I opened a new account at Chase Bank today and had such a great experience with Luz Cruz. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and explained every step clearly. Her warm and professional attitude made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Thank you so much, Luz, for your excellent service! I’ll definitely come back to this branch again.

This is the worst Chase branch in NYC. No respect for business customer who bring them big business. Unstaffed with clueless manager in charge.

The tellers and staff of this bank are so kind and helpful! One teller, Sherma treated my 11 year old so kindly and helped him count up his piggy bank. (there was no line at all)

Went to get documents notarized. Davis Kim was able to help me without wasting any time. He is professional, personable, and efficient

I’ve been a chase business customer for server years and this branch is one of the most constantly “out of order” branches. The ATMS fail to work 75% of the time. It makes making cash deposits on the weekends nearly impossible. This branch needs to focus on maintains their all hours business because it’s 2024 and it’s not like Chase doesn’t have the revenue to maintain top of the line banking services for their customers.

Do not bother. This branch no longer has a 24 atm. Banking employees are rotated in and out. After thinking that i had a banker that i could count on she was sent elsewhere. Where is Monica? The new people are useless. It is no wonder that Chase continues to close branches. Where is the customer service. Unless you are a famous actor taking a class across the street at Alvin Ailey you will be taken care of in a subpar manner.

Since when you must to make an appointment for open account ?

Went to withdraw $40 last night and it did the transaction but my money didn't come out. The security guard said that ATM only gives $100 so I canceled my transaction and left. At which point my girlfriend said just zelle her the money. I didn't even think.of that! When I get home try to zelle her the money I had no access to zelle and they took out $40 from my account. It never came out the machine! If it only dispenses $100 it should be noted somewhere!

As others have mentioned, the ATM isn't available 24/7. I had to pay a ton of extra money in fees just because this wasn't open. Pretty disappointing...

Monica was great, so nice and accommodating! She's top notch!! She took the time to help me sign up for for the credit journey which also offers fraud protection! Great job Monica and thank you very much!!

I went there the third time for my appointment. The bank was not there for no reason.

I scheduled an appointment to get a form certified. I arrived for my appointment and the banker was not there. In addition, I was informed they could no longer certify the form that I specifically asked about. Poor communication from them on multiple fronts.

Avoid this branch. I had a scheduled appointment to open up a business account, which I was a few minutes late for. Could not get in touch through the main number to let them know I’d be running 15 minutes late. When I arrived they had given away the appointment to someone else. They said they tried calling me but no call was received. The receptionist was incredibly rude the entire time and the manager couldn’t have been bothered to walk out of her office to handle. Thanks for nothing, Waimuru Ajanaku.

Chase has the best ATM's. They can do almost everything that a teller can do! I love the fact that the machines can dispense 100,20,5,1's

Out of all the Chase banks I've been to, this is hands down my favorite location. The staff are warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind people. Whether it's getting savings bonds cashed or ordering checks, the tellers and bankers alike are professional and patient. I definitely recommend this location if you're in the area!

I've been there 56 min nobody can help me. They are so rude

Terrible customer service. A lady called Jasmin is the worst teller I've seen , since i started banking with chase. Horrible. Expect to wait 45 mins to get anything done.

Worst Chase branch ever!!! Horrible customer service. 5 employees walking around laughing with each other with a long line of people waiting.

Disappointing customer service. I have never met a sales rep so incompetent as the one here. I walked in to apply for one credit card but ended up filing three different applications and had to close two because he was not explicit about the terms and condition. I thought they were suppose to be trained on different promotional offerings and sell them to customers. Wasted nearly 2 hours of my time and my credit score took a dive. When I followed up in the afternoon regarding the issue, the manager had no clue about the visit and gave very little guidance as to how they would proceed to ensure that the error on their end would not negatively affect my credit. I have been a loyal Chase customer for a while and this was by far the worst experience I had at their bank.
