to talk to, we chatted while waiting for the data transfer to complete. I had plans to meet my friend for dinner and didn't realize the time, because Charles and I were chatting like old friends! Luckily, the restaurant was down the block (Charles pointed it out to me). Thanks again to Nichole, Charles and the rest of the crew for making a difficult situation easy.

While at New York Flagship I had the best service I have ever had in my 10 years as a loyal T-Mobile customer with a gentleman named DANIEL ROBLES. He was the most knowledgeable, detailed, brilliant, considerate, helpful, kind and thorough and pleasant young man I have had serve me in my highly complicated and challenging needs. This gentleman exceeded all expectations I had walking into your Flagship Store and I am so grateful for his diligence and absolute devotion to the process of completing the endless tasks I required of him. A Refreshing Return to T‑Mobile: Exceptional Service at Times Square Flagship Store I visited the T‑Mobile flagship store in Times Square due to issues with my Galaxy Z Fold. While I love the features of this phone, it's weight had been causing strain on my hands and wrists, making it uncomfortable to use for extended periods. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by smiling faces, all eager to assist me. I ended up working with Ricardo, who was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about meeting my needs. I had been a T‑Mobile customer for many years but switched to Verizon due to an employee discount. However, based on some recent decisions Verizon has made as a company and a less than stellar experience at a store recently, I decided to inquire about switching back to T‑Mobile and exploring their current promotions for a new account and phone. Walking into the store and interacting with the team reminded me why I valued T‑Mobile in the first place. There was an overall warmth and friendliness to the environment, and this became even more apparent as I observed staff interactions throughout the process of opening a new account and setting up my phone. I was there for about 1.5 hours and throughout this duration, I watched time and again, as new employees entered the store and warmly greeted Ricardo and his colleagues at the table. There was a palpable camaraderie among the team—peer to peer, and between managers and direct reports. Without being prompted, everyone offered to help one another. Before I left, I made a point of speaking with Carlos, one of the store’s managers, to compliment him on the warm and collaborative culture. Overall, I ended up saving as compared to the service Verizon was offering, and I selected a new device that suits my needs while still being able to keep my Fold. While I went in looking to save money, after that experience, even if Verizon had matched the price, I absolutely would have stayed with T‑Mobile. In addition to Ricardo, I want to express my sincere gratitude to Jim and Nelson. Thank you all for your excellent customer service—and for showing what a collaborative, kind work environment truly looks like.

I had an amazing experience at T-Mobile recently, and I just have to give a huge shout out to Nichole. My phone broke unexpectedly, and I was pretty stressed out about it. Thankfully, Nichole and her team went above and beyond to help me out. She was not only super friendly and professional but really took the time to explain my options and make sure I walked out with a new phone. It was such a relief, and she truly saved my day. For the first time, I ran into a T-Mobile store that refused to let me charge my phone for 5-10 minutes. Honestly, that’s embarrassing.

My had to stop by to get my screensaver replaced after getting my phone screen fixed and the representative was so nice and honest about knowing how to do it and reached out to her colleague for help. Great customer service.

A girl served me, from the beginning her attitude was rude Terrible service, super rude. They sold me a damaged phone, and I went to file a claim, but they refused to give me an answer. The girl was rude from the start, and I demanded someone else help me. Then I started recording the situation in the store, and they kicked me out like I was a dog. When they want you to get a line with them, they treat you well, but when you need a solution to a problem, they turn a deaf ear and make excuses for everything.

I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at the T-Mobile store in Times Square??Jossiell and the manager Nelson went above and beyond to answer all my questions and ensured I was taken care of with exceptional service. He was patient, knowledgeable, and truly made the process seamless. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to customer satisfaction, and I genuinely appreciate his help. If you’re visiting this location, you’re in great hands. Highly recommend???

One customer visited the T-Mobile store in Times Square with low expectations, anticipating a difficult experience in such a crowded area. To their surprise, they encountered a far better experience than expected. They were greeted by Angel, a floor manager, who assisted them with an issue they’d been facing with their iPhone 13 Pro, which hadn’t charged properly in months. Fearing they might need to upgrade, the customer was relieved when Angel immediately inspected the phone, cleaned the port, and within five minutes, had it charging like new. The customer was especially impressed by Angel’s professionalism and care, noting that when they offered to pay for her help, she graciously declined. A dedicated T-Mobile customer for over 20 years, they expressed gratitude and hoped the feedback would reach Angel's next performance review.

I received great service and a good deal when my old phone died on vacation. These guys could not have been nicer or more helpful. I understand why this is one of the highest volume stores in America. I am super pleased with their service and my new phone.

There's no T-Mobile store in NYC that can match the quality of service you recieve from the signature location at the corner of 46th & Broadway in Time Square. The whole staff goes above and beyond to find solutions for you. Thank you guys!
