Needed to make 3 photocopies. Cost was $5!!! Wanted to ask why, but 5 people in line and one person working. Not going back

Today I needed something done quickly for a meeting tomorrow and Kathy saved the day! Thank you Kathy!

Waste of time, simply. It took 35 minutes to print because 1 their system doesn’t allow your email to have a signature and 2 their email inbox wasn’t loading. Understaffed, the employees have too much to do to be able to actually help customers. I recommend ups on orchard st instead.

Came into get some documents printed on nicer paper. Saiyeid was patient in walking me through various options and I got very good service. It is a busy location, even when the store seems empty there seems to be constant flow of people dropping off packages or delivery guys picking up packages.

Had a print job i needed done 2 hours before closing- spoke to Kathy on the phone and she was so helpful and told me they would get it done for me. Had a mishap online so i went into the store and they got my prints done so quick! Sayied working at the front was very kind and Kathy and Thalia went above and beyond!

This office location wasn't the best until the changed some of the staff. Now it is better. But the phone system still a problem to get help or speak to someone live.

The staff at this store were GREAT. Especially Thalia and Randall. They went above and beyond and completed my project beyond my expectations. Any future projects I will DEFINITELY be going to them. Two thumbs up AND 5 ☆s

A big shout out to Kim who helped me print my Christmas card labels. It’s great service like this that keeps the Holidays moving.

The “print specialist” can’t be bothered to take your files and add them to a print queue!! Asked me to come back 3 times because they are clearly incompetent, and apparently their printer only works if they have literally nothing else to do!! God forbid you want something printed next day!!! Nope Apparently they are technology incapable, or maybe it’s actually just their “specialist”!

Great service. Needed some books printed in a rush and Dominique made it a priority to get it done! She is the best! Highly recommend going here the staff has your back.

I had a really great experience at this location. I needed an odd size box to ship a piece of artwork and Kim made me a custom box size right there. She was so kind and made sure everything was packed perfectly.

Absolute worst place to print. Overpriced and slow. Kinkos is apparently just interested in ripping you off. Do yourself a favor and go to local print shops in the area where you can get jobs done for a third less.

Two women working here are completely incompetent. One of them muttered “sorry I’m still drunk” while the other was clearly medicated. They had no idea what a deluxe framed art box with foam padding was, looked at me like I was speaking another language. They got defensive and rude. Walked over to another FedEx and they pulled it out for me right away. Not to mention another time I was in a male staff member had me waiting for 45min, while he stared at his computer confused.. only to realize that he didn’t know Canada was an international destination address….. Stay far far away from this FedEx location.

Placed an order online for next day printing. This location ran out of supplies but put in the time to call and help me find an alternative. Very flexible and accommodating. Thanks to Aaron for the follow up and help!

First and foremost, I would like to thank Mike. I am so grateful to him for being so polite and helpful over the phone. I'm recommending this location because of this outstanding employee. I hope FedEx recognizes how lucky they are to have him on their team. He was extremely courteous and professional and I was very impressed. I'm very pleased with the excellent customer service I received. I'm looking forward to continuing to use only this location from now on. Thank you again, Mike.

On 1/25/24, at around 2:30 pm, I visited this location. I encountered all the staff working at that time to be rude and found it challenging to receive their assistance. The majority of the staff seemed more engaged in chatting with each other rather than making an effort to assist customers.

I brought a cell phone for return and had a QR code to print my label. The employee took my package. And said the label machine was not working and would label my package when it was up and running again and handed me a receipt. Week later I called my phone provider to see if they received the return. They told me they received the package but the box was empty. Apparently the worker switched labels on my package and put a label on an empty box. The reason I know this is because the QR label has a max weight on it. The label they received had a weight of 2oz. Please be aware of this scam. Neither Spectrum or FedEx has resolved this issue , I’m still paying for a phone I do not have and reported stolen.

Cynthia the store manager is AMAZING, patient, and super professional... the rest of the team is as well but she's definitely great. Every time I come to this location I have a good experience. Everyone is just f&$!#% nice! LOVE YOU ALL!!

I cannot say enough great things about Bri at this location! I had to overnight a package and she helped pack and ship, and when I needed to change the address and date after we had already finished the process she was happy to help and made the entire experience stress free. Thank you Bri!!

I don't write reviews unless I feel the customer service was above and beyond. Josephine has a surprise and delight mentality and went the distance to make sure my FedEx experience was smooth. Josephine took a break from her task to provide me assistance and walked me through the entire process related to my visit. Josephine is polite, eloquent, knowledgeable and determined. FedEx should be honored to have someone so dedicated and willing to make it work. Her team was also very attentive so I'm sure they trained her very well. I'm very satisfied.

One of the worst NYC locations for printing. Assured we would have a print in 24 hours, waited over five business days for completion, then changed the price dramatically. Would not honor advertised online price. Customer service is horrific. Avoid this location

I went to this location to make copies and the first batch had missing pages. They redid it for a second time and again the second batch also had errors. The third time I went back, the head of this location, Keisha, really came through! She redid the copies on the spot! Problem solved! Keisha definitely has great work ethics! Thank you!

If i could put negative stars I would, and the one star I am putting is me being very generous. If you want to print a picture I highly recommend you to go to elsewhere. The photo department section workers doesn’t care and don’t want to be there are all. They will answer your question as if you were bothering them, even knowing there is nobody in the store. They should have a sign saying “please don’t disturb” that would fit them perfectly! I never interacted with someone that was so not helpful in my entire life.

the people are nice - but the company is not so great - and needs to get their act together! if i ask to leave a package at the facility -to pick up - i should be able to do that. but instead, they sent it back to original destination. who knows.??? just dont buy anything online anymore apparently. anyway, fyi - this office is down the street from the old place. as a new development is going up next to red square. its closer to essex now. posting pics of the old location. walk about 20 ft towards essex for the new location

So I may be totally remedial when it comes to technology. I was trying to print a document from my email. It sounds simple but I’m the simple one. I read the instruction so many times and couldn’t work it out. Then an Angel of mercy came and showed me the way! Quinny works there and if u need anything find this gorgeous human. She not only showed me how to work this confusing machine but had took initiative when I was in next… I had gotten halfway through the process and got stuck. Angel baby knew and came to my aid. She Deserves a raise, she cares about her job and does it so so well. Thank you for everything my new fed ex friend♥️♥️♥️

Had an awful experience. My job required them to print a double-sided menu and have them cut the piece. I provided the paper. They told me that they had a “flash sale” and I was going to get better pricing. To do the job they charged me $15 premium to “design” my print and for the “rush order.” They did the cut wrong and I had to call them once I saw this. They said they would redo this and have it ready in 2 hours. Two days later when I went to go pick it up, it hadn’t been started. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for them to complete the job. So the $30 charge that they gave this order was unnecessary. I also spent $60 on Ubers getting to and from the location on two occasions. They said they couldn’t refund me any fees on the job. This was a basic order and they couldn’t get it right. I will never come back here and warn you about getting your work done at this location. They could’ve done a better job at executing this of course. But what’s worse is that they failed at reconciling a mistake they made, creating more cost for the customer.

I just left this store- agree with waiting times being a little long but OMG the service. The employees here are the most helpful, polite and generally wonderful people I've ever dealt with when shipping and printing. Will definitely use this store going forward.
